About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: Worked in dog daycares on and off since i was 16, but ive always had my own animals. I can also, give medication and basic baths. I’ll be with the dogs always, i do have a separate room if needed for emergencies. About: With over 10 years of hands-on pet care experience, I’ve provided long-term care and daily walks for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. I’m also experienced with cats and understand the unique attention they need. I previously worked at Dog Mountain, a dog centered art gallery and off-leash haven, where I gained even more insight into canine behavior and safety. I have two dogs, that currently live in Vermont, both of which have faced serious medical issues that I’ve managed with calm, competent care. About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was around 12, as well as grew up around dogs. I’ve mostly done drop-ins which I’ll stay anywhere from 10-60 minutes depending on needs. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats throughout that time and many different sizes, breeds, and ages. I am currently between jobs, as I have just moved to Providence from Texas. I've had the privilege of raising and caring for four incredible dogs, each of whom I lovingly called my "kids." They weren't just pets—they were cherished members of our family. One of my beloved dogs, Gigi, developed diabetes later in life, which required daily insulin injections and eventually led to blindness. I carefully follow every instruction you provide, including feeding schedules, medication administration, dietary needs, exercise routines, and any special preferences that help your pet feel at home. You'll receive regular photo and video updates, along with messages letting you know how your furry family member is doing, so you can relax knowing they're in caring hands. When your pet is with me, they'll be treated like family. During the week, I work Monday through Thursday outside of the home and typically return by 5:30 PM. On Fridays, I work from home, allowing me to provide more frequent companionship and care throughout the day.
