“Victoria was great, she sent me daily updates and photos of my Lummy (my cat). She brought my Amazon packages into the house too. Cleaned litter box. I didn’t come home to a smelly litter box. She brushed Lummy every day. I’m sure Lummy appreciated that. I have also booked Victoria for my next trip away. Very happy, my cat is elderly so it’s best for her to be left at her own home with someone coming in to feed her give her and give hersome love.”

This was our first time using Rover or any pet sitting service, and Heath went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure that we were comfortable leaving our furry friends behind. Our alarm system went off a couple of times while we were away, and Heath didn't hesitate to go over and check things out and let us know what was happening. They sent us photos at every visit, and when we returned it was clear that our cats and home were very well cared for. About: I've always loved cats, and as a child, house sat cats for friends and family. I got my first boy in 2004, and have several since. While I'm currently a dog owner, cats always find me, and i make sure i find them, to love! Experienced with several health issues, but have not administered shots.

About: I love getting to know every cat’s unique personality. Whether your feline friend is a playful ball of energy who loves chasing feather wands, a sweet senior who needs gentle care, or a shy hider who just wants a quiet, respectful buddy to check in on them, I adapt completely to their comfort level. I'm highly detail-oriented and experienced with medical needs like oral meds or injections, so you can relax knowing their exact routine is kept perfectly consistent and stress-free while you're away!
“Tiffany has a very soft and kind nature. This works PERFECTLY in working with pets. While I hired her for cat-sitting this time, she met my dog as well in her preparation visit. He is in love with her, smile. I knew immediately my pets would be in great hands. I will not only use her again, but recommend her to Everyone. Highest possible score they allow on Rover. Great find!”

About: I’ve had cats my whole life, and I’ve always been the go to cat sitter for the cats of friends and family. I pride myself on being able to befriend the most unfriendly of felines. My current cat does have some health issues and is on a special diet for them, so I have some experience taking care of cats with medical needs.

About: I’ve been taking care of cats for as long as I can remember. As someone who loves cats, my mother always taught me tips, tricks, and how to care for cats. I have experience administering medications, cleaning litter boxes (too many to count), and forming my care to their personalities. Caring for animals is rewarding for me because I enjoy creating a safe, calm environment to make them feel comfortable while owner is away.

“Carley took excellent care of my kitties while I was away for the first time since moving to a new home! She followed my info for feeding, playing etc to the tee and sent lots of photos during her visits. I could tell both my cats were super comfortable with her and were getting lots of love while I was away 🥰”

“Both my cats liked Hayley! She made sure they got plenty of playtime and cuddles in addition to the basics, and was quick to respond and ask questions as needed. We'll be repeat customers. Definitely recommend!”

Jessica also did everything to make ME, nervous dog mom, comfortable by sending lots of sweet videos and pictures of my pup having a grand ol' time. Jessica is the best!”

“Qualynda was amazing with our puppy. She watched her for us on very short notice and went above and beyond to care for her and keep us informed. Our girl is pretty timid and was scared at first but warmed up quickly and had a great time. She especially loved running around the big backyard! We will definitely use Qualynda again!”

“Gilbert is the best Rover host I’ve had the pleasure of using to watch Leo. I was provided videos throughout the day and Leo played hard with Gilbert’s dog Moon all day. I couldn’t be happier and I’m going back tomorrow for one more day. Gilbert was also very flexible with my schedule as I hit a snag during my business in Providence.”

“We were very pleased with Abigail! She took great care of our pup while we spent the day exploring the non-dog friendly areas of Newport. Highly recommend her services!”

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.
“Elba is wonderful and Sonny loved spending time with her. He loved running around her yard and made friends quickly with her. She is very responsive and wonderful at communication, she is experienced and knowledgeable. I recommend her 100%!”

“We’ve had a great experience with Trish. Gizmo is still new to us and can be sensitive with transitions, and she has been incredibly patient, calm, and accommodating from the start. He settles while he’s there (even if he hasn’t slept yet), and it’s clear he feels safe and well cared for. She’s kind, attentive, and truly understands dogs who need a little extra gentleness. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust and feel comfortable leaving him with. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic experience with Megan. Felt completely comfortable leaving Teddy in her care. Lots of communication and sweet pictures throughout the stay. Teddy was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. 100% recommend!”

About: I’ve had the privilege of being a dog owner since the age of 13. Dogs are a part of my life and are so healing to the soul. I’ve had years of experience in loving and taking care of these fur babies. I do well with following instructions, being respectful, and creating a safe space & home for your pups. I would consider myself to be a great and responsible dog mom, sitter, and would love and take care of your dog like my own. I’m a stay at home mom and have the time to take care and play with your pups. I have space in my backyard for playtime and potty time and live in a beautiful neighborhood to go on walks for fresh air and exercise. My family spends a lot of time outside and so will your pup (weather permitting of course). I’m available during weekdays and weekends. My services include boarding and doggy day care. I have a backyard and beautiful deck to get plenty of playtime and sunshine. I also live right across the street from a large park that we can take trips to. I have a small and friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I will keep your dog on a leash while outside and/or can close off the deck for a more secure area.
“Dani was amazing! Took my dog to her 3x and she was excited each time. Photos and updates were sent without asking. I would definitely book anytime to take care of my fur baby. I highly recommend.”

About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats, and litters of puppies and kittens since I was nine years old. Being homeschooled for a majority of my childhood, I was able to learn about taking care of these needy animals at such a young age. We have fostered dogs and cats of almost all ages, from newborns to adults. Even during the years, my family and I fostered these animals, I’ve had multiple neighbors at a time rely on me to visit and walk their dogs while they’re at work. That is how I got my first job at 11 years old. I’m out of school for the summer, so I am free practically whenever your pups need me! I can drop in/walk daily or weekly, whatever works for you! With my school and work schedule and the living situation I’m in, I don’t currently offer boarding services, but that may change in the future!

This allows me to be flexible and help during typical working hours. I am open to walks or drip Ins at any time. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.
