For the past 5 summers, I’ve also dog sat and house sat for a family friend’s two standard poodles, one elderly dog with hip issues and hearing/vision loss, and one younger, high-energy dog who needed lots of attention and play. In addition, I’ve cared for a family friend’s cat by feeding her, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and spending time with her while they were away. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m waiting to hear back about a summer internship, but even with that I would still be available for evening visits and weekends. If I do not get the internship, I’ll likely be working part-time with varying shifts, which would still allow me to do pet care during the other half of the day and let pets out before and after work. I’m reliable with scheduling and happy to work around your pet’s needs. I have an electric fence but can take will take it out on a leash if they aren't fence trained. I have a dog that is not 100% reliable on how friendly he will be if it is a male but we can easily put him away for a few hours and keep him calm. I would mostly keep a client's pet within their home/neighborhood.

About: Everyone underestimates the companionship that animals bring to their owners. Hoping to help out when you can't be there for your pet. I enjoy taking daily walks. I work remotely in the West Chester area so I have a flexible schedule to tend to your pet's needs. I enjoy being outside and being active. I have a large and flat yard but would need to leash your pet for daily walks and outings. I have a small dog myself who enjoys running with me when the weather permits.

I am available in the evening on Fridays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I work full time Monday - Friday and would prefer if your dog was picked up on Sunday evening.
