About: I've always felt that animals deserve the best care they can get. I have experience with Senior pets along with Great social skills when talking to people. I'm also a firm believer that Animals will tell you their boundaries and that those should be respected. I also have experience with Rodents such as guinea pigs and Rabbits along with Reptiles. I have a very open schedule when it comes down to taking care of pets. I'm willing to spend as much or as little time with pets that you would like. I have 2 Dogs who are friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats that tend to mind their own and avoid the dogs. They all get along with each other. I don't have a fenced in yard so walks would be our go to exercise. I also have a Guinea Pig but he is kept in his own room the other animals do not have access to.

About: I’ve been a pet owner/parent since I was a child. I’ve owned Pugs, Frenchies, Rotties, Great Danes and even mixed breeds from puppies to seniors. This has given me the knowledge to understand that all pups are different and may need different attention depending on their stage of life, but rest assured all pups will receive safe, reliable and loving care. At this time caring for your pet is my only job so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups! I’m available for boarding with a drop off window between 9:30am and 7:30pm weekdays, with the exception of 5:30-6pm which is typically when I like to feed the pups unless instructed otherwise. I like to allow about an hour and a half of rest after eating for proper digestion before any playtime. Checkout should be no later than 10:00am, or you will be charged the daycare fee for that day and your pet must be picked up by 6pm.. On weekends drop off times are after 2pm but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility that can be discussed if an earlier time is needed. Daycare hours will run 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. “PLEASE NOTE” that all pets must be up to date with shots and flea and tick meds for daycare and boarding. Proof will be required. Your pets safety is very important to me which is why I require dog friendly pets only and no puppies under 5 months. If you are unsure of how your pet will handle boarding I suggest trying a couple days of daycare to get them adjusted. At no time will your pet ever be left alone in the yard or unattended in my home. If something comes up and I need to run an errand, your pet will be crated/pen for safety. I have central air to keep the pets cool and if your pup feels a bit overwhelmed at first while boarding by my resident dogs, I can offer separation if needed.

“I am so grateful to have come across Donte here on Rover. I have an almost 3 year old Pit mix that I rescued. And Pit's just have a stereotype about them, so most people don't want to watch them. So far, Lola has been with the same boarder, but they are no longer on the Rover app. I came across Donte and he immediately said YES. I was so happy and relieved and particularly excited and grateful that he is a dog trainer, which I made me feel like he could totally handle her. That was a true bonus in my mind. Lola has had training already, but it can take her a moment to warm up. Donte said she did good; I made her sound worse than she really is. I didn't get any videos or pics, so next time, I will request. I like to see her progress. Donte let me know that Lola got to play with his dog; glad she got to interact with another dog.
