“Diego & Amelia are fantastic! They provided pictures every day of our pup, including pictures of her sunbathing with their two dogs, who are absolutely adorable. They responded quickly to an adjustment request for pickup time, as well, which we greatly appreciated. Our dog is such a happy girl after spending time with them. This was the longest we have ever been away from our pup and their updates made us feel so at ease.”

“Adrienne watched our fur baby Triple for the first time overnight. She was great! Triple enjoyed his stay. Thank you for taking such good care of him. I highly recommend and will definitely be using her again.”

“Alexa was fabulous!!! She was so kind and easy to work with. My dogs had a Blast with her dog and her family. She kept me updated and sent pictures frequently. Her communication was always extremely prompt as well. I already made plans to use her again!”

“Lovely, cozy house and farm, where our Great Pyrenees had a perfect stay over the holiday period this year. Zach and Martin sent regular photo and video updates while we were gone - highly recommended!”

“Gina cared for our dog, Charlie, for a week while we were on vacation. Everything from the meet and greet, to his stay went wonderfully. She is reliable and communicates well through everything. Charlie loved having the company of her dog and the other dogs she was watching at the time. We came home to a happy and tired pup! Would highly recommend Gina!”

“Hollie is an excellent dog sitter. This was the second time that we left our Jazzi with her and her dog Jovi for a week. She sent photos each day and I can tell she loves the dogs she sits as much as her own. Hollie is also very flexible and works with your schedule. She takes such great care of my Jazzi and I trust her with my girl.”

“Janette and her family were so wonderful watching our new puppy Simon! She proactively sent updates and Simon was treated like a member of the family. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!”

“I contacted Wendy from out of state mid-vacation because my dog wasn’t doing well when his sitter left the house. Wendy agreed to watch our dog at her house and helped us arrange his transportation. Our anxious pup warmed up to her immediately and loved his stay at her house! He got to snuggle on the couch, roam the big yard, chase the squirrels—what else could a dog want!? Our dog came home very happy and while he was glad to see me when I picked him up, he also went to Wendy and her family for goodbye pets—a sign he enjoyed his time with them. Wendy was such a delight to work with from beginning to end. Without hesitation, she will be the first person I contact to watch our dog when we plan our next vacation.”

“Debra and Michael were amazing. They understood our situation and gave us the time flexibility for Louie’s pickup and drop off. He was a little fussy this time with them but I understood he was well taken care of. They made sure he got comfortable. We kept receiving messages on how he’s doing throughout the day as well. Definitely recommend them”

“Shona was absolutely wonderful with my dogs Roxie and Ramsey!! It was the first time I ever had someone watch my 9 and 6 year old dogs, so I was very nervous, but Shona put me at ease right away. She sent daily pictures of the dogs to let me know that they were having a very good and relaxed time with Shona and her family. She treated them as if they were her own, which I am grateful for! I will definitely use Shona's services again, and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Shona!”

“Our dog Poncho stayed with Chonlada for a week while we were on vacation and we could not take him with us. She was very flexible and agreeable to a meet & greet beforehand. Poncho and her dog Tokie were similar in size, age, and activity level so they seemed to get along great. She has a large fenced property for the dogs to explore and run around. I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. Chonlada even contacted me when she noticed that Poncho was licking his paws and had a small abrasion, which she treated and monitored. Thanks so much to Chonlada and her family and I would definitely recommend her for boarding and will use again when needed.”

“Amanda’s knowledge of dogs was apparent from my first meeting with her. It’s clear that Amanda cares for pets like they are her own. Amanda sent pictures throughout the weekend so I could see that my dog was really happy and having a great time. It was wonderful to be away knowing that my dog was safe and happy!”

“Kristin is great! Her house was well kept, with a nice backyard for playtime. Her pets made great companions and she took great care of my pup. She'll be my first choice next time I need someone to watch him.”

“Michael and Loraine took great care of Jax, our Bichpoo. You can tell they have had dogs and are true dog lovers. Jax took to them right away, thanks to their loving manner and welcoming warmth. We’re already booked for our next trip!”

“Stacey & her sweet lil Mali are Jackson’s new best friends! He had the best time with them. Stacey was so very attentive and caring of Jackson. Our family loved the photos & updates she sent each day. This was his first stay with Stacey and we’re very happy to have connected so well. Jackson will definitely return for another stay ?”

About: I’ve been caring for cats since childhood, growing up with three cats and currently having my own tabby girl! I’m familiar with daily routines like feeding, administering medications, litter box care, grooming, and playtime, as well as understanding different cat personalities. Whether a cat is shy, independent, or very affectionate, I’m patient and understanding of their space while making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for! 🐈⬛ ♥️
“I wish that more people in the world were like Tim. His integrity, responsibility, and dedication are rare qualities. I was at my wits end with stress from moving across the country, but I had to travel for work. I was worried sick about my poor cat that had been through so much stress already. From the first day, I felt that I could trust Tim with my cat and my home. With clear and regular communication, I could see that my very shy cat was warming up to Tim and it gave me a sense of relief that I hadn’t felt in weeks. Despite the facts that my furniture hadn’t even arrived (and arrived while I was away!), that the house was cold, and had few amenities, Tim never complained and handled everything graciously. Simply put, Tim was there for me when I needed help, and he has my eternal trust and gratitude. I’ve already asked him to stay again when I have to travel in a couple of months.”

“Kristin was wonderful to work with. She took care of my 2 dogs and birds for a week. She visited 3 times a day and gave me a summary of the visit and photos of my puppies. She went above and beyond when my senior dog had some tummy issues, she took great care of him and did everything I would have done. By the end of the week, the dogs became very fond of her. My house was tidy and she brought in packages and mail. I would not hesitate having her back as my regular pet sitter. She is very responsive to texts and emails.”

“I feel so lucky to have found Rachael to check in on my two cats every day while I was away for 10 days. She’s super communicative and reliable and I would recommend to her anyone and be so happy to work with her again.”

“Brianna went above and beyond taking amazing care of our kitties. She was a very last minute booking and was not only understanding but extremely supportive in accommodating all our pets needs. We swear we came home to a cleaner house than we left it to! I would recommend Brianna to anyone needing a caretaker for their pet and will definitely rebook in the future 🫶”

“We love Jessica! She treated and cared for my kitten Ruby with so much love. Ruby had the best time with Jessica. When I returned this morning, Ruby was so happy and looked so well taken care of. Jessica went above and beyond in taking care of my kitten. We will definitely be rebooking her for all future needs. Jessica is so sweet and really cares about animals and is so flexible with her schedule. Thank you for taking care of Ruby and for giving her so much love. We can’t wait to have you back over again 😊”

About: My family rescued our cat Suma from the SPCA, and caring for her has given me hands-on experience with daily cat care and understanding feline behavior. I know how important it is for cats to feel comfortable in their own environment, so I provide calm, reliable visits with feeding, litter box cleaning, attention, and playtime based on each cat’s personality and needs.
“Shuhuan is a so kind and professional pet sitter. She took care of our two cats while we were in a week-long business trip. She always came to our house at the scheduled time frame, and played around with our two cats together. She even helped us to adjust the auto feeder clock during the daylight saving time begins on Sunday. It seems like both of our two cats like her very much!”

“Our cats loved Melodi! She was very professional and took cute photos of our cats. My very scared former feral girl came out and let Melodi pet her. She has a gift for pet care. Don't hesitate to get her for your pets.”

Where Ruby had previously displayed some anxiety when we left her with others, she was more than happy to spend time at Alessandra's. On top of that Alessandra shared plenty of photos and videos throughout the days that put my mind at ease that Ruby was doing just fine. She also worked with our timing needs. Would absolutely rebook!”

About: About Me Hi, I’m Pam! I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all breeds—puppies to seniors—and treat every pet as family. I’m organized, caring, and deeply dependable, and I’d be honored to care for your pup. Why Choose Me? Flexible & Present: I work from home and dedicate undivided attention to each pet—companionship is always there. Routine-Focused: I follow your pet’s normal routine closely—mealtimes, walks, play sessions—to help them feel at ease. Why I Love Pet Sitting Dogs and cats have been part of my life forever—I can’t imagine not having at least one around! I balance caring for pets with raising my son—I’m home, present, and fully engaged. We’re warmly present at all times—your pet will be with company and attention throughout their care. Thank you for considering me—I look forward to making your pet feel right at home! 1. Adhere to Your Pet’s Regular Routine As an effective sitter, I stick closely to your pet’s feeding, walking, and activity schedules to reduce stress and help them feel at ease. Consistency makes all the difference—pets thrive on familiarity and structure. 2. Lean on Written Schedules & Reminders I rely on alarms, digital reminders, or a shared care document outlining feeding times, walks, and medication schedules. Detailed care plans—not just verbal instructions—help ensure nothing is overlooked. 3. Balance Walks, Play, and Mental Stimulation Your pup will enjoy walks in the morning and evening, play sessions in the yard or with toys, and brain games like puzzles or training drills. This balanced mix keeps pets physically active and mentally engaged, which is a hallmark of personalized, attentive care. 4. Clear Communication with Owners I provide updates via text, photos, or videos—tailored to your preference. Whether you'd like a daily summary or only updates if something important comes up, I'll make sure our communication fits what works best for you. Clear, consistent updates help build trust and peace of mind. 1. Create a Secure, Pet‑Safe Environment I prioritize safety by pet-proofing all areas—tucking away loose items, securing small objects, and removing anything toxic within reach. I supervise pets at all times, even in fenced yards, and avoid assuming familiarity protects against escapes or mishaps. 2. Use Barriers and Supervision for Added Security To prevent accidental exits, I employ secondary barriers—like baby gates or exercise pens—when entering or exiting through doors. Even in clients’ homes, I discuss acceptable barrier use ahead of time to ensure safety. 3. Establish Safe Boundaries & Routines I maintain separate feeding areas and “own spaces” for each pet to avoid tension and provide comfort. Cleanliness and routine are central—each pet has its own safe zone, whether in my home or yours- 4. Meet & Greet for Confidence and Preparedness I always recommend a Meet & Greet before booking—this gives us a chance to establish comfort and go over logistics such as key access, gate codes, and safe entry routes. It also helps me anticipate quirky behaviors and preferences that enhance care. 5. Respecting Your Home & Access Protocols When caring for pets in your home, I ensure a secure access plan—whether through tested codes, spare keys, or lockboxes—and always return keys promptly. I conduct perimeter checks to confirm gates are closed, trash secured, and hazardous zones off-limits. 6. Open, Tailored Communication Builds Trust I’ll work with you to determine your preferred update style—daily summaries, photo check-ins, or notes only if something unusual occurs. Consistent, clear communication not only reassures you, but also ensures your pet’s care is seamless. 7. Emergency Preparedness Included I keep emergency contact info—including vets, local animal hospitals, and your trusted contacts—on hand. I’m prepared to act quickly and responsibly in case of illness or safety concerns. 8. Built‑In Assurance through Rover’s Standards As part of the Rover community, I’ve passed a comprehensive background check and adhere to Rover’s Trust & Safety protocols, including the Rover Guarantee and responsive booking protection. Our communications always stay within the platform to ensure transparency and security.

About: Hello! I’ve been a dog owner for 23 years. From 2002-2019, I raised 3 amazing Lhasa Apsos. In November 2020, I became a dog-mom again to yet another Lhasa! She just turned 5 this past September. Some dog facts about me: 1. I volunteered for the Chester Co SPCA, the Lhasa Apso Rescue, Dog Town Rescue, and Doggone Good Training. 2. I have been pet sitting and dog walking on and off for many years. 3. I will treat your dog like my own. I am and always will be a “dog mom.” 4. My boyfriend and I live together, and he loves and respects dogs as much as I do! He likes to come with me on my dog sitting jobs, when he can! ❤️ Other facts about me: 1. I’m a full time speech/language therapist in a local school district. My plan is to retire in 4 years. That way, I can hopefully spend more time with dogs, which is what I prefer :) 2. I’m taking a sewing class, so if you want me to make something for your dog, just let me know! I need the practice! 3. I’m well-versed in dog nutrition, cruelty-free products, and products that give back to animal charities/rescues. 4. I’ve taken my dogs to many types of training classes, and my current dog has been through behavioral training. So, I know basic dog training and behavior techniques “pretty” well. 5. I know basic grooming techniques, but I’m NOT professionally trained! Thank you for visiting my profile, and I hope to meet you and your dog(s) very soon! I currently work M-F 7:30-3, so pet sitting would have to been done in the evenings and weekends. However, I have my summers OFF, so my availability opens up quite a bit from mid June until the end of August. I’m happy to care for your dogs in your home. I do not offer care in my own home, nor do I offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. I know basic first aid, but I’m not yet CPR certified. That’s on the to-do list, along with bonding and insurance.
About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats all my life before moving to the US, and caring for them has always been a passion. From playful puppies to independent cats, I’ve learned how to provide the best care with patience, love, and attention to their needs. Now, I want to bring that same dedication to caring for others’ pets, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I’m currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends. I’m always available on weekdays and most weekends. I update my calendar every week. I live in a clean, cozy one-bedroom apartment with my husband. We have no kids and no pets. Our home is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for pets who enjoy a calm environment. Plenty of space for relaxing, supervised care, and comfortable downtime.

“Brandi was amazing! Genuinely a kind person and very personable. Treated my 75lb pit bull Leonidas like her own. Pictures of walks and him even in their vehicle. Highly recommend!!! God bless you:)”

“jean was great! my pup was a little unsure about meeting new people at first, but jean was very attentive and stayed in touch with us to make sure all of his needs were met”

“Andrew was wonderful from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and flexible- we had to adjust our days after booking due to an unexpected funeral and he made the changes quickly. Our dog got really great care with frequent updates and pics and it was very clear Andrew really enjoys taking care of animals! Would highly recommend. Thank you!!”

“We left Harper with Carole for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and Carole was great. Sent us daily photos of Harper playing with other dogs. Thank you Carole for taking such good care of her!”

“Lynda was awesome! Super communicative. Marvel seemed so comfortable which is huge for my anxious baby. Will be reaching out to Lynda for future dog-sitting needs for sure.”

“My dog Jazmine seemed to really enjoy the time with Manu and Dhruv. Their home is crate-free which is fantastic and they played her favorite game fetch with her. The pictures they sent me throughout Jazzy’s stay showed them treating her as one of the family. Overall a great experience.”

“Joel is prompt to respond. My dog can be uncomfortable meeting new people and dogs. Joel has a keen understanding of dog behavior and uses lots of positive reinforcement. He handles greetings, meal times, and playtime in a professional manner. I felt comfortable leaving my anxious dog in his care and my dog quickly warmed up to him, his wife, and his dogs.”
