I also have a rabbit named Toast and all 4 of them are the light of my life. Every morning I wake up and they greet me with kisses and demands for pets. Of course I always give in. I have a bachelors in large animal sciences, have volunteered at forgotten cats for years, and have worked in emergency, oncology and dermatology departments. Currently I work at another veterinary clinic that helps dogs and cats get quick emergency care for more minor issues like ear infections. With all my past experience your fluffy ones will be in good hands! Since I work during week days and sometimes weekends, I would try to be back with your pet(s) as much as possible! (I work a total of 4 days a week and my schedule can be random since I’m in veterinary emergency). Weekdays I work 3pm -11pm and weekends I would work 10am-8pm. Any other time would be spent taking your pet on walks, brushing out their fur, giving them treats and all the attention they deserve! I can stay with/walk pets before work on weekdays. Weekends I would be unable to walk them unless you are okay with my hours and I am doing overnight or long term pet sitting. I would take your dogs for walks or let them out into the yard as much as possible. I will follow instructions left by you and make sure to give many updates and pictures! I believe pictures are the best way to feel comfortable with your pets care while also getting those cute pet moments while your away!

I currently work from home and will be able to do long walks in the morning, mid-day and evening. I can also let them out multiple times throughout the day depending on schedule needs. I have a fully fenced in large yard and easy walking paths nearby. I do have a crate it needed, otherwise your dogs will spend time on the couch and bed, all furniture is dog friendly.

About: I have 3 dogs of my own who are treated like royalty. I watch my neighbors pets, dogs, cats, bearded dragon, when they are out of town. I volunteer with a dog rescue when I can, Rylie’s Rescue, transporting, and foster care. I absolutely love all animals! I work part time, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 11-6pm. All other days I’m completely available. I could always stop in before and after work. I prefer to watch in your home, I have 3 dogs, our Toy Australian Shepherd, has had to have surgery on 3 legs, so I rather keep him calm and not bring too much excitement to our home.

He isn't used to being off the leash. He ran around the yard barking at the cars going by (which were pretty far away) and got some good exercise. Although he was sad that we left him, Mary and Dan took great care of him and made him feel at home. They were willing to let him sleep in the bed with them which I think made him feel safe. They sent a picture or a video each day and were quick to keep in touch when we messaged them. He was happy to see us when we got back, but I think he had a good time with them and I would go back to them again.”
