About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.

I had originally booked Austin with Tyler for one week but due to housing issues I had to extend his stay. I actually had to extend Austin's stay a few times and Tyler was always happy and willing to house Austin for as long as we needed. Tyler let me come visit Austin periodically since I missed him so much, and every time I visited Austin looked great and seemed truly happy there. I will 10/10 rebook with Tyler! About: I have owned, trained and cared for dogs, cats and horses over the last 17 years. I also work with a dog rescue organization in the area and have fostered over 40 dogs in the last 3 years. As an avid animal lover I understand the significant impact that owning animals has on our ability to travel and relax when away. I want to provide people the opportunity to travel care-free while their dogs enjoy the best care being boarded in my home. I have a very dog-friendly house with a fully secure fenced in yard. I work from home so dogs receive attention all day and night and get lots of playtime. Dogs boarded here will get free roam of the house but can also have and use a crate at the owner’s request. I am able to feed special diets and give medication as needed. If your dog stays here they will be welcomed into my house as if they were one of my own. Dogs that come here should be friendly with both male and female dogs. There are no cats in the home. I am also available for lunch time, evening and weekend dog walking. I work from home and am here almost all of the time for boarding in my home. I am also available to provide dog walks during the week in the evenings, sometimes over lunch and on the weekends. Dogs cared for in my home will be treated as if they were my own. They are able to roam about the house and use the full fenced yard. About: I’ve been an animal rescuer since childhood, and have raised my children (12-20) to do the same. My most recent official role in animal care and rescue has been via fostering dogs and cats through the Morris Animal Refuge in Philadelphia. Unofficially, I have been a proud dog mama for 11 years, and cat mama off and on since childhood. My resident doggo Patches is a proud foster father, and is comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages. If you have a pup or cat that could use a cuddle buddy while you are away, Patches is your guy. It’s gets a little lonely in here 😊 I unfortunately do have a disability that impacts the right side of my body. My dog Patches (50lbs) is walked with a gentle lead harness to keep things safe for both of us. I can handle dogs his size - or a bit larger - who do not jump, or who are low energy and would prefer to hang in the backyard rather than taking longer walks. I care for all animals as I would a human family member. I am comfortable with normal day to day care, as well as those who require special needs. I try to be very respectful of the personality of each pet. Some animals are nervous at first, and I’d like to respect their need for space and/or time to warm up to me. About: I used to have a Shih-tzu named Eris who was a very sweet girl with lots of energy. I currently look after a French Bulldog from time to time who I absolutely love. I like working with small dogs/lap dogs but I can work with bigger dogs too. I work from home, and I have plenty of time to play with your dog or take them on walks. I spend most of my day ar my desk, and I would welcome the extra encouragement to go outside and take the dog for a walk. I live with two other family members who love dogs, so your dog will never go without attention. If your dog is small, then I will happily let them sit on my bed while I work, and I'll reach over to give them pets whenever they want. Larger dogs are welcome to lie in a dog bed by my desk, or downstairs on the couch with me.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. As a teen I worked in a kennel and ran a kids obedience class. In my 20s and 30s, I fostered for a bully breed rescue. I've had everything from nine week old puppies to 13 year old dog. So the size of the age of the dog has never really made much of a difference. I'm pretty familiar with most tools for walking and training and if I'm not, I'm confident telling you so ,along with my ability it learn proper technique. I believe patience is key with any animal. I've had deaf dogs, dogs that need to be carried up and downstairs, the crazy dog that runs around and eat your socks. I believe staying calm and patient is the key to dog getting comfortable with you. I have a super flexible schedule. I'm a stay at home mom of a teenager. I scheduled personal appointments pretty well in advance giving everyone time to make sure things are covered. I currently watch a couple dogs for friends and I've had no problem dropping in on short notice or having their dogs dropped off to me with short notice. My husband and child are really dog savvy so having one randomly need to crash for the night or come over for a few hours, never really phase them. Work is one of those things where in my house everyone just understands you gotta go. In my house, we put a baby gates an extra dog crate . There's always water bowls available. I do have a large fenced in area and plenty of toys available. Out on walks everybody stays on a leash. Give them plenty of space and time to sniff around, but making sure we get some exercise. Always good to carry water for the dogs and snacks. Some dogs need more space away from everybody else when they're walking and that's OK we'll find a different walking route change things up, I feel like you know your pet better than anyone else. You'll tell me what they need and how to love them best. I believe they're all individuals and have individual needs whether be in your house ,mine or walking down the street.

We need someone to watch our dogs for a long trip this year which will require work and time to build a relationship. Shanon is very intuitive to my dogs need to build a relationship slowly. She doesn't react to him the way most would and genuinely takes clues from him. Ive been so worried to try and have him build a relationship with someone and I dont think I could have gotten anyone better. She does rush him or force him to be near her and he is very quickly getting comfortable with her which is something I wasnt expecting to happen so soon. Having the meet and greet and a day in doggy day car helped our dog become acclimated with Amanda’s routine and set her up for a successful stay. Mae spent her time running in Amanda’s big fenced in yard, playing with other dogs and tormenting some cute barn animals ;) Amanda checked in daily with pictures, videos and funny stories the whole time. About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.
About: I have taken care of animals my whole life and have the time and flexibility now to help take care of yours! I am excited to help and meet your pets. I currently do not have a job so I have a very flexible schedule to take care of your pets! I am open to help with whatever your pets need. I live in a single family house across from a park in Souderton. I live in a neighborhood that has plenty of places to walk your dog safely with room to roam and explore.

“I don't know why it took me so long to post this review. Tyler was absolutely amazing with my dog, Austin! I had originally booked Austin with Tyler for one week but due to housing issues I had to extend his stay. I actually had to extend Austin's stay a few times and Tyler was always happy and willing to house Austin for as long as we needed. Tyler let me come visit Austin periodically since I missed him so much, and every time I visited Austin looked great and seemed truly happy there. I will 10/10 rebook with Tyler! I am forever grateful for Tyler's help throughout that difficult time and highly recommend using him for whatever length of stay your pup or kitty needs.”

“This was our first time leaving our dog, Bernie, with Shona (for an entire week) and we can’t say enough good things about the care he received. We consider our dog to be a member of the family and we were initially nervous about leaving Bernie with a stranger. But Shona met with us ahead of time, and we could tell she was warm and caring. After the first day we could tell that Bernie was well taken care of and happy while there. We received multiple pictures daily of Bernie doing things he only does when he is relaxed (cuddling, belly rubs, passing out on the couch). Bernie cuddled witwh her teenage kids. Shona was very communicative and immediately responsive. We immediately booked her for our next vacation. We highly recommend Shona and will use her in the future for all of our boarding needs.”
