We consider our dog to be a member of the family and we were initially nervous about leaving Bernie with a stranger. But Shona met with us ahead of time, and we could tell she was warm and caring. After the first day we could tell that Bernie was well taken care of and happy while there. With all my past experience your fluffy ones will be in good hands! Since I work during week days and sometimes weekends, I would try to be back with your pet(s) as much as possible! (I work a total of 4 days a week and my schedule can be random since I’m in veterinary emergency). Weekdays I work 3pm -11pm and weekends I would work 10am-8pm. Any other time would be spent taking your pet on walks, brushing out their fur, giving them treats and all the attention they deserve! I can stay with/walk pets before work on weekdays. Weekends I would be unable to walk them unless you are okay with my hours and I am doing overnight or long term pet sitting. I would take your dogs for walks or let them out into the yard as much as possible. I will follow instructions left by you and make sure to give many updates and pictures! I believe pictures are the best way to feel comfortable with your pets care while also getting those cute pet moments while your away!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own who are treated like royalty. I watch my neighbors pets, dogs, cats, bearded dragon, when they are out of town. I volunteer with a dog rescue when I can, Rylie’s Rescue, transporting, and foster care. I absolutely love all animals! I work part time, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 11-6pm. All other days I’m completely available. I could always stop in before and after work. I prefer to watch in your home, I have 3 dogs, our Toy Australian Shepherd, has had to have surgery on 3 legs, so I rather keep him calm and not bring too much excitement to our home.

“Amanda is amazing! Leaving our puppy alone for the first time was hard enough but thinking of her in a kennel for a week was devastating. Luckily we found Amanda who treated Sadie like a member of her family sent us pictures and videos everyday and let Sadie pretty much live in luxury on her amazing farm! I highly recommend Amanda if you want your dog to have a vacation of their own while you are away so you can be at peace knowing your dog is being loved as one of her own! About: My husband and absolutely love dogs. We have a loving spacious home for him to run around in. I am always watching my parents or siblings dog and it’s always a blast to do so! My husband and I both work from home, so we’re able to spend a lot of time with our dog throughout the day. We take him on walks totaling at least 2 miles every day and love getting outside with him whenever we can. We also make sure he gets plenty of playtime, attention, and exercise, and we enjoy taking him along with us on walks, errands, and adventures whenever possible. We have a large dog who has his own bedroom with a full-size bed, which he absolutely loves! We also have two dog beds downstairs so he has plenty of comfortable places to relax throughout the house. Our back porch has a long leash where he can safely spend some time outside and enjoy the fresh air. He is no in the crate, but we do have a large crate in the basement available if needed.
“We love Miranda so much. She's been talking care of my pup Siena over the span of a year and a half. Wherever we go on vacation and need somebody to watch Siena for a weekend or 10 days, Miranda is our go to person. Miranda and her whole family love and take such good care of Siena. About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). I would be happy to set up a crate, food and water bowls, or pet beds.
