“Jada was amazing!! This was our first time using Rover for pet sitting services so I was a bit nervous. We have a senior cat on a daily med who can be pretty finnicky, and then two cats that are just over a year old, who are QUITE rambunctious. We got wonderful daily updates on our cats with LOADS of pictures. Jada had no issue giving our senior her medicine and played with our kittens so they wouldn't torment their older sister. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have also owned and cared for goats and rabbits and raised them from birth. I am an animal lover with 2 dogs currently I can do morning walks during the week until 1 pm. I can also do any time on the weekends typically with advanced notice. I will have night time availability during summer I will care for clients pets as if they were my own and work to earn their trust and make them comfortable. About: Ive taken care of different animals ever since i was younger, friends and family rely on me to keep their pet company during that time I currently work a part time job which gives me plenty of time to do a drop in visits or do a walk for how ever long it may take also gives me a lot of times to keep your pup company for being in other people’s homes I make sure I’m respectful of their things, make sure all doors and gates are closed for the pets safety, for dog walking I would just get the dogs leash and harness and take them for their walk and for drop in visits I would just do whatever I am needed to do!

About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. About: I’ve taken care of pets for friends and family since I was a kid. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I can’t walk past a dog on the street without asking politely to pet them! Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! I currently work from home full time, so my availability is flexible. Stanley and I would be happy to have you hang out with us at my place (I’d recommend a meet and greet first). Or, I could stay at your place with your pet if that’s better for them, as long as I can have access to the WiFi so I can work. I live close to a nature trail that I take Stanley on daily, and we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. I can take frequent walk breaks and crate your pet if needed.

“I reached out to more than eight dog walkers, and Stephanie was far and away the most reliable, punctual, communicative and considerate. She walked our dog Mia twice a day for an hour for two weeks straight (one weekend excepted, as she was at a wedding). On at least one occasion, she came early (with notice) to get the walk in before some rain, and on another, she heard popping sounds at the park (which scare my dog), and drove 15 minutes out of her way to another park. My mom, who worked with Stephanie for the pick ups and drop offs, can't say enough good things about her. We will definitely work with her again and likely be setting up weekly walks if she's available.”

Mostly mornings or afternoons, but working during the day on the weekends works perfectly for me! I love all animals and treat any I meet like my own! I would not mind having to respectfully visit client’s homes if that is needed!

I recently retired after 43.5 years and I am looking forward to part time work that includes spending time with animals of all shapes and sizes!
