About: I’ve owned, trained, and taken care of dogs for 26 years. I’ve had a Dachshund, Beagles, Rottweiler, and have fostered - and trained - a German Shepard, two Pit bulls, Husky, and currently a Penkingese. The German Shepard came to me from a friend who was rescuing him but couldn’t train him properly so I spent almost 2 months with him - trained him how to walk properly on a leash, stop nipping, and to become a follower rather then a pack leader. I then returned him to my friend (who I can give contact info so you can ask directly) who still has him to this day. My Rottweiler was the first dog that I had living on my own and within a month she was potty and crate trained, I trained her to walk properly OFF the leash, and even trained her to only sit in one specific spot in the car (passenger side backseat). She unfortunately passed away before my kids were born and it wasn’t fair to adopt dogs with the zero free time babies give you. My kids are now older and since I work from home, I’m excited to have dogs back around. Everyone (including dogs) that enters my home is treated like family. I’m a very hands on parent and that translates to all levels of care - whether it’s a pet or kid. I personally walk twice a day (typically by myself) so your dogs will be engaged and exercised. If you have any questions, feel free to ask - I’m very big on transparency. I work full time from home but own my own business. Due to this, I don’t have a fixed schedule or designated breaks or lunches, I can start and stop whenever I want or need to. Your dogs will never be interrupting or waiting on me for whatever they might need. I have a home with a good sized yard. Since I’m home 99.9% of the time, there really is no need to crate (unless for whatever reason you require that for sleeping or some other situation). They can sleep with me and sit on furniture (again unless you don’t want that due to the rules in your home and those rules will be followed and respected here). I’m home throughout the entire day as I work from home. He/she will be engaged & never alone while here. We also have a young dog who is sweet with all. We have long leashes and a fairly private yard, are frequently outside and would never leave them unattended. We treat all those who enter just as family.
About: I’ve taken care of pets for friends and family since I was a kid. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I can’t walk past a dog on the street without asking politely to pet them! Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! BOARDING NOTE: for the safety of my dog, your dog, and my home, I only accept boarding requests for dogs that are crate trained. Thank you for understanding! About: I worked as a Kennel Attendant for 6 years and I was the Assistant Manager The Dog Stop. I have watched a lot of cats and dogs at clients houses as well so i’m familiar with in home pet sitting and walking. I have a full time job so I’m available varying times throughout the week and weekends, but i will always be sure to take care of the pets i’ve committed to caring for. I have one friendly dog at home and a fenced in yard for dogs that are friendly with other dogs. I also have a closed off large area for dogs that would rather not interact with other dogs. In a clients home I will be vary attentive to your pet and respectful of your space.

About: Our family has 2 very friendly labs, Gabigool 3 y/o and Pepperoni 1 y/o. Their hobbies are running in the yard, playing fetch/tug of war and cuddling. Gabi and Pepper love making friends with other dogs! Our Cat Joni enjoys watching the dogs play from other side of the room and keeps to herself. No dog is too big or too high energy. About: Although we’re new to Rover, we’ve owned dogs our whole lives and understand that every dog is different. Some want to play nonstop, others just want someone nearby while they nap. Our family (including our two daughters) are all dog lovers, so visiting dogs become part of the family while they’re here. We’re happy to adjust to whatever helps your dog feel comfortable and stick to the routine they’re used to. I (Keith) work from home several days each week, so pet care fits naturally into my schedule. Morning walks, yard time, potty breaks, meals, and playtime are already part of my day with my own dog, so adding another four-legged friend feels pretty normal. My wife (Leigh) is home in the evenings and on the weekends so we both get to give our dog and visiting dogs a lot of attention and love. We keep our availability realistic so every dog gets the time and attention they deserve. We have a fully fenced backyard and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for walks. Our own dog is friendly, but we don’t assume every dog wants an instant playmate, so introductions are always slow and supervised. If your dog needs their own space, that’s not a problem. We’ll follow your feeding schedule, medications, and any instructions you leave so their stay is as close to home as possible.
