About: I started caring for my childhood friends cats in middle, and finally adopted my own cat once i moved into my own place, my beautiful black cat Sauron. He is a rescue and unfortunately had several birth related complications leaving him with eye conditions I have learned to care for. I adopted my second cat after meeting moving in with my now wife. We brought home Clementine, a tortie with lots of attitude, at 2 months old when her litter was found beneath a friends porch. About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for friends and family for over 11 years, working with all breeds and sizes. I work remotely and don’t currently have a dog of my own, so I’m happy to give your pup lots of attention and care. My apartment building also has a rooftop dog park where dogs can safely enjoy off-leash time. Working remote gives me a lot of flexibility to fit in walks every few hours, as needed. Unless I am in a virtual meeting, I can attend to your fur baby right away. I live in an apartment building with a dedicated rooftop dog area that has a good-sized grassy space. I’m also happy to walk dogs to the nearest park, especially if they enjoy longer walks. I don’t have a dog of my own, and I only board one dog at a time (unless sibling pups), so your pup will have my full attention.

About: As a dedicated wildlife and pet caretaker with a passion for understanding and protecting animal habitats, I have spent years immersed in the wonders of the natural world. I can comfortably administer different kinds of medications to most animals, including oral liquids and pills, sub-Q and IM injections, and topicals. About: I have had 4 rescue dogs all with with either abusive backgrounds or extensive time living on the streets (none of whom currently live with me). I am comfortable walking large dogs up to 100lbs or multiple dogs at once. I have also trained 2 of my younger dogs and am happy to reinforce your dog's training while they are with me. I am a current pre-medicine post-bac student, I volunteer at a homeless shelter and animal shelter, and I do research in the Emergency Department. Note: for boarding on weeknights with pickup Tuesday-Friday morning, pickup needs to be scheduled prior to 8:30am. My apartment is very dog friendly and has a dog run. I also love dogs and am very excited to spend time giving your dogs all the attention they need while with me. I am happy to send pictures and updates as you want!

“John is the absolute best. He and his equally hospitable Boston Terrier, Parker, took care of our Wheaten Dolly for two weeks. We were nervous having never left her with anyone for that long, but he provided us with regular (and often very funny) updates about how Dolly was doing. He took the time to understand Dolly and worked with her on some of her issues. She only sleeps on her back when she feels safe and secure, and many of the photos John sent showed her snoozing away on her back, paws in the air. She came back clean, brushed, and although she was excited to see me I think she was a little sad to say goodbye to John and Parker. We will absolutely be relying on John in the future and are so grateful to the kindness he showed us and Dolly.”
