“Janet is a lovely woman who took excellent care of Grover while my husband and I were away. She sent us updates and pictures and answered my texts quickly. She was extra patient during our introductory meetings and made sure that our little terrier mix who is normally-wary-of-strangers was comfortable being around her and in her home. I highly recommend Janet and will definitely book with her in the future ☺️”

About: I am currently studying Chemistry, which requires me to be detail oriented and have patience. I will be able to guarantee both a unique and dedicated care to your pet, and hopefully create a bond with them! I love every cat like it is my own, so I will also make sure to have communication with you on any needs or concerns you may have for your pet. I’ve taken care of my own cat daily for the last 7 years. In addition, I have also helped out neighbors and family friends with their cats aswell. One household had 2 cats, so I am able to handle multiple pets and one household had a senior cat. I am good at reading a cat’s body language and overall love to lend a helping hand!

About: I have been an animal advocate since I was volunteering at the PSPCA during my childhood. I’m a former Humane Police Officer in Philadelphia. I’m a very experienced with pretty much any animal. Friendly and caring.

“Amber was great! She took plenty of time to play with my cats and did everything as requested. I really appreciated the little recap she wrote me. She put my mind at ease while I was away.”

“2nd time booking with Haley and once again she was amazing. My moms dementia has progressed and we took in a new cat after I booked with Haley so I asked her last minute if she could feed the new one and just check on my moms pets and she had no issues doing so. She is worth every penny and more. Thank you Haley!!!”

About: Hello pet parents! I'm Danni and I absolutely love everything about dogs. They're so cute, sweet and playful! I've had a dog all my life until recently (apartment restrictions) and they have been various sizes and breeds. I have also been a dog walker and sitter for a company that gave me experience handling and interacting with shelter and elderly dogs; I also have experience giving oral tablet medication at specified times. I understand that not every dog has come from a happy home and I will put an effort into earning their trust (I've done so with two shelter dogs with severe anxiety and I love them) because I know that it will mean so much in the long run. Other than long walks on sunny days, I love playing with your pup's favorite toy and fetch is my favorite game. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! About: I have had a cat in my life since birth, and since they make my life better for being in it, I decided to do my homework to make sure I could be giving them the quality of life they deserve. The one in the picture is my pandemic baby, who I’ve had since 6 weeks old, named Tabby. Tabby is my pride and joy, and I will admit I’m a little smug about how may professionals have praised her training, especially because it was pretty much entirely led by her. I have taken care of dozens of cats in the last 15 years. Each cat has taught me something, from recognizing the difference between play and aggression to how to give shots. I would love to meet your cat!

I'm comfortable walking dogs that are reactive, strong pullers, or need a patient, confident handler. I also have experience caring for a variety of small animals, including birds, rats, ferrets, and reptiles. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, playtime, or simply someone dependable to keep them company, I'll treat them with the same care and attention I'd want for my own pets. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered and scaly!) family members. I currently offer weekend-only availability for dog walks and drop-in visits. My apartment is on the 3rd floor, with 2 cats. My home multiple security features in the common area, and in the home. Personally willing to make a detailed list of events from their stay, and back it up with photos and videos.

About: Hi! I’ve had pets all my life and now have my own friendly dog. I have a degree in veterinary medicine. Your pet will be in safe, loving hands. I offer a calm, pet-friendly home, regular walks, playtime, and lots of attention. My dog enjoys company, so your pup won’t feel lonely! I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine and give medications if needed. I care for every animal like they’re part of my family. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. Every day I go for a walk with my dog — it’s a part of our day we all enjoy. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and love they need. I take good care of my own dog by regularly washing her, trimming her nails, cleaning her ears and teeth when needed, and making sure she stays fresh and comfortable. I also give her deworming tablets on a regular schedule to keep her healthy. I pay close attention to hygiene and health to ensure pets feel their best.

About: I have ten years of experience working with seniors in the past and I have 3 amazing, older kids that love to care for animals. I took some time off of work to help homeschool my kids. But my kids have a pretty easy schedule. Therefore, I have a lot of time to care for animals. I have a pregnant neighbor so she usually needs help with her dog. I like to give them 2-3 walks a day, bathe them if needed, feed them dog food with lots of nutrients, and make sure they are hydrated. My clients dog is pretty chill so I usually just pet him and feed him. Pets fit into my daily routine because I have a pretty open schedule and have a lot of time to care for the dogs which I’m caring for I have a fenced in yard and everything that can cause harm is door away. I also have smoke detectors, carbon dioxide, and a fire extinguisher.

“This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter. Him being blind causes him to be sensitive but he was surprising comfortable with Emeline! She was nothing but nice and welcoming. She even sent pictures/updates of how our furbaby was doing throughout his time with her. You could tell she really cares for the pets. Definitely recommend her as a sitter! We are absolutely using her again in the future!”

“Gabriela is the best! She went over and beyond to make my son feel comfortable while he enjoyed his stay. Thank you so much for taking care my lil man. I will definitely be rebooking in the near future!”

“What an operation she's got! She had meatball for about 6 hours and WORE. HER. OUT!!!! I can only imaging how much she played and how great a time she had. Meatball and I have more than a little separation anxiety for one another, so I don't like leaving her with just anyone. I will happily run back to Roseanna. Thank you, Roseanna. You made a terrible day, tolerable.”

About: I love dogs, especially the ones that may not be the best walkers and best trained. My 15 year old shiba recently passed and I miss taking walks and caring for him daily. I have also lived with a variety of higher-energy, larger dogs who've needed more help in training and runs. I am available to help if your hours are long or in off times (I do actually work a full-time remote job and am seeking this out because I would love to spend more time with more dogs and dog owners), and would love to spend time with your pup for whatever his or her needs may be (even if that just means keeping treats on me at all times)! Less of a capitalistic enterprise, and more of a desire to hang out with cool dogs. Full-time work from home, so I am available all day to play with and and walk your little dog! Need your help know what your pet’s schedule looks like and how I can help maintain it. Lots of walks and supervision until we trust eachother enough for free roams inside. Highly recommend Hardy to any pet parent looking for someone who truly cares!”

My life is centered around helping dog owners & shelter dogs, so I work with dogs every single day. Your pup can go with us to our daily adventures on the Dog Bus! I always make sure my dogs & client's dog have clean water and regular meal schedule. Daily long walks are very important as well. “Emily was great! Truly a lifesaver. I needed a walker last minute, my normal dog walker wasn’t available. After reading all her reviews I messaged her to find out if she was available the next day. She sent pictures and updated me throughout the visit. It was hot out so after the walk she hung out with Luna for the 30 minutes. Will definitely use her again and recommend her. Thanks again Emily!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover providing dependable, attentive care. I treat every pet like family while respecting their unique routines, personalities, and comfort needs. As a licensed esthetician, I’m naturally patient, detail-oriented and committed to creating a calm, clean, and comfortable environment. I understand how important routines are, so I take the time to learn each pet’s individual needs and personality. I have experience caring for my own cats, as well as pet sitting for family and friends’ dogs and cats, including feeding, walks, playtime, administering medication, overnight care, potty breaks, and litter box cleaning. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I currently work 3–4 days a week as a licensed esthetician at Glowbar in Rittenhouse, with shifts typically starting around 2:30 PM, though my schedule can vary slightly week to week. Because of this, I have consistent availability in the mornings, earlier afternoons and on my days off to dedicate to pet care services like walks and drop-ins when needed. I’m very organized and intentional about managing my time, so I’m able to plan my pet care bookings around my work schedule to ensure each pet gets my full attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their owner is away. I take the time to follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, litter box care, playtime, and any specific preferences the pet may have. I approach each visit with patience, calm energy, and attention to detail. I understand that pets can be sensitive to change, so I move at their pace and focus on building trust so they feel secure with me. I also treat my clients’ homes with the same respect I would my own. I keep everything clean and organized, make sure doors are secured, and always leave the space as I found it. I’m very mindful of safety, including checking water bowls, ensuring pets are comfortable before leaving, and giving updates so owners feel reassured while they’re away. My goal is always to make both the pet and the owner feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for.
About: Growing up around all types of animals helped me develop my current love for them! I’m an aspiring veterinary student that would love to get more experience :) I currently take care of my own dogs at home, while also have taken care of cats numerous times! I’ve been taking care of animals since I was born, this comes naturally to me. I care for pets like they’re my own, giving them the love and care that I would if it were in my own home. Every animal deserves kindness!
“Marilyn is extremely reliable. She communicates well and my 9 month old puppy loves her. We’ve hired Marilyn for 30 minute walks and she always walks him longer. She’s truly a gem!”

“Julie is great with Buddy! She has sat with him, given him his meds, walked and played with him. She makes sure I get photos and videos to check in. It’s nice to know there is someone reliable and caring to help with my big, goofy, neurotic dog.”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life and love every type breed and size. I am the go to friend when a friend needs someone to come let their dogs out or watch them over a weekend. I have a 3 year old Pitt/Staffy that I rescued when he was very young. I work a typical 8-5 M-F for now as I just relocated here. If needing days covered outside my availability, given it would be a good fit and pickup/dropoff works with my schedule, I can try to accommodate. I block off any time I’ll be out of town and mainly just hang at home with my own pitty otherwise. We go on daily walks for the needed exercise and energy burn. My apartment has no yard but we have a great neighborhood to walk in and I have a lot of space as it’s three bedrooms. We have a dog park I go to for walks frequently and visit other outdoor dog parks and hiking trails. I have an extra crate if it’s needed and lots of toys.
About: Faithful in my walk with God, faithful in my walks with dogs! I strive to offer the same unconditional love and dedication to your pet that is shown to us. Your dog's safety and happiness are my mission. My schedule is completely open at this time! I am very flexible and I can certainly work around your schedule! I am particularly flexible during the holidays! I pay very close attention to detail and have the utmost respect for everyone’s space. I treat everyone and every space that I am in with a great deal of love.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life. Right now I have one but at times I have had three. I worked at a veterinary hospital as a teenager. Over the years friends and family have entrusted me to watch, feed, and care for their dogs. I have had puppies up to elderly dogs. I currently work full time, we have a fairly large yard so I take my dog out twice in the morning. I take him out in the yard when I return home. I take him for a walk after dinner(we call it an adventure!). On the weekends, he loves to go to the park or the beach in the morning. I have a fenced yard. We have a house at the shore so he enjoys going there or to the park depending on the agenda. I take him to the vet appts and my wife and I alternate taking him to the groomers
About: I have taken care of animals my entire life, primarily cats but dogs and fish as well. Most other animals I put extensive research into the care of when considering owning them, and I would be more than happy to use that knowledge to give your animals the best care possible. I am currently working on continuing my education, so having a way to cover my bills that allows me a flexible schedule doing something I love seemed the perfect fit. Raising my own cat, Tabitha, from a kitten to be a very social, outgoing, sweet girl who loves going for harness walks has left me with a healthy appreciation of how well it works if you treat an animal with respect and expect the same. That being said, house rules come first, and I will make sure to enforce them in your absence.

“Samantha was great! Very knowledgeable about dogs. She sent me a picture of her daughter reading Milo a book. Adorable! She kept me updated about Milo and informed me of a health condition with Milo. Very much appreciated!”

“Wow! We are so happy that we chose Gabriella to be our dog’s new sitter! Kiko acclimated to her home immediately. He even ate on the first day! We thought he would not have eaten for a few days. Kiko loved his long daily walks in the park! He loved being part of her family! Kiko is looking forward to his next visit!”

“Milissa was amazing with Thor! Even with Thor’s separation anxiety, she was patient, attentive, and handled him so well. She was very communicative throughout his stay and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I could tell Thor was well cared for and in good hands. I would absolutely trust her to watch him again.”

“Jayla was an amazing sitter for my pup awhile I was away. She’s quick with communicating and provided alot of updates on how your pet is adjusting during their stay. Will definitely use her services again.”

“I had to go on something like 6 trips over the past couple of months and booked Jeffrey every time. He is the best dog sitter I have ever hired. He is extremely flexible, an excellent communicator, kind, and has a great, safe space for dogs to play inside and outside. You will not go wrong booking with Jeffrey.”

“Hardy is all things animals, from A to Z and everything in between. He didn't just watch our dog, he showed her love, he took care of all her needs, he cared about her. Plus the videos he sent clearly showed she had fun, which is a bonus. I hope Hardy is available the next time we need doggy daycare, he's No 1 for us. Thank you Hardy.”

“Chazz is great! Zelda is happy and calm when I pick her up, and my mind is at ease knowing that she’s being taken care of by someone that’s kind, friendly and professional.”

“Joseph did an amazing job taking care of Ace! He was incredibly responsive and kept me updated throughout the week, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Ace was in great hands—he even made it to the dog park almost every day! I’m so grateful for the care and attention Joseph gave him, and I’d absolutely trust him again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer was amazing. Took care of our 1 year old pup on short notice and couldn’t have been more pleasant or easier to coordinate with. She sent us pictures and kept us updated through the day and took very good care of Boots.”

“Natalie was a great host — super communicative and sent several pics and updates for our pup’s overnight stay. Her dog, Luna, is also super friendly and great with guests. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Hunter always has the best time with Cindy! She takes him to experiences and events he’s never been, and we’re so happy he gets to have enriching experiences with and without us. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Pepper was so excited when she recognized Katy's house. It makes us happy knowing she loves Katy & Marco. We're so blessed to be associated with them. This was a long trip too and we received lots of pixs.”

“Lucy had the best time with Shadow and Kerry! It was the first time I’ve left Lucy with anyone another than family and it was so good knowing she was well taken care of. Kerry sent plenty of updates on their time and how much fun the pups were having. I can tell Lucy already misses them and can’t wait to go back.”

“Cindy was very flexible with scheduling and allowing Duke to have a meet and greet prior to our scheduled boarding. Cindy also shared photos and videos during the stay.”

“My two big puppies (cattledog/terrier mix and golden retriever) can be a handful but Leanne and her family managed them with ease. I am grateful to know that we have a new sitter (since ours moved away) that we trust and that the dogs love! I got daily photos and video and the dogs were happy and relaxed when we pulled up to greet them at the end of our trip. We will be using Leanne again a few times this summer and in the years to come for sure!”

“Ari was amazing. He has such a genuine love and understanding of animals, there is an immediate connection. I know our dog is eager to go back to spend more time with this amazing person!”

“Jacob went above and beyond while watching my bernedoodle, Finn. Finn just had intestinal surgery and required special care and medications. I could tell that Finn really bonded with Jacob. Communication was great while I was abroad. Finn was happy and in great shape when I picked him up. Thanks!”

“Melissa had great communication and Georgie came home happy! We coordinate pickup and drop off times and my mother was doing the pickups and a first time rover-er and everything went great! Already booked with Melissa again!”

“Mary was awesome! She and her family loved my dog as if she were their own dog. She sent plenty of updates and photos. It felt so good to know my dog was well taken care of while we were away.”

“Beth was so sweet & caring to my baby! She literally treated her as her own! Gave her baths & snuggled her on the couch. Thanks so much❤️ Definitely using her again!”
