“Bentley thoroughly enjoyed his stay with Derya as always!! He got to play with other dogs and I had no doubts that he was very well taken care of in my absence!! Derya and Shenai are our first and only choice!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. In short, Crystal is fantastic at what she does. She's caring, professional, and loves animals. I'll definitely be calling on her again next time I need a cat sitter.”

“Had a great experience with Kenya and Simone, and it was clear that our dog was much more relaxed than in a traditional kennel. I appreciated Kenya meeting with us beforehand, since it was my first time using Rover. And great to receive pics of activities during the stay--including watching the World Cup together. :) Very prompt communication, both before and during the stay. Would definitely book with them again!”

“Tess and Curt were absolutely amazing. Easily some of the best people that have ever cared for my dog, Honey! They provided the best environment for her and were incredibly diligent about making sure they were familiar with her schedule, behavior, and personality before she even arrived. Their dog, Finn, was also a joy and the best playmate for Honey. I loved knowing that she was getting so much interaction and stimulation! They also spent a TON of time with Honey and sent me multiple pictures, videos, and updates every day! I never worried about Honey once. I would choose them over and over again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, safe, and involved family to care for their dog. I can’t say enough good things about them!”

“Aeriel was amazing! Our energetic lab, Birdie, loved spending a long weekend with Aeriel, her family, and her dog. Aeriel sent some photos and updates and we will definitely have Birdie stay there again. Highly recommend!!!!”

“I think I found our go-to dog sitter! My lab Winnie was in great hands with Ryan while I was traveling for work. I received frequent photo updates and could tell my pup really made herself at home. I love how Ryan has kids, lives near a park and works from home - a great combo for peace of mind. Ryan is the first person I'll 'call' next time I need dog care. :)”
“Alexis was fantastic. I booked her last minute and she did an amazing job. Sadie had an upset stomach when I dropped her off and Alexis did a great job with Sadie's meds and looking after her. She was feeling much better when she got home. Would definitely book again.”

“Lola had a blast during her little vacation while we were out of town! We immediately felt comfortable leaving our pup with Jodi and she sent us pictures, videos, and other updates throughout Lola’s stay. We would definitely send Lola to her new friends’ house the next time we vacation!”

“Jessica and her family were amazing sitters for our Labrador "Bella!" We couldn't have asked for a nicer or kinder family to entrust our fury family member. Bella loved her time with Jessica leaving my wife and I comforted to know she was in good care! Highly recommend Jessica for any pet sitting services. She took the time to periodically send videos and photos during Bella's stay. This further secured our trust that Bella was in good hands and allowed my wife and I to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely use Jessica again!”

“Our dog seemed to fall in love with Kevin. We also think he came home with better manners than we left him! Kevin had good communication with us both in arranging the care and while we were away. We definitely hope to leave our dog with Kevin in the future.”

“Laura was fantastic with Tasha, she sent me updates and photos, walked her a couple of times a day. Tasha had a nice time staying overnight. But mostly, i loved that her boy enjoyed having her in his house :)”

About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!
“Always great with updating me on how my puppy is doing. Sends lots of videos and makes sure he gets lots of play time. Very responsible with making sure dogs are separated if they don’t get along with each other. Always watches my dog great”

About: I've been caring for pets for over 15 years and have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, play with, and care for their pets while they're away. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I take the time to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Whether it's an energetic puppy, a senior dog needing extra patience, or a pet that simply enjoys companionship, I provide dependable, attentive care. I treat every pet like they're part of my own family and pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and trustworthy, so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I own a marketing agency and work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule. Because I create my own hours, I can easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, and overnight care. I enjoy staying active, so incorporating pet care into my daily routine is a natural fit. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and consistent care throughout the day. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and get plenty of exercise. In my home, pets are treated like family and receive lots of love, attention, and supervision. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions. I maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment so pets feel comfortable and secure while you're away.
“Katrina was an absolute blessing while watching our senior dog, Fudge. We were away for our daughter's graduation and she made sure we could be fully present without a second of worry. She took Fudge on gentle walks tailored to his pace, and constantly sent the sweetest videos and photos that had us smiling the whole weekend. You can tell she truly loves senior dogs — she was patient, attentive, and treated Fudge like her own. Returning to a happy, relaxed pup was the best graduation gift we could ask for. We trust Katina 100% and will be booking her again. If you have a senior dog, she’s your person!”

“This was the first time leaving our 6 month old kitten and Kelly did such an AMAZING job with keeping us updated and easing our minds. We will definitely be using her again!!!”

About: I didn’t start out as a “cat person,” but when my daughter asked for a cat in 2008, everything changed. Seventeen years later, I’ve shared my home with four beloved family cats, cared for two foster litters, and volunteered for five years at a no-kill shelter in New Jersey. At the shelter, I gained hands-on experience with socializing cats, giving oral medication, and tending to their daily needs. I know how important the little things are (like a fresh, clean litter box) because they make life so much better for cats. I take pride in providing that kind of thoughtful, consistent care. My daughter is grown (and has two cats of her own!), and my leash-trained tabby, Lavender, and I moved to Bellefonte in the spring of 2025. Fun fact: In 2024, I set a goal to pet 100 different cats, and I surpassed it!
About: I've had pets in my life since I was a child - dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats! I currently have one large dog (German Shepherd mix) and a cat. I'm comfortable caring for all sizes and types of dogs, any cats, or other small animals. I've worked with a trainer for my own dog for reactivity, and have experience walking and taking care of large dogs. I work full time during the week and am available for morning/evening visits and weekends visits or walks. I will give your fur babies the same love and care I give to mine, they are family! I work full time during the week so I am available for morning and evening visits during the week, and weekend visits or walks at any time. My fur babies are quite spoiled! I will give yours the same love and care. I'm professional, dependable, and genuinely love caring for animals, mine or yours!
“Corina was great! She come over for an introduction and you can tell that she loves dogs! She was very easy to work with and flexible in meeting times. She came over and let my dogs out as promised and took great care of my pups. My dogs really seemed to like her too!”

“Sara was wonderful! She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond. She checked in the day before, which I truly appreciated and helped ease some of my nerves. After each visit, she sent a detailed report along with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were so grateful for her excellent communication and the thoughtful care she provided. I would absolutely recommend Sara to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive to care for their pets.”

About: I was a professional pet sitter for 2 years and specifically I specialized in senior pet care for both cats and dogs. I grew up with dogs and worked with training both puppies and adult dogs. Additionally I have experience with petsitting for birds, reptiles, and small animals as well. I currently work full time so I have the most time on the weekends to dedicate the maximum amount of love and attention to pets. I have a yard where weekend boarded dogs can get plenty of exercise and play time, additionally I can guarantee that the pets I care for get a lot of personalized attention and love.

“Zoe took excellent care of Meatball even coming out after 9pm for final feeding . We will definitely use her again. She kept us updated each day with photos. Thanks !!”

About: Throughout my life, I’ve taken care of 4 cats, 2 dogs, three guinea pigs & a ball python. I am comfortable with any species and breed! I’ve held great responsibility to walk, feed, groom and play with my own & others fur babies. I’m up for any task.. big or small. I’ll be there for your pets needs. Currently I hold a full-time job as a support manager. I don’t have a consistent schedule, but I’ve been able to walk/feed pets before and after work. I mostly do mornings and mid shifts. With that being said, I can make it work. Let’s talk! I've never cared for someone elses pet in my own house. I prefer to stay at a clients home, so the animal(s) is comfortable and the necessities needed to perform my duties for said pet are easily accessible.

“Phenomenal sitter. Showed so much love, care, and attention towards my cat. She did such a great job looking out for him. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing she was doing well with him.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals, primarily dogs, since I was a little girl, around age 5. I was raised with coonhounds and a beagle and enjoyed helping to feed and bath our coonhounds. I would show our coonhounds in dog shows and I had no issues handling a bigger breed. My beagle was my house dog and best friend and went everywhere with me. I am currently a dog mom to two beagles. Ringo, age 13, and Jakey, age 10. I recently rescued Jakey from Nittany Beagle Rescue, and I am a volunteer dog walker with the organization as well. Prior to Jakey, I had a rescue beagle named Brewski. Brewski had back issues and as he got older, he required a doggie wheelchair to help with his outdoor mobility needs and required doggie belly wraps for incontinence issues. I currently work so I am available any time on the weekends to care for your pet. I am also available most evenings beginning around to walk your pet. I currently use a leash for my dogs, or a tie out when they need to go out to the bathroom. I do not currently crate my dogs, but have crated them in the past.

“We were a little apprehensive, never used Rover before, we were unfamiliar with Rillan, just had past reviews to help us choose. Happy to say, we were pleasantly surprised! Rillan is definitely a dog person. Our dog loves to play with other dogs, but dogs need to be monitored so they don’t get too crazy. She has a nice outdoor fenced play area and inside open space. Like a good kindergarten teacher, Rillan makes sure each dog plays nicely, separates those that need a time out and also gives individual attention. She sent pictures and stayed in touch, just for an afternoon of doggie day care! Our dog’s day ended with a nap and snuggles with Rillan and another dog hanging out on the sofa!! Will definitely use her again!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. My puppy barely wanted to come home with me, he must have had a really good time. He also came home with shorter nails and about 5lbs less fur. Katie did a great job and we will be using Rover again just for her.”

“Tess and Curt were fantastic caregivers. I knew Beau was in great hands-they were warm and friendly and it was clear that they love dogs. In fact, the second day when I entered their driveway, Beau could not wait to get out of the car-this was certainly testimony to his great experience. I knew he was safe and I knew he was having fun interacting with other dogs along with Tess and Curt! I could also see from the videos that my dog was doing well in his new environment! It was a great experience for me and for my dog I will be reaching out to them again! Awesome!!!”

“So thankful to find Ryan and Michelle. They are super nice and we’re so kind to care for our standard poodle for a day while we had to rent a U-Haul and pick up some things at my mother’s house three hours away. It was great to know we left him in good hands! We hope they will take Kobi again!”

About: I grew up taking care of pets for neighbors and family, and have had many of my own. At home now, I have our dog Kona and a bearded dragon named Norbert, plus two kids. I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. I will go over your dogs preferences when I get a chance to talk with you. I'm more than happy to make accommodations to fit your pets needs.
“Denika was a wonderful dog sitter! Very communicative with photos, videos and texts! She was very helpful with time flexibility since our travel times were estimated for our child’s move in day at Penn St. We will be scheduling her help again when we are back in town!!”

About: With 20 years of dog sitting experience, I have a lifelong passion for caring for dogs of all ages. I started dog sitting when I was 14 and have since provided overnight and drop-in services. Having grown up with dogs, I've helped train four puppies and nannied for a family with a senior dog for four years. My experience includes administering medication and catering to the unique needs of both puppies and senior dogs and everything in between. I am dedicated to offering reliable, compassionate, and professional care for your furry friends. I have 2 boys under the age of 5 so we have a louder, high energy house! I work remotely part-time, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility each day to provide dedicated care, attention, and companionship for your furry friend. When caring for pets, I prioritize safety and well-being. Dogs are always taken out on a leash to ensure their safety. I assume all dogs are not friendly unless told otherwise, ensuring a cautious and respectful approach to each new dog. I am knowledgeable about foods that are toxic to dogs and take great care to prevent them from consuming anything harmful. I believe strongly in positive reinforcement, rewarding good behavior rather than punishing the bad, to foster a trusting and happy relationship with the dogs I care for.

I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, so I take the time to follow instructions carefully and build trust with both pets and owners. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. About: Hi! I’m a college student at Penn state university with 4–5 years of experience caring for pets. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, bathe, walk, and love their animals like my own. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with all kinds of pets. Thank you for considering me to care for your amazing companion! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially while I’m home for the summer and have a more open schedule. I plan my days around my availability (11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays) and make sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention, care, and playtime they need. Whether it's feeding, grooming, or just keeping a cat company, I treat it like a priority not a side task. I also stay flexible so I can adjust to each pet’s unique routine and needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize creating a calm and familiar environment by following the pet’s routine as closely as possible. I pay close attention to body language and other cues to understand how the pet is feeling, and I give them the space or affection they need based on their comfort level. I know that trust takes time, especially with animals, and I’m always patient, gentle, and respectful of their boundaries. My goal is to make each pet feel safe, seen, and cared for while their family is away.

I work part time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals! I mainly work in the afternoons, but my house always has someone available for constant socializing. Whenever I am not at work, I am at home, and will have plenty of quality time to give your pet. :) I love to go on long walks, and have friends who like to join so your animal will be thoroughly socialized. I ensure your dog is never bored with plenty of play time and attention. I am happy to take your pet to a nearby dog park as well, if that is something you are comfortable with.
“Laura is wonderful! Her caring nature, along with her extensive knowledge and experience make her a standout. The updates she shared throughout the night confirmed Mila was in great hands and happily integrating into a new environment. I highly recommend Laura for any pup parent!”

I also have some experience in caring for reptiles! I am currently working at Centre County PAWS as a Kennel assistant, I always work on Mondays & Tuesdays from 4-7. But am currently working a flexible mid-day shift every day. I am available for your pets almost anytime, any day! Due to my fur-babies, 2 fish tanks, & fosters, I currently will not be offering care in my home. When I care for your animals, I will listen to you and your pets wants & needs. I understand that every pet owner cares for their pets differently & will respect the way you do so!
About: I have been a volunteer foster at Centre County Paws for 8 years. I have fostered 8 week old puppies to 13 year old senior dogs. “Corina did an amazing job caring for my dogs! She truly loves animals and treated mine like her own. She is prompt, reliable, and ensured my dogs’ safety and happiness while I was away. She went above and beyond my expectations and look forward to working with her again!!”

“Brigette is wonderful! She's very prompt in her communications, and she's wonderful with my boy Newton. This is only the second time I've used her help, but Newton gets excited when she walks in the door :) After his walk, he comes home happy and tuckered out, which is wonderful to see. I very much recommend her and will be happy to use her again when I need the extra help :)”

About: Hi there! I have been around pets and loving animals all my life. Whether you have a playful puppy or a senior cat, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and sizes! I’m currently in college, so I frequently travel between State College and Spring Mills. I have a pretty minimal workload since I have a few online classes so I’m available for most of the day on weekdays and available weekends. I live with cats and dogs so service at my house isn’t the best option unless you have a low energy pet, but I provide service in-home or outdoors for just a walk in the park!
About: As a child, my family had a Maltese since he was a puppy and he lived until the age of 15 years old. His life expectancy was around 7 years old, so he was a senior dog. I learned how to take care of my dog at a young age and was responsible for taking care of him. Now, my parents and I have a puppy named Shylo Esch. He is a mix of Bernese mountain dog and mini poodle. I have attended puppy class with him at Manners N' More in Bellefonte, PA. I also frequently walk my family friend's dog who is a Labrador retriever. I grew up around dogs and learning to and caring for them, I have a deep love for taking care of dogs. I am currently job searching and am working to enroll back at Penn State in the fall full time. I usually have appointments scheduled throughout the week and plans with friends/family whenever we have time. When considering booking dog care, I make sure I have the availability for your pup(s) and communicate with you about it. My baby dog, Shylo Esch, has been spoiled by my parents with many toys and treats. He is treat motivated from his puppy training, leashed for outdoor walks and goes in his crate when nobody is home. I hold myself to a strong work ethic when caring for dogs by creating a disciplined yet empathetic stance when caring for fur babies or elderly dogs. In my clients home, I closely follow the rules and duties of the care they require to care for their dogs. I set up a meet n' greet with the dog and owner before committing. I like to meet the dog beforehand to see if we are a good fit by interacting, playing with or taking them on a walk with the owner around their usual route in order to gauge their temperament and comfortability with me. I ask various questions about how the owner takes care of the dog, so I can best follow their lead. I ask about daily routine activities, food schedule, treat frequency, walking time, habits, likes, dislikes, etc. I prefer to follow the daily routine and activities that the dog is used to in order to keep them on track while their owner is away.

We also adopt a lot of senior dogs so I’m very confident in senior care. Can’t wait to spoil your pet! I currently work part time at Plato’s Closet State College where I am a seasonal supervisor. About: I’m a Penn State student, formerly an Animal Science major and now a third-year studying Psychology. I previously volunteered at PAW Pets Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and interacting with dogs of different temperaments and needs. I’m very patient when it comes to pet care, and I enjoy teaching and guiding pets step by step so they can feel comfortable, confident, and safe. I also have a toy poodle back home, so I understand the responsibility and attention that goes into caring for a dog every day. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a Penn State student, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with pets in the afternoon, taking them on walks in the evening and every morning, and making sure they get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I truly love spending time with animals and try to make the most of every moment I have with them. I care for pets in my home by providing a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of space for them to move around. My home has three floors, giving pets room to walk, explore, and stay active throughout the day. I also make sure they have a quiet bedroom space where they can rest comfortably. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where pets feel relaxed and well cared for.

About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with hands-on experience looking after a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and small pets. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of attention to keep pets happy and stress-free while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, so I take the time to follow instructions carefully and build trust with both pets and owners. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine since I work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, feeding, and companionship without long gaps in supervision. I’m able to easily adjust my work hours to accommodate walks, playtime, and any specific care needs, including medications or special routines. On a weekly basis, my flexibility also allows me to take on longer visits, overnight stays, or last-minute bookings, ensuring pets receive reliable and attentive care whenever needed. I prioritize following each pet’s routine and any specific instructions to ensure their well-being and reduce stress. I take time to build trust with pets through patience, gentle handling, and consistent care, helping them feel secure while their owners are away. I also maintain a clean, safe environment by monitoring surroundings, preventing potential hazards, and ensuring pets are always supervised appropriately. My goal is to create a calm, reliable space where pets feel at ease and owners can feel confident their animals are in good hands.

About: First and foremost, I’m an animal lover and love spending time with my own and other pets! I am a licensed mental health therapist who works from home so I have a lot of flexibility in my daily schedule for drop-ins and walks. I have experience working in veterinary medicine as a veterinary social worker. I deeply appreciate pets as members of our family and believe in the extraordinary power of the human-animal bond. My own pets include a 3 year old Akita mix who I got when she was only 8 weeks old so I’m well versed in puppy training, especially with stubborn dogs. Similarly, I have experience with reactive dogs. I also have two cats - Sprout, 10 and Binky, 7. I think cats are misunderstood and love building relationships with each unique cat personality I meet! I work from home and have a lot of flexibility for morning, mid-day, or evening drop-ins and walks. My schedule changes every day. I have experience with reactive dogs and am a pro at avoiding other pets on walks. Safety is always front of mind so I will always keep a watchful eye to make sure they don’t get into anything they shouldn’t.

“Bentley thoroughly enjoyed his stay with Derya as always!! He got to play with other dogs and I had no doubts that he was very well taken care of in my absence!! Derya and Shenai are our first and only choice!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Laura and it was such a blessing coming across her on Rover! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and caring. My two fur babies took to her and her family right away, which put me at ease immediately. It’s very clear that she has a genuine love for animals, and my pups were well taken care of during their stay. Her communication was excellent throughout the stay as well! She kept me updated with many photos and messages, which I really appreciated! It was reassuring to know things were going well. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a reliable, kind and caring dog sitter!”
