About: I never grew up with cats. My childhood was filled with dogs, but cats were never really a part of my life. It wasn’t until I got into my early twenties that everything changed. On a whim, I adopted my very first cats—a brother and sister named Leo and Lola. From the moment they came home, I completely fell in love with them. They each had their own personalities, little quirks, and unique ways of showing affection, and before I knew it, they had completely stolen my heart. They showed me just how loving, funny, and comforting cats can be, and I couldn’t imagine my life without them. Leo and Lola opened the door to a whole new world for me. What started with just the two of them quickly turned into a passion for giving more cats loving homes. One adoption led to another, and before long, my little family had grown to nine cats. People always ask me if nine cats is too many, but to me, each one has brought something special into my life. Every cat has their own story, their own personality, and their own place in my heart. My home may be full of fur, toys, and the occasional chaos, but it’s also full of love, comfort, and happiness. Looking back, it’s funny to think that I never grew up with cats at all. Now, I can’t imagine a life without them. Leo and Lola started it all, and they’ll always hold a special place in my heart for introducing me to the incredible joy that cats have brought into my life.

About: I’ve had rescue dogs since I was a child. I get a lot of joy out of fostering dogs and helping them find their furever home. I also grew up with cats and love a sassy attitude. About: At age 12 I had community flyers posted for pet care. I have provided in and out of home care for many years. I have cared for dogs, cats, reptiles and aquatics. About: I always knew I wanted to work with animals, but it wasn’t until I started working at a kennel that I discovered my true calling: dog training. In September 2023, I made the decision to pursue this path seriously by attending National K-9 Dog Training School in Ohio, where I earned my certification as a professional dog trainer. I was concerned while being away his stimulation needs wouldn’t be met, but I was happy to see from the picture update he was smiling and having a great time.
