“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”

About: Hi!! My name is Shana, I have 4 fur-babies of my own that my husband & I treat like our kids. We Celebrate their birthdays, get presents for Christmas and go on vacation with us. They have their own room and beds. My pups have lots of toys so you don’t have to worry about bringing any, as we can share!! We have a fenced in yard with plenty of running space and a screened in porch right at the entrance door (to the side of house) which leads out to the fenced in yard . I have had all sorts of animals throughout my life: chickens, rabbits, cats, goats, ducks & of course dogs, all thru sickness and health. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. About: I’ve had all kinds of pets since I was a toddler. I grew up on a farm. I love all animals and treat them with compassion! Some people call me the real Snow White. I’ve rehabbed / saved several wild animals back to their natural environment. I can provide the care needed for your furbaby whether its special needs, puppy, lazy or hyper baby - I am ready and willing to treat them like family. There will always be someone home during the work week.. I have a flexible work schedule. I work in the office few times a week; however, work is only a mile away so I come home for an hour lunch break at noon (Schedule is 8-5). My husband works overnight (remote) and sleeps for few hours in the early mornings then takes the dogs for a walk later in the afternoon. We are typically home during the weekends with few hours here and there for errands. There will never be a time we are gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have walking trails in the area to walk your dogs within my community. I have a small backyard for small dogs or seniors; if walks are not part of their daily routine. If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. My boys are crate trained, but I am flexible with your needs. I am happy to crate or not crate based on your preference.

I do have a fur baby of my own if your pup is friendly to other dogs, to keep each other company :) When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routine as closely as possible. I respect each home and make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I also am a picture person so i send regular updates and photos so owners know how their pets are doing :)
About: I’ve had experience working with my own zoo of animals ranging from reptiles, to small animals, to birds, and of course cats. I also have experience with dogs with plenty of experience administering medication to a wide range of animals. I’ve also worked at a kennel for 2 summers walking dogs. As a full-time High School Teacher, my availability opens up significantly in the summers. Lucky for all of us, that’s usually when everyone wants to enjoy the weather! Depending on the situation, I can be very accommodating and flexible for whatever you and your pet needs. My wife and I have our own zoo of animals ranging from reptiles and amphibians, to rabbits, to fish, to birds, and of course cats. While we are getting ready to purchase our first home together before we add a doggy to the mix, I have years of personal experience with dogs, with some professional experience working at a pet inn. Every night I spend at least 30 minutes tending to the care of our various animals, checking in on them and documenting feedings while taking note on any physical changes or abnormalities. The cats of course get more attention and more feedings, usually about 4 small meals spread throughout the day ranging from dry food to various wets foods.

Available most evenings and weekends for in home sitting and or walking. Walks are a minimum of 1 miles unless otherwise requested. Your furry friend will be treated as my own, with lots of snuggles and love. I follow direction’s well. My over night stays include a walk.

About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. I’ve taught him tricks, crate trained him, and navigated how to walk on a leash properly. As an early grad I am working to build my schedule with work. I make time for what’s important to me and that includes YOUR FURRY BABIES! I do have one part time job but I am very flexible with my availability. If you prefer me to be present at the house 24/7 I will! If you are okay with me working a shift or two while petsitting I can do that as well. All I need is communication! I will act and provide my services based on you and your pets needs. I am comfortable to give medicine, take your pets out for potty breaks any time they need, to crate them or share a bed for my stay.
