About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, so have lifelong experience caring for animals. My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. About: I was raised around all kinds of animals, and have cared for cats, dogs, snakes, and rabbits. I love them all unconditionally and believe they should be raised to know full bellies, warm cozy nights, and endless love. I have experience working as a groomers assistant and a kennel attendant professionally for about 3 years as well, so I know how to handle special needs ranging from anxiety to aggression. I always do my very best to be as gentle as possible with all pets! I tend to avoid using "alpha" proving tactics unless it is necessary for my or your pets safety (ex. scruffing, using chokers tightly, using the shock option over the buzz option on an electric collar). I see these options as only being necessary when the pet is acceptionally aggressive and may hurt myself, itself, or others. I'm also very cautious around doors as I know many pets would take the opportunity to bolt it into the street if they could. I can handle bruises and scratches well from excited pets! I'm usually always covered in them from my own fur babies.
About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind! I have grown up with dogs and cats ever since I was a kid. We always had around 3 or 4 dogs in the house while I was growing up. Big or small, old or young it doesn’t matter! I can accommodate to your pets needs such as pills/medications, eye or ear drops. I am not working a job at the moment so I will be able to take care of your animal at anytime of the day that is needed! I can accommodate to any of your pets needs I want them to feel comfortable!
