About: I’m Jenn, thanks for visiting my profile! I’ve been a dog mom for 8+ years, but caring for other people’s pets for double that. I have watched up to 6 dogs at a time in one household. I volunteer and have fostered through Brindle Buddies and Friends. My experiences with dog sitting and volunteering has exposed me to a variety of ages, stages, breeds and sizes! It’s always important to me that when caring for someone’s pets, I am honoring their usual rituals (training, feeding, etc), treating them with love and providing adequate play and exercise! My own dogs have equipped me in other ways as well having trained them both through local dog training facilities and needed to administer medication when needed. My first dog had several behavioral issues that needed constant attention. I am easy going, empathetic and honest. I am a stay-at-home mom as well as a travel agent that works from home on my own accord. I also have access to childcare some days/times of the week which can open me up to fully devote my attention to your pet. In home: I have a very large yard. My dog is contained using an invisible fence. When we host dogs (play dates or dog sitting), we use a 25+ ft tie out that is securely attached to a tree. The tie out creates an opportunity for safe, supervised play with my dog (55 lb mix, 2.5 y/o female), the ability to roam a decent amount of the yard to explore or go potty, or chill in the yard/on my deck. I also live across from a huge park with a track and several nature trails that gives me the opportunity to provide walks of varying distances. My house is two floors, with most of the living happening downstairs as upstairs we only use that space as a guest room and a fitness/gaming studio. My dog gets crated when we leave the house. If your dog is crate trained, this would be my preference for maximum safety and security but I am completely comfortable (if you are) with them having free roam or being isolated in one room; this is only for leaving the house. I would prefer for your dog to sleep where they usually sleep at home. Dog bed, in our bed, couch, crate, etc. In house, of course we will play however they like! Offering toys, bones, chasing games, etc. Whatever you're comfortable with and they enjoy. Clients' home: I will adhere to any requests and boundaries you make. I am comfortable to play, walk, feed, let out, etc.

When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. About: I am a pet parent for 3 dogs and three cats. I have 2 beautiful American pitties weighing 53 and 110 lbs and a nephew that lives with us an Aussie shepherd mix weighing 30lbs. I love animals and also know what they need, I guess it’s instincts! I am currently in between jobs and full time home with my babies. I walk them in the morning and once in the evening so my day is available to incorporate more of my furry friends! About: Ive been a sitter on Rover since 2023! I’ve had a dog since I was 10. She was a chihuahua named Midnight. Since then my family has adopted dogs and cats so I enjoy taking care of both. I am currently a student, but I do have a mix of online and in-person classes which provides me with enough time to sit your pups! At my apartment building, we have an enclosed doggy park in our parking lot area. It is the perfect place for play and potty time for your pup!

I work a 9-5 full-time job but will be more than happy to assist you and your fur babies needs whether it be house sitting, dog walking or any drop in visits 😊❤ I first take them out, always on a leash unless otherwise instructed to by the client. I would then feed them and give them water. Afterwards I would stay and play with them and then leave until the next time. If they need to be caged I would always make sure that they are safe and secure in their cage.

“Joan was a great sitter for our baby, Nimer. I loved receiving daily updates on how he was doing as well as pictures and videos. We chose the boarding option, and Nimer had the best time at Joan's house, sleeping on her bed, playing in the cat tunnels, and climbing the cat trees. He also got along so well with her ferrets! Her house is free of any harmful products and is a safe space for just about any pet. Nimer will definitely be coming back when we go on our next trip. Highly recommend!”

“Carole is a very responsive sitter. She was able to accommodate a very short notice request to care for my dog for a 10-day stay. I had used Rover for several years, but this time the sitter I had used previously was unavailable. Carole provides a large and safe community environment (indoor/outdoor) for the dogs. She follows best practices with meet & greets prior to booking and gradual introductions of new arrivals to limit chaos and conflict. Also, my dog had never been in a home with cats before. I had my concerns knowing my dog has a strong prey drive for wild critters like rabbit. Carole has her home set up so the cat can retreat to non-dog territory. I appreciated the regular check-ins with videos/pics. I appreciated that Carole was very straightforward with her communication and easy to work with.”
