About: I've always had dogs and recently lost my beloved German Shepherd. I have helped my sister in her pet care business for several years now from pups to farm animals. I work full time remotely from home and have the time and desire to keep your fur babies company while they do the same for me. I currently work full-time remotely from home. I'd welcome some company and walk/play breaks in my day. I am often around on Saturdays and Sundays as well. About: I haven’t taken care of dogs professionally but I have always had a deep love for dogs. I have owned an American Bully and English Bulldog on my own and have had multiple family dogs growing up. Having my own dogs, I have gone through the process of training two different types of temperaments and am looking forward to engaging/learning about more! About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 10. I worked at a doggy daycare and an animal hospital for almost a year. I’m comfortable with all types of animals, including exotics, and can deal with all kinds of temperaments and medical needs. Currently I attend University of Delaware as a pre-veterinary medicine major. About: Ive had cats and dogs since a very young age I currently have 4 dogs and three cats. I have many years of experience and love them all! I am currently a student at University of Delaware and I thought maybe this job would work for my class schedule. I have a lot of free time outside of class. I can crate your dog if needed based on your preference and socialization with my dogs is entirely up to you. My home has separate areas to accommodate a variety of situations including multi pet homes that crate and rotate dogs, dogs with medical needs who need to be in separate areas, etc. For overnight stays I will tailor your dogs experience to ensure it is a home away from home.
“Yvonne and Joe had my young 80 pound bernedoodle as a guest in their home for a bit over a week. The accommodations were awesome which included a fully fenced back yard, providing ample "free" space to roam. Murdoch had ample opportunity to mingle with other dogs in the home. Yvonne and Joe come with many years of dog-sitting experience and knowledge. At no time was Murdoch left un-attended by an adult. He was safe and well taken care of. This was the first time Murdoch was a guest in someone else's home and he definitely pushed his teen/toddler boundaries! I appreciate Yvonne and Joe's patience and hope that Murdoch will be invited back...eventually! :) Thank you again! Heather”
