About: I am the ultimate pet lover! I grew up with fish, a hamster, a rabbit, and dogs. In 2008, I adopted 3 puppies of my parents’ dog. They were my kids and my pride and joy! My last pup passed away in January 2024, 2 months shy of his 16th birthday. About: I had a dog from the age of 10 to 25 when she passed away. We have two boys who love animals. We had fun helping take care of my parents dog when they would travel. We would try to teach her new tricks. It gives us an excuse to get out of the house and take walks. I work full time until June 7th and then I’m home all summer. We have a small fenced in area and then a large common area behind our house. We live in a neighborhood where we take daily walks. We are always outside. Nick works from home on Fridays, but works 7 minutes away and can come home during lunch to check on the dog and take him/her for a walk. We are usually home between 2:00 and 3:00. Our weekends are pretty much free. Taking care of dogs easily fits into our family schedule. We try to spend as much time outside as possible, so we would bring the dog on our walks and runs. We do not have a fenced in yard, but we have a small fenced in area out back. We are in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood.

We weren't sure how our dog would get along with his 2 dogs, but his dogs were very friendly and sweet. We had no worries about them getting along. His whole family came out to meet our dog at the meet and greet. They were all very nice and you could tell they all like dogs. Our dog came back to us happy and healthy.
