About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. My job was to complete health checks, socialize, feed, groom, and clean the cats, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the rooms they dwelled in. I actually met my cat there! We created such a strong bond that I had to take him home and we have been inseparable since! I have also volunteered in a cat veterinarian clinic in the past, administering oral medications and helping handle.

While working remotely has its advantages and disadvantages, one of which covers both: pets at home surrounding you when working, a blessing and a curse. Fortunately, by Emily's willingness to watch my dogs for a doggie day care and play date with her dogs gave me the needed relief from them and the necessary exercise for them. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.

About: I have been passionate about the care of animals ever since I was a child. I’ve owned 4 dogs of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby. I now have the time and space to offer my home and large, fenced-in yard to dog sitting services for your dog’s needs. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I work full-time from home, so I’m able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog, Kip, is part of a consistent schedule that includes two to three walks daily, outdoor time in our large fenced-in yard, playtime, and downtime for rest and cuddles. Because I’m home all day, dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and are able to maintain a routine similar to what they’re used to at home. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means extra exercise, quiet companionship, or structured routines, and I enjoy making pet care a central part of my day rather than something I have to fit in around other commitments. When caring for dogs in my home, I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where they’re treated like part of the family. Because I work full-time from home, dogs in my care receive 24/7 supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walk routines, and any special instructions provided by the owner. Dogs enjoy two to three daily walks, outdoor time in my large, fully fenced-in yard, and plenty of playtime, enrichment, and affection. I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort, behavior, and energy level to ensure they feel secure and relaxed. My home is calm, dog-friendly, and well-suited for providing consistent care, whether a dog loves active play or prefers a quieter, more relaxed environment. Safety, communication, and individualized care are always my top priorities, and my goal is to make every dog feel at home while their owner is away.
About: I've been pet sitting since i was 13, I am currently 19 with a dog and cat of my own! I've taken care of seniors as-well as puppies. I've potty trained, taught tricks, and have done special care when needed. I love to go on long hikes and bring my dog with me! I go on walks about 3 times a day, as my dog is very active. “I could not have asked for a better boarding experience for Murphy. Julie and Kevin were amazing. When we arrived, Kevin was there to greet us and took Murphy into the backyard to play, helping him get acquainted with the surroundings before meeting their dog crew. Murphy has taken a real liking to their dog, Skittles; he gets so excited whenever I mention her name. I received regular updates and pictures from Julie, which I greatly appreciated. Kevin even slept on the couch next to Murphy's crate on the first night. We will definitely be a repeat customer.”
