“Our dog Poncho stayed with Chonlada for a week while we were on vacation and we could not take him with us. She was very flexible and agreeable to a meet & greet beforehand. Poncho and her dog Tokie were similar in size, age, and activity level so they seemed to get along great. She has a large fenced property for the dogs to explore and run around. I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. Chonlada even contacted me when she noticed that Poncho was licking his paws and had a small abrasion, which she treated and monitored. Thanks so much to Chonlada and her family and I would definitely recommend her for boarding and will use again when needed.”

About: My hands-on pet care experience comes from being a dedicated dog mom to three wonderful dogs. I currently care for a 13-year-old Shih Tzu, Dash and a 4-year-old Goldendoodle, Bubba giving me experience with both senior dogs and younger, energetic breeds. We recently lost our 14 year old Maltese, Ice T to heart failure, he fought hard and strong for 3 years. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us.
