When my partner and I suddenly needed to travel to visit a family member in hospice, Sari got back to me within an hour and set up a meet and greet a day later to come see where everything in our home is and meet the girls. She arrived right on time, notebook in hand with questions prepared about our routines, litter boxes, playtime, and emergency vet info. Her professionalism and preparedness immediately put me at ease and it was so clear how much she truly wanted to know the very best way to care for both of my kitties. I was amazed at how quickly the girls took to her—even my shy girl who typically hides from strangers didn’t bolt and allowed a few pets after Sari sweet talked her! During their visits, Sari would send me a detailed update of what they did that day and how they seem overall as well as some high quality pictures and videos of their time together—it was a highlight of our days while we were gone. About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and I have lots of experience with big breeds as I’ve owned three Newfoundlands and a Leonberger. I also have some experience with elderly dogs. I am very good with most animals and love dogs I’ve had 3 different dogs a Rottweiler, Pitt bull, German shepherd and I’m growing love for other animals as well!! “Natasha is utterly amazing. She has taken such good care of our cricket in good health and around two knee surgeries- needing specific attention to her movement and medications. Cricket gets the best care and becomes a member of their family while she's there. Natasha is always happy to keep me updated about how Cricket is doing as much or as little as I'd like. Whether I have to be away for vacation or some other reason, when Cricket is with Natasha and her family I know I don't need to worry about her. We will continue to work with Natasha and James for Cricket's care any time we need help or to be out of town.”
