“I’m just not sure where to start to express my LOVE FOR LIZZY!!!!❤️❤️❤️I was new to Roover and my furbaby Zeus had never been outside of his home without me😩. Lizzy calmed my anxiety so well. She was so warm and inviting and even allowed for us to do a brief meeting a few weeks before our boarding time was set to start. Zeus absolutely loves Lizzy…. She took care of my baby for 5 days. I looked forward the picture updates I was get from Lizzy, she did a wonderful job setting my mind at ease. I will certainly be booking with Lizzy for all our boarding needs.❤️”

It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. We hope to add Rebecca to our regular rotation of Rover sitters!”

About: I have had cats for over 20 years. My cat passed two years ago. i kept my daughters lab for 6 months a year for several years. I even took him to work with me! I have six grandchildren that have 4 dogs. I have been watching their dogs for the last 5 years. They travel a lot so I stay at their home and take care of their 4 dogs and pig. I am retired and live by myself. I will be able to spend all day with your furry friends and give them unlimited love. I will be available by text or phone call if you want to check In at anytime. I’m known to my family and close friends as the pet-obsessed girl, who says hi to every animal I pass on the street. By picking me as your animal’s caretaker, your picking a complete animal-lover who will love your pets just as much as you do❤️ As a college athlete, I often take walks around my neighborhood on my own for leisurely time. My house has a big backyard where your pup can have more play time or relax time. They are never left alone in the backyard, I’m always with them. At bedtime, I generally take them to sleep next to me if they are used to do so but I will follow the owners requirements for that.

From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. They truly love dogs, understand dog behavior, and provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment. I would not hesitate to book with them again.”
