“A few days before our international trip, we stumbled across the Rover site. It was serendipitous, as was our luck in finding Amber. She was everything we wanted in someone who would be in our home and taking care of our cats. She is professional, organized, smart, hardworking, down to earth, and considerate. When we met for our consultation, we were very impressed with her, as well as very reassured by how receptive she was to our needs and situation. We were gone 16 days, and she kept in daily contact with us, providing updates and photos and videos. She went above and beyond, handling our worries thoughtfully and treating our cats as a as though they were her own. Our cats are indoor/outdoor, and Amber was flexible with her schedule so as to try to be in sync with their patterns, in addition to her other obligations. She offered our cats shelter, food and water, treats and playtime, cuddles and reassurance. And in doing so, she gave us tremendous peace of mind. When our one cat would go exploring for extended periods, Amber was mindful to track her adventures. She even took the initiative to look for her if to much time has passed since T had come home. Amber also checked in with us about the house and property, and made a great impression on my dad and sister (who came by and appreciated her efforts too). We can verify that our cats took to her as well, as we had cameras set up and saw how responsive they were to her! :) One of our biggest challenges taking this trip was what we were going to do about our cats (this was our first time away since we adopted them and we know our situation is a little unusual). “My sister-in-law is unable to walk the Ron while we were away, so we booked Devon to do so, and she brought her kids. Based on the photos & SIL reports, Ron loved having the kids walk him, loved all the attention, got to go to a local kids' baseball game, probably had more fun than I did on my weekend away. 10/10 would definitely hire Devon & Family again. “Nick was excellent and I recommend him. Very caring, prompt communicator and made time for walking/playing with my dog (and best friend). Nick kept him safe (which is always my top priority), he was well fed and sent at least 2 updates with photos on the walk everyday. There was another dog present in the house (at least part of the time) but there was not supposed to be other dogs present; Nick explained the situation and I did not have concerns with the other dog (a smaller-size puppy) and they got along very well. I will definitely ask Nick to care for Cuper again.”

“I’m just not sure where to start to express my LOVE FOR LIZZY!!!!❤️❤️❤️I was new to Roover and my furbaby Zeus had never been outside of his home without me😩. Lizzy calmed my anxiety so well. She was so warm and inviting and even allowed for us to do a brief meeting a few weeks before our boarding time was set to start. Zeus absolutely loves Lizzy…. She took care of my baby for 5 days. I looked forward the picture updates I was get from Lizzy, she did a wonderful job setting my mind at ease. I will certainly be booking with Lizzy for all our boarding needs.❤️”
“WOW - I don't even know where to start. I've been boarding / working with pet sitter's for over 14 years and Christin is top tier. Not only is her home so perfect for dogs (a big backyard?! such a treat!), her demeanor and understanding of dog behavior makes her one of the best. When we had our meet-and-greet my pups instantly starting showing signs of being relaxed (playing with toys and eating bones which never happens at new places) and kept going up to Christin for pets and love. Christin provided ample updates and photos and was super understanding of the quirks and difficulties of caring for a senior pup. It's hard to leave my 15.5 year old dog but I trusted Christin immediately. I will be re-booking for sure even just for single days for my dogs to enjoy her yard.”
