“I have a very anxious dog who doesn’t typically eat when we are away but Meagen did what she could to make her feel more comfortable and find something that she might eat. Our dog finally started playing a little with the other dogs so that was good to hear. It was nice for us to know she was well taken care of since it was stressful for me as well.”

“My girl came home happy and she didn't want to leave her vacation! Erica was communicative and sent a picture or video almost every day which I told her gave huge comfort to my toddler. “This was our first time using DogVacay and Lorraine. We could not have been any happier with the entire experience. From start to finish everything went very smoothly, even a change in schedule. Lorraine was just the best. We felt Scooter was in very good hands and knew he would be well taken care of. We enjoyed getting the pictures and Scooter seemed really happy. I think she enjoyed him as well. She was caring and took really good care of him and we are very happy to have her on board when we need her again. Thanks!!!!”

“Megan and Vitaly took care of our dog Penny very last minute while we were in town visiting family. They were amazing - so responsive, accommodating, and kind. We got great pictures of Penny playing in their yard and with their sweet dogs. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely reach out to them!”

“I was overwhelming please by the care Barbara and her family showed to our dog. I really appreciated all her communication and pictures she sent me. Whenever I picked up my dog I could tell she was well played with and tired!!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and have cared for several dogs over the years. I currently have two small dogs of my own, a Yorkshire Terrier and a Maltese, and they are both very friendly and comfortable around other dogs. My Yorkie is 8 years old, so I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily care, feeding, walking, playtime, and giving dogs the attention they need. I spend a lot of time at home, which allows me to keep a close eye on the dogs in my care and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I truly enjoy having dogs around and will treat your dog like part of the family while they stay with us 🐶 I will be home with the dogs throughout the day, so they get plenty of attention and regular potty breaks. We already have our own dogs, so caring for dogs is a natural part of our daily routine. I’m available for both daytime daycare and overnight boarding. Our home is in a quiet area with plenty of space between neighbors, which makes it a peaceful place for dogs to relax and feel at home. We keep our home clean, quiet, and comfortable for our dogs and visiting pups. The house is regularly cleaned and disinfected, and we do an extra cleaning before every new stay. Potty pads are changed frequently, and we use air purifiers indoors to help keep the space fresh and odor-free. Our own dogs also receive regular flea and tick prevention. Most importantly, someone is home throughout the day to keep an eye on the dogs and make sure they are safe and comfortable.

“Isabelle took amazing care of Baby. She loved her and was kind to her and made her feel very welcome. I would definitely trust Isabelle with Baby anytime that I’m back in town, and you should too!”

“I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care our dogs received during their stay! Ami & James did a fantastic job looking after them for two weeks, ensuring they were not only well-fed but also exercised and entertained. I was worried she may not want to come home! Yolanda was easy to work with and coordinate drop off, pick up etc. I would definitely use Yolanda again.”

“Lily is absolutely amazing. She treats our Charlie like family. She’s reasonable and listens to your questions and concerns. We absolutely love her! Thank you Lily for treating our Charlie as your own”

“Chassy saved us from having to put Ranger in a pet hotel when we had a family emergency on a Saturday. She was extremely flexible with drop off and pickup times and took him out to potty one last time when we were on our way to pick him up. She and her boyfriend took great care of Ranger! We were a little worried with Ranger being a bigger dog that he would pull Chassy on walks but her boyfriend was there to keep him from pulling. They live in a nice area with a dog park so Ranger and her dog Remix were able to play of leash! When we brought Ranger home he was so tired out he went start to his bed, the exact way you want your puppy to come home! We are so grateful to have found Chassy and looking forward to using her again!”

I specialize in one-on-one attention, consistent routines, and low-stress care tailored to each pet’s needs. My clients are mostly long term and like family and I develop lasting relationships with your pets! This is my full time job and so I am available to you and your pets. “Franklin had a great time at Richard’s house! Franklin is an older dog, very sweet, affectionate, and alert but low-energy, so a home setting was perfect for his disposition and needs. I’ll definitely be taking Franklin to Richard’s home again!”

About: I am an experienced, certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA, AKC Evaluator, and Fear Free AT), a certified EOL Pet Companion Doula through the University of Vermont, and have experience as a professional dog groomer and animal caregiver. I have experience caring for and training: working dogs (service, detection, and hunting), rescue and lifestyle rehabilitation dogs, and puppy raising from 12 weeks into adulthood. I am a full time dog trainer who works out of my home in Downingtown, and creates my own schedule. Adding your furry loved one to my crew is just another day at the dog park! I have a yard with seasonal activities like a small dog pool for the summer! **Additionally: Dog does not need to be able to climb/descend stairs to access primary areas in home or backyard.
“It was our first time using Rover, but Alyssa helped explain everything and made us feel comfortable. She was also flexible about changing the initial date. We really appreciated how well Jude and Maddie were taken care of for the day! They seemed to have a great day!”
About: With four years of experience, I've developed a deep understanding of dog care. My hands-on work has taught me to handle a variety of breeds and temperaments, managing everything from feeding and medication to special routines. My own rescue dog has added a personal layer to my professional skills. It's taught me the empathy and patience needed to build trust, proving that my approach is rooted in genuine love and a true commitment to a dog's well-being. Caring for my own rescue dog has naturally woven pet care into the very fabric of my daily and weekly routine. It's not a chore; it's a structured part of my day that brings consistency to my life, and most importantly, to his. Daily Routine: Morning: The day starts with a walk and a feeding. This isn't just about meeting his basic needs; it's our time to bond, to get some fresh air, and to start the day with a positive routine. Throughout the day: Even when I'm working, I make sure to have dedicated breaks for play and mental stimulation. This could be a quick game of fetch, a puzzle feeder, or a brief training session to reinforce good behavior. These short bursts of attention prevent boredom and keep him happy. Evening: The day winds down with another walk, dinner, and some quiet time. This is often our cuddle time, where he gets a chance to relax and feel secure, which is especially important for a rescue. When a pet stays with me, they become a temporary member of my family. My focus is on providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment that minimizes the stress of being away from home. A "Home Away from Home": I provide a structured but loving environment, mirroring a typical household. My home is completely pet-proofed, with a secure backyard for safe play and potty breaks. Consistency is Key: I work with the owner to maintain the pet's regular schedule for feeding, medication, and sleep. I have a dedicated space for each dog's belongings (food, toys, bed) to help them feel at ease.
“New favorite sitter! Our boxer can be very anxious, especially her first few times somewhere. Arfel took such wonderful care of her and shared lots of pictures and updates. Ive never felt more comfortable leaving my dog somewhere before. We did a meet and greet before to ensure the dogs all got along. They have a huge fenced in back yard and deck. Highly recommend!”

They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

I came home to a happy and relaxed dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dog sitter!”
“Toni was amazing! She was able to fit us in on short notice. Her dog, Ollie, was super friendly and got along great with our dog, Sunny, whom we boarded with her for 4 nights. Toni was very communicative and sent us short messages and pictures of how Sunny was doing every day. This was our first time boarding our dog with a sitter and her level of communication definitely helped us feel more at ease. We will definitely be using her services again the future.”

“I would recommend Alyssa to everyone I know. I was away for 5 days and she kept me updated at all time about Douglas's stay. She even sent me pictures! Thank you Alyssa for treating my fur baby like one of your family members. ”

“Brian never fails to deliver! My big boy Golden Retriever cannot wait to see Brian and his pups. We had another stay with Brian this weekend and will continue to come back. Thanks Brian!”

“Avery is an amazing sitter. She is very responsive and gives great updates. She really meets all of my pets needs. I have used her multiple times because she’s someone we trust with Archer!”

About: I have first hand experience with having a dog I adopted a dog in 2021 and took care of him on my own, I unfortunately had to put my fur baby down in April. While I had him we did training sessions and basic command training. I also am educated in working with anxious dogs as my baby was very anxious. I also grew up with cats and dogs my whole life as well. I also am in veterinary nursing school at Harcum and can work with animals who need medical assistance. I am currently in school for veterinary nursing, Although I am only at school for a few hours a day. Other than that I am home. I also live 15 minutes from campus. I do not have a yard, but I love walking dogs, and have been trained in how to properly walk dogs in a training I took my dog to. I also have the ability to crate the dog when needed, and can accommodate to any of your pets needs.
“It was a pleasure meeting Amy. She is so kind and really enjoyed watching my two large dogs. Her place has a fenced in yard with plenty of shade and lots of room inside and out for my guys to roam around. I was confident that she would take good care of them. They seemed pretty happy too as she sent me pictures every day!”
