We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! My name is Laurel and I am excited to begin this joyous journey with you and your dog. I currently am in graduate school for counseling. This leaves me with a unique schedule where I am gone for 5-6 hours Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I am dedicated to making sure your animal receives the same detailed care as you give despite these restrictions. I keep an eye on the safety and environment of your pet by consistently checking surroundings. I am also aware of the dogs body language, being taught that in my own dogs training.
About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.

I worked at a sanctuary for nearly two years and had the pleasure of working with a large pack of dogs. Working and caring for 50+ dogs at a time takes a different kind of attention and patience that definitely took time to learn, but I loved every second of it. I have experience with quite the variety of different dogs. From XS to XL, newborn to senior, fearful to aggressive, anxious to energetic, I’ve seen it all. I can also give medications if necessary, do a basic groom, and basic training. I’m also very comfortable with cats. Aside from having some myself for 8 years, I love learning about a new cat and understanding its habits/personality. I truly love all animals and creatures and am very open to helping care for any other pets you may have. Currently my only job is to be a dog & cat mom so my schedule is very flexible. Aside from recurring appointments that I attend, I’m open to working with what works best for you. I can work with any form of care that you give your babies. Every pet is unique and I can definitely switch gears depending on their personality and if they have specific needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 whenever my family or friends go out of town I’m always the go to person for pet sitting following each direction from feeding bathing to night time. I also send out updates so no worry’s. I am currently available Monday through Sunday, offering flexible scheduling for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests when needed , but if plans change please let me know 2 or 3 days before thank you When caring for pets, their safety is always my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure before letting pets outside, keep harmful foods and household items out of reach, and closely monitor their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions carefully, provide plenty of supervision, and create a calm, safe environment where every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for.
About: I enjoy spending time with animals. I'm really passionate about it and will care for any animal as if it were my own child. I'm an extroverted person who enjoys being helpful and kind to animals thus, I'm genuinely happiest when I get to take care of a pet. I can take care of your pet at any time of day because my other employment allows me to have a flexible schedule. All I ask is a 24-hour heads-up. About: I've owned cats and dogs throughout my life and love both! Animals are the best, and I have many years of experience with house/pet sitting as well, everywhere from cats and dogs to horses and other animals. I love playing with pets and hanging out with them, or just giving them some love and cuddles. I work from home the vast majority of the time so am able to be present for boarding and daycare! I have two dogs (Junie and Wilbur the doodles) and a cat (Tabby the tabby) of my own currently. About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.

The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo!
