We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! He was found in a trash can covered in fleas, worms, and could barely keep his eyes open from excessive mucus. About: I have been around dogs and cats since before I could walk! I started pet sitting for my neighbors when I was a kid and have spent most of my life helping out my friends and family with their pets. I am a huge animal lover and also very active! I often pet sit for my friends and love to take their dogs on walks and runs. I live in Albany with my cat, Bill, and work from home a lot so I have lots of availability and would love some more dog time in my life! I work from home four days a week (wednesday’s i am in office) so i have a lot of availability to spend time with your dog! I am also an active runner and walker, so I can get your pup outside and get out energy if that’s what they need, or we can cuddle up inside and play or hang out :) I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of grassy areas and walking paths around. I do have a cat, he gets along well with dogs, but your pup would need to be okay with cats! I have a very gentle approach to dogs and respecting their boundaries is so important to me. Depending on what you prefer for your dog, they are free to roam my apartment and be on furniture, unless you prefer them not to be! I have some experience training so if you’re in the middle of building habits, i will adhere to those practices :)

I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. “I would highly recommend Steve for caring for your pets. Our family went on a last minute trip and lucked out with finding Steve to watch our dog Arlo. We set up a meet and greet beforehand and he and his wife were so kind and hospitable. Arlo immediately felt at home. I received many photos and updates while we were away, and he was spoiled and loved on every moment with them! He didn’t want to leave when it was time to say goodbye. The best part is that we made some wonderful new friends and knew that Arlo was in good hands!”
“We threw a small superbowl party at our home. Floki does not do well with guests stopping by, so we searched for near by dog sitter to watch him for the evening. We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! So grateful to have found him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh and another thing that we must mention, he got along with the other dogs he cared for; out of the norm for Floki! We're definitely going to use him for future events.”

“Kathrine is an AMAZING sitter! I went out of town for 5 days and left my pup with her at her home. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her there when I dropped her off. She sent pics, videos, and updated me on all things (eating, pooping, etc.). Her dog, Ophelia, was the sweetest companion and I could tell her and my dog were besties from the pics she sent! He was able to go to the beach and experience the ocean water, that brought tears to my eyes, because it's something I wouldn't be able to do because I'm a wheelchair user. She communicated & sent pictures through out the weekend. I will be asking Natalia again to watch Chuck again and highly recommend her.”
