His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. He had no separation anxiety at all and was very content. I received daily photos of him and was updated about how he was doing regularly. I would recommend Denise to any one looking for a sitter. The thing about Journey that I am most appreciative of is that she has Fear Free certification. She showed in all her communication with me that she understood Guinness’s needs through his body language and was respectful of his boundaries (however long they lasted, apparently he got pretty cuddly!). About: I've been lucky to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, that is 50+ years of wagging tails. I know how important consistency is for keeping dogs calm, especially when they're staying somewhere new. My goal is to make their time with me feel as close to "home" as possible. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I’m home full‑time and able to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day/night. I keep things safe, clean, and low‑stress, and I follow each dog’s natural rhythm — whether that’s playtime, naps, snuggles, or simply hanging out nearby. I share my home with my young male mix‑breed dog (born 12/6/24), a poodle/wire‑haired terrier mix who’s neutered, well‑behaved, and absolutely loves meeting new dog friends. He’s gentle, social, and always happy to have a buddy around, but I also make sure every visiting dog has space and downtime whenever they want it.

About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend. Because I can work from home your animals don’t have to be lonely while you’re away! I am active, healthy and smoke free. I love walking dogs, running them at the park, playing chase or tug a war or whatever shenanigans your pet loves. I’ve raised goats, chickens and pigs and have some experience with cows and horses. Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.

About: Hello I’m Bianca! I am entering my senior year at U of O, barista at Dutch, and I want to love/care for your fur kids! I grew up with 3 corgis in my family, so I learned daily dog care early on with walks, feeding schedules, and playtime. Since then, I’ve taken care of family dogs and dogs belonging to close family friends, and I even dog sat for a breeder with more than 10 dogs at once, so I’m familiar with managing multiple dogs with different personalities, and busy households. That said, I’m generally very flexible and can definitely work around my shifts to fit in walks and drop ins. About: I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and breads since I was five years old. My neighbors and friends trust me to take impeccable care for their pets. I am currently in college and I work part-time three days a week. Although, I have quite a bit of free time and in that time I usually like to workout or try new things. Occasionally my family and I go to bend on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a property that Is not heavily populated by cars on the road. I also have three varying sized crates as well as two dogs. My dogs are let out every 1-2 hours. One of my dogs is crated when I am not home and my other dog does not have to be crated. In my clients home, I will care for their pets like my client would normally and I will ensure that their home is left clean.
About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. It would be an honor to be of service for you and your fur baby :) I am flexible and available, single, no kids, and also a home care worker. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.
About: I have had experience with animals since I was 8, I currently have a Great Dane/Pyrenees mix and a tabby kitty. I love them all! I work nights until 12 am, so if I am staying at your house or watching them, I will spend a lot of time with them! About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. About: My wife and I have a combined experience of 14 years taking care of all kinds of animals. We see them as family. We were a former care coordinator for our local humane society before moving to Oregon and take looking after your family very seriously. Don't like a male in your home? About: I’ve taken care of dogs big and small for 8 years. I have some experience training puppies and adult dogs as well. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, over all take great care of their furry friends for weeks before. I have always had a love for furbabies, I always volunteered at the rescue shelters as much as I could. Im currently enrolled in college, however after class hours and in between I spend all my time taking care of my fur babies at home. I am not currently working which gives me plenty of time to play and care for your loved pups/kitties. I have a big yard and 2 playful pups to keep your furry friends company. I have a couple crates so that if needed they can have down time away from each other to ensure I can prioritize the care given to your loved ones.
About: I have trained my own dog to be a good citizen canine as well as a service animal. So I have experience teaching dogs to sit, stay, leave it lay down, as well as other commands. And hope to be able to use this training to help with your dog or puppy. Ever since I was young I've had a real affinity for animals and they're really drawn to my sweet and caring nature. I can be a bit shy at first but you won't regret giving me a chance to help your pets out. I have unfenced yard , will always take precautions and have leash on a dog when taking it for potty breaks I do have a dog of my own he is a service dog for a living but I can always kennel his to keep your dog safe or put him in my bedroom.

About: I've taken care of animals for 15+ years. Weather it was my own animal or a friend or families I was always there to give potty breaks and train them on proper care. I also train dogs and have many years of experience training dogs to do various commands such as sit, down, roll over, and crate training. This will be my full time job so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friend. I do have a dog and cat of my own but they are great around other dogs. I live in an apartment in the middle of campus. There is unfortunately no backyard but I ensure that your dog will get many walks and potty breaks and playtime.
