He even set up a soft place for them outside to sunbathe, even adding an umbrella for shade! I volunteered at the Willamette Valley Humane Society for nearly 3 years walking dogs, reading to dogs, comforting, feeding and cleaning up after so many precious dogs. Volunteer work takes a toll emotionally as some of you might know. I love animals in general but I just have a very special place in my heart for dogs. I am available anytime for dog walks or drop in visits to feed and water. I also can provide some play time on site if you have a fenced yard. My dog is well behaved and knows most commands. About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. Also, we want to know about anything you think would be helpful in making your Doggie's visit a successful stay. We offer lots of love, cuddles, and belly rubs!

About: I recently trained my high energy border collie mix puppy and although he’s still a teenager, he’s turned out to be a calm, caring, and gentle pup. Most of my pet sitting care has been done for cats, but I have house sat for a family with a Newfoundland, so I have experience with large breeds. I also have cared for a smaller dog that has OCD and separation anxiety. Thanks to the research and dedication that went into puppy training, I’m well aware of what their body language is signaling, and how to adapt according to what they’re feeling. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. My weekends are pretty flexible as well. Most of my plans are in the evenings (if I do have plans). I give my pets a predictable routine. The cats need a lot of attention as they’re very social. I take my pup to the dog park every couple of days, but I also tire him out through walks, herding games, and mental stimulation.

About: I have a dog and three cats, I do school online and have a very open schedule. I grew up with animals and babysit frequently. I’ve watched rabbits to horses and everything in between. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. While watching others pets I am very proactive and careful of where I bring them and watch them carefully.

About: Ive always been willing to take on family, friends, and neighbors pets. Whether that be just going over to let them out to go potty and play or staying over. I have also had them come to my home at times. I currently work Monday-Wednesdays so I have wednesday night-sunday to hang out with your fur babies. I’m generally home but I do leave the house often. We have one dog, she is extremely sweet despite her size and she absolutely loves other dogs. She’s scared of cats so she avoids our cat and they just do their own thing. Our dog is crated when we are not home, so if needed your baby can be crated as well.
About: I am a seasoned puppy and dog owner with 10+ years experience of dog sitting for neighbors, friends and family. I am knowledgeable of the Eugene area and with caring for reactive dogs. I am a recent homesteader with a few years experience caring for goats, horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens and ducks. I love fostering an environment where dogs get to have fun and farm animals feel loved. Our two dogs are treated with respect and lots of love. Plenty of couch and bed time mixed with running around the property and playing fetch. We have a doggy pool for when our pups get too hot on those sunny PNW days. About: Although I’ve mostly sat for family and friends, I know I can take great care of any animal and make them feel loved and safe. As a pet owner, I tend to my animals before myself. They are with me throughout the day, and I am constantly at their aid. For your pets, I will put just the same amount of effort and time into them. I will base my personal schedule around the bookings I make on this app, including if I find work elsewhere. No matter what, I will make time for the animals I am taking care of. I tend to each animal based on their individual needs and personality. I also do my best to give them my undivided attention whenever I am with them. About: I have grown up always taking care of animals. I've owned a dog for as long as I can remember, and I love taking care of my babies. I essentially became the sole caretaker of the dog currently at my house when I began high school - he was a newborn puppy we rescued and I was the only one who could really take care of him in the morning, afternoon, and night. As of now, my family owns three cats as well as the family dog, so my hands are always full taking care and playing with them! While in college, I dog sat for a labradoodle and a great dane "runt", and while I began my first out-of-college job, I dog sat for a family with three dogs who needed lots of stimulation and walks around the neighborhood. I have a lot of personal experience taking care of pets, and I love getting to play with animals! I'm looking for some part-time gigs, and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule at the moment, so I am available for weekdays, weekends, overnights, walks and potty breaks. My house is not really suited for any more animals - we have a cat who is very tempermental and a dog who doesn't quite understand boundaries. I will provide my services instead at your home, by coming in and caring for your pet in the comfort of their own home.

He's a blond and white 11 pound Pomeranian So it was kind of a big deal especially for me to leave him with a new person for 2 nights and three days. Teresa set up a play date for him one day which he loved . I found Cashew happy and calm when I returned. Teresa is very calm, very attentive and loving. Also she reliable and trustworthy.
