His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. Not only were there no issues with her checking in when scheduled, she went above and beyond to play with, take care of, and love on our dog. About: I've owned dogs my entire life. feeding, walking and playing is like 2nd nature to me. I have lots of experience with large dogs and puppies. basic bathing is something I am comfortable with as well as giving needed medication. I work four days a week but am off the same time daily 330pm which gives plenty of time for afternoon and evening walks. I'm also available all day the 3 days a week I'm off. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. While watching others pets I am very proactive and careful of where I bring them and watch them carefully.

I have also had them come to my home at times. I currently work Monday-Wednesdays so I have wednesday night-sunday to hang out with your fur babies. I’m generally home but I do leave the house often. Generally not long periods of time as I have my own fur babies. I have a fenced yard and we also do walks/go to parks. We have one dog, she is extremely sweet despite her size and she absolutely loves other dogs. She’s scared of cats so she avoids our cat and they just do their own thing. Our dog is crated when we are not home, so if needed your baby can be crated as well.
