About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. Also, we want to know about anything you think would be helpful in making your Doggie's visit a successful stay. We offer lots of love, cuddles, and belly rubs!

About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. About: I have three beautiful cats at home that are super energetic and snuggly! My family had cats while I was in high school and I love being around all animals! Just moved to Eugene from Tennessee and currently have open availability! I’m an early riser so if you need a dog walked in the morning, I’ve got you! I have a car and am willing to walk or bus as well! Our house is plentiful of cat trees, window perches and tunnels! We give them fresh food and water every day and they all get individualized attention! I will do the exact same for your pets!
About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. It would be an honor to be of service for you and your fur baby :) I am flexible and available, single, no kids, and also a home care worker. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.

I have several years experience in the professional pet care community; that includes 5 years in the veterinary field and 6 years as a small business owner. About: I worked as a veterinary technician for over 4 years and have lived with and cared for dogs my whole life. This means if your dog needs special medical home treatment (pills, SQ fluids, insulin injections, etc.) I am comfortable administering these, but I would most likely charge more for special needs pets. I have been pet sitting and dog walking for almost 20 years, but took a break while abroad in the Peace Corps. I have a masters degree in environmental science, and work from home in environmental communication. I love pets and will treat your dog or cat like my own. In my pet sitting career, I have also cared for every type of animal, from hand fed fish to chickens to fat tailed geckos, so if you have more than just dogs and cats, I'm glad to take care of the whole menagerie!
