About: I have always loved animals. Beginning in middle school, I would always volunteer at shelters because I saw the great need for help with so many dogs that had been abandoned or rescued from neglect. and I myself decided to adopt a few of them and give them the life meant for a prince or princess:) I am always vigilant to their wellbeing, I love playing with them, they give so much unconditional love. About: My family had many pets growing up so I have been around animals all my life. Over the past few years, I have cared for many animals with different personalities and different needs. I have experience administering pills and injecting insulin for cats. I also have experience crate training and potty training dogs. I am happy to come care for your pet at your home or have your pet stay with me (I have a cat but she is very friendly with other animals). I have a very flexible work schedule and typically work from home at least 3 days a week so I am certainly available during the week. I will make sure your pet is safe and happy while you’re away and give them all the love and attention they need. About: Sorry due to rover taking a 20% fee now, I have to raise my prices. It was 10% before. I love animals, I’ve owned animals my whole life, I have two pet bunnies. (They live in my garage, not house, other animals don't have access) I also own a beagle, he’s 12 . He’s very friendly and loves other dogs, specially people, he's friendly with cats. I volunteer at animal shelters and I'm going for my vet technician degree. . I take my dog out in the morning for a walk, he gets many walks through out the day, I have a flexible job where I chose my own hours / schedule but during those hours I choose I'm on call and might have to leave, usually always have one other person home but if your dog cannot be left alone I can fix my work schedule to work with you. If your pet is staying at my house, we have a big back yard that has a lead for your dog, also a nice quiet street I live on for walks. my dog will be around your pet so please also have a friendly pet. I am home a lot and able to walk, feed and play with your pups throughout the day and when I'm home on weekends I love to be outdoors walking or in my backyard and my dogs tended to be a part of all I did on the weekends! I do travel on occasion to see family but I keep my calendar up to date as much as possible so you can look ahead for bookings. My backyard is fully fenced with a big grassy lawn so your dog can play safely outside and take quick potty breaks between walks. We are home a lot so the pups tend to join us from room to room. I encourage per parents to bring us toys and beds and anything that makes the pups relaxed and at home.

“Gerry watched our 5 month old Maltipoo puppy Rocket this evening. He had a blast playing with her. Gerry sent us a bunch of updates and photos throughout the evening. She is very responsive, personable, clearly loves dogs and knows how to watch them. We will definitely use her again in the future and would recommend her to others as well. This was our first time leaving Rocket with a sitter and we got lucky in finding Gerry.”

She has a great property for the dogs to roam around and get the exercise they need! I feel that our dogs are in great hands when they stay with her. About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, both as a child and as an adult. Over the years, I've cared for several dogs of different breeds, each with their own unique personalities and needs. Spending time with dogs brings me so much joy, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply providing companionship and care. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a world without them. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I also have fostered several litters of puppies, and administered medications with ease. I work out of the home but I am able to drop in to play and let dogs out everyday around lunch. Maximum 3 hours in crate at a time. I treat each dog like a family member. I will make sure to update you daily on how they are doing! Pictures are so important!
