“This was Ziggys first time staying with Nadine and he was so excited and ran up the stairs to her front door. He must have remembered Nadine and her fur babies from our meet and greet. Ziggy seemed so happy after his weekend with Nadine. Her backyard is amazing. We’ll definitely book again!”

“Ronda is awesome and loves what she does. She came to our home the day before so we could get to know her and show her the ropes. She answered my questions about Rover and gave us detailed updates on each cat/kitten for each drop in , including pics (they really like her). She put our minds at ease knowing they were getting the same love and care that we give them. Thank you, Ronda. We'll see you again for future tips. ?”

“Dallas did a great job of taking care of my 2 cats while I was. She is very responsible and definitely a cat person. My Romeo took to her immediately. I highly the and will book her again.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jayne. She provided exceptional care for my sweet kitty and went above and beyond to communicate with me me. I looked forward to the updates and pictures from her visits. Jayne is professional, flexible, trustworthy, and MOST of all provided loving care for my girl.”

About: I've owned cats since I was a toddler. I grew up with them, my best friend being the sweetest manx cat named Pippy. Ive owned cats my whole life- now having a tuxedo shorthair named Lucky. I absolutely adore cats as much as I do dogs. I am a cat lady, and not ashamed to admit it. I've made friends with strays, temperamental, and shy cats. I am patient and loving. I understand cats body language well. I have a full range of cat care, from kittens to seniors. I will always treat your cat as if it is my own, spoiled, well cared for and loved.
“I could enjoy the holidays with my family knowing that Sarah would take good care of my cat. She always makes sure to give him some love every visit, which is that little extra I’m looking for in a pet sitter.”

“Jessica was professional, punctual, kind, and an awesome cat sitter. She connected with our cat who can be at times standoffish. She did great following the provided instructions. Highly recommend and will hire her the next time.”

“Michelle was wonderful! We worked with her for the first time for a long trip away and we were having trouble getting one of our kitties on a new feeding routine. Not only did she willingly modify our check-ins to twice per day, she also helped us out in many other ways while we were away. She is very communicative and always checked in with photos and details that helped us monitor our kitty's health from a distance and put our minds at ease to know that they were in good hands. Thank you so much Michelle!”

“Lilieana was so kind and gracious in the booking process. She also lives nearby so made everything pretty easy. The pups looked pleased on the pictures and are happy that we are home . Frankie sniffed around for a little while wondering if she was going to come back. Definitely a great sitter pick.”

“Anika came by for the meet and greet and was exactly on time! She is very friendly and personable. She took care of our two cats while we were gone (although she didn't see much of Zipper because he's shy). She sent pictures each day of playing with Pixie. I would recommend her to anyone.”

About: I have grown up with pets and even found my first job working at an animal boarding house. You could say I learned to become a professional dog walker at a young age. I have two high anxiety dogs and have been working on their social skills and coping methods to help their anxiety. I work full-time from home but take frequent breaks to let the dogs go out and play and take multiple walks a day to give them exercise. Weekends are mostly free to cuddle and to play with the fur babies. When house sitting or boarding pets I stay close so they be taken care of as needed. I keep my own pets on a schedule feeding, potty breaks and play with puzzles to earn treats. I will follow clients care guidelines to maintain consistency and keep them comfortable while their owners are gone.

“As a first time user, I was nervous to leave my babies to be with anyone but Emily made me feel so comfortable beforehand, offering to answer any questions and going through the plan, and throughout the time, sending updates, pictures, and answering any questions that came up. We’ve already booked with Emily again, I cannot recommend enough, especially if you’re new to this process!!”

“Michelle was great with our challenging kitty! He loved her, even though he showed some attitude towards her on 1 day, which she dealt with professionally. The house was clean and dishes were washed. Everything was great!”

About: I have had cats in my home since I was born, as well as cat sitting since I turned 16. I am capable of and confident in administering medication. I also make cleanliness of their litter box environment a huge priority. I also have a huge soft spot for very shy kitties, as I have one myself and understand that it takes patience and kindness for them to warm up.

“Lynden was wonderful to work with -- very caring and compassionate -- and it was such a relief knowing she was making daily visits while we were gone.”

“Faith was an outstanding and reliable bird sitter. The birds were very friendly with her. They had plenty of flight time and enjoyed hanging out with her. Faith was fantastic in cleaning up, providing food and water, and playing with the birds. She took many photos and gave frequent updates on how everyone was doing, which was wonderful. You can tell she is a caring and trustworthy friend to all furry creatures.”

“Beth was an absolutely perfect. She took care of my Bengal Cat and sent multiple videos and photos of her playing and feeding my kitty. She keeps an open form of communication with the owner...which really puts your mind at ease. I would absolutely use her again!”

“Mackenzie was great! She was flexible and took great care of the pups while we floated the river! She was able to give each dog their own space and we appreciate that.”

“It is best that when we need a sitter when coming into town that we contact them again. Our boys have sever separation anxiety, but see to do well. Thank you again?”

“From the beginning, very responsive and helpful! They were able to handle my high anxiety dog and didn’t get annoyed by the overly long explanation I had about his dogality. Followed up with pictures and updates and my dogs had a blast! Highly recommend Cass and Trevor for dog sitting.”

“Julie and Barry are wonderful! If we lived closer I’d always use them to care for my dog, and I’d want to have them as my personal friends! Having traveled to Portland from San Diego to visit our toddler granddaughter, we were in a bind. Our mixed-breed dog is reactive to the toddler and to the two cats who also live in the house, and that makes for a stressful visit. I wanted to get a dog sitter, but I was worried about finding someone so far from home on short notice. Our dog has a lot of separation anxiety and is rather high-strung. I started a search on Google, and Julie and Barry popped up. Trust me, you should do what I did—look no further! I knew right away that I had found a gem! Julie and Barry have a beautiful, peaceful home. They were so kind to my dog that she jumped out of our car each morning when we dropped her off and ran up to their front door because she was so excited to see them again! In short, we didn’t have any worries at all about our dog during this visit. Julie and Barry only take care of one dog at a time, and they will give your dog individualized attention and lots of love! They do this out of their love for dogs, and I can’t imagine a more perfect situation. Thank you so much, Julie and Barry!”

“Anastasia allowed me to relax with my husband for a day without needing to meet all of Remy's needs. This was our first stay with Anastasia, but she offered a Meet and Greet initially that put my mind at ease with regard to her family of pets, the conditions of her yard, and her willingness to answer my questions and needs. She did a great job safeguarding Remy during his day's stay, she sent me photos and an update on how he was settling in, which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely re-book Anastasia for Remy's pet-sitting needs in the future.”

“Remi had the best first day of doggie daycare with Cassie. She came home exhausted and from all the pictures/updates I can tell she had a blast! With it being her first time at daycare, Cassie was great about slowly introducing her and making adjustments based on how Remi was doing. Cassie was professional and quick to respond to messages during setup and during the day. We look forward to booking another daycare day again soon!”

“Charlene has been hands-down, the BEST dog sitter we’ve ever had. The amount of love, care, fun, and exercise she gave our dog, Ginkgo, was truly exceptional. I’m someone who loves pictures and updates, and Charlene provided beautiful pictures and updates without prompting during Ginkgo’s 4 day stay. He got to go on runs, long hikes, and even got a pup cup with her daughter. He came home each day absolutely exhausted, which was amazing for my husband after working long days. We are so grateful we found Charlene!”

“Shasta and her family are very loving and caring, we truly trust her completely. Our dog Gus gets so excited about having a stay it make leaving him a boy easier knowing he just runs right into the house out of excitement!”

About: Animals have always been part of my life — from horses to fish, and most importantly, dogs. For the past 2+ years I’ve been a foster with the Portland Dachshund Rescue, caring for everything from energetic puppies to seniors with medical needs. Through local dachshund meetups and rescue work, I’ve become known as a trusted safe space for small dogs in the Portland community. What sets me apart is the blend of heart and hands-on skills: • Experience with senior dogs, medical care, and even injections when needed. • Specialized understanding of dachshunds and other small breeds. • A home set up with secure fencing and stairs for tiny dogs’ safety. • The flexibility of working from home most days, with the option to bring pups to the office on others. I treat every guest like my own — with patience, love, and individualized care. Most days I work from home, so your pup will get plenty of company and attention throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays I go into the office, but I can often bring a guest dog with me if needed, so they won’t be left alone. Because I only host up to two small dogs at a time (20 lbs and under), I can keep routines flexible — from regular potty breaks and short walks to cuddle breaks on the couch. My schedule is designed to give your pup a safe, consistent rhythm while you’re away. Whether your pup is staying at my townhome or I’m caring for them in yours, safety is always the top priority. My home is rescue-approved with secure fencing, pet stairs, and even an outdoor ramp in progress for tiny legs. Guests are always supervised, indoors and out. If I’m in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I understand the trust it takes to hand over your keys, and I’m happy to follow any security routines or send photos so you feel comfortable. My goal is simple: peace of mind for you, and a safe, happy experience for your pet.

“Sam did an amazing job taking care of my little Ruby! She was very communicative and clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge about dogs. I would definitely book her again!!”

“Emma was great. My dog felt at home right away. Emma met me for drop off and pick up out front and was super kind. Lots of play area for the dogs and a great place to board.”

About: I’m a current foster home for the Troutdale shelter. I’ve taken legal cases and regular foster cases until they are adopted. I love all animals and just want to help those in need. I currently work from home so I’m able to care for your pet all day. I’m able to play, love on them and walk them. I don’t have a fenced yard but I’m able to walk your furry friend or crate them. However you want them to be taken care of.
About: I'm extremely reliable. I will do what I say I will do. And I will treat your pet with utmost care and lots of love. I am not working regular hours so I am available almost anytime. I can come and go as you need for your pets! Always with a positive attitude! I will be on task 100% of the time. Whatever is needed and whatever is wanted. I can be counted on to do it reliably!

“Penny is the most amazing dog walker ever ! She takes care of your pet as if they were her own , I can’t recommend her enough. She has always loved on my dog and sends me a ton of photos”

“Princess was super awesome. My little Lexi is a very shy dog to people upfront but for some reason Lexi went differently to Princess and greeted her. She took a lot of pictures and spent the full 30 minutes walking Lexi. She made me feel at ease and made sure Lexi was safe. I 100% recommend Princess.”

“Oh wow!!! This is awesome. Sometimes my other walker cannot come. Wednesdays is her day off. I am hoping you can do us from now on , Wednesdays and emergencies. I am so happy with your help. ?”

We are relatively new to this area and I am looking to establish a network here. I care for all the pets the same as my own, with respect. There is not much more to it except needing to complete the minimum wording for this box :)

Everyday the pets in my care are let out for a potty break upon arrival or in the morning, before coming back into their separate spaces to have breakfast (if boarding or parent's brought breakfast). If you have requested a lunch for your pet, I'll provide a safe and quiet space for you pet to enjoy some lunch between 12pm-1pm. About: I’ve taken care of houses, farms and pets of all shapes and sizes! I’m currently working on being a certified dog trainer. I know exercises to not only calm pets but also earn their trust. I’m a full time dog sitter and walker! So your pet is my top priority I’m a full time animal sitter!! I have all the time in the world to take care of your fur babies! I also have 2 dogs of my own that my partner is home with all day My two dogs are very well trained, they can be kenneled or not depending on how long they’ll be in the house. They are very friendly with other dogs. I don’t have kids or cats in my apartment either
“We had always boarded our dogs in a kennel before so this was our first time leaving them in the house for a quick weekend trip with drop in visits and walks. We came home to happy, well taken care of dogs. Tori did a great job taking care of our cat and now we’ll use her as our go-to sitter for our dogs.”

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs, so I’m pretty comfortable around them and looking after them, too. I officially became a dog mom in 2019 after graduating from college when I adopted an elderly Chihuahua named Lucy. She passed away two years ago, but caring for her gave me experience with senior dogs and administering daily arthritis medication. I now have my girl Peaches. She will be turning 3 in August and is puggle who keeps me on a consistent walking schedule! Through caring for my own dogs and pet sitting for friends and family, I’ve gained experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I also regularly watch my brother’s 2-year-old Staffie mix who is the biggest baby and I love like my own fur baby. I love going on walks, hikes, and visiting farmers markets/local parks/coffe shops, so your pup will get plenty of love, attention, and activity while in my care. I also like to call myself a “master pill hider” because Peaches has definitely made me work for my skills when it comes to giving daily medications 😂 I look forward to meeting your fur baby and possibly you, too! I promise to send consistent photos and videos while they’re in my care, and I’ll always communicate if I notice anything concerning about their behavior. I’d rather ask questions than assume something is normal. Im currently a full-time graduate school and do have in-person classes on campus downtown, so if I’m house sitting your furbaby would have to be ok being alone while I’m away. For walks, I will always keep your dog leashed and be mindful of outside temperatures while we're out. For drop-ins, I’ll make sure they have plenty of fresh water, receive any requested meals or medications, and have supervised outdoor time. If I need to administer medication, I’ll make note of when it was given and observe them afterward to ensure they’re doing well before I leave. Their safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities.
About: I have been a pet sitter for 6 years and love what I do! I have taken care of a wide age range and enjoy each job just the same. Safety and respect is my priority, and I am comfortable administering medications. I am currently attending nursing school and am looking for some pet work related activities to fit into my day! I have a fair bit of free time and would love to spend it doing something I love, caring for animals! I am extremely comfortable around all animals, especially dogs. I will follow house instructions perfectly and use critical thinking skills when needed it situations. I am extremely respectful of your space, and will do my absolute best when caring for your pet!
About: Dog parent and over 15 years of walking and sitting dogs for family and clients by referral. Easy going and flexible for what ever the pet needs. I am flexible and will work around your schedule. Available every week day. Available all weekends. Ready to walk in any weather. Rain or shine, I’m here for your pet. I will definitely reach out to Jenny again in the future!”
