About: Although I'm new to Rover I have been dog sitting for years, now that I'm retired and have too much free time on my hands I decided to bump it up a notch. I love dogs and my papillon is getting up there in age and lost her sister and this is a great way to give her company and a buddy. I am retired and home more than away. Weather permitting I spend most of my time enjoying the outdoors playing and working in my yard. I have two beautiful landscaped fully fenced acres, lots of room for your fur babies to run and play. My home is well set up for extra paws. I have one senior papillon who could use a buddy.

About: I have had dogs since I was 16. Cats since I was 20. I have also owned various other animals, including livestock. My schooling helped me learn general animal care and I have had the same dog trainer for 20 years. Our pets have regular vet care. I pet sit for friends and family often, both at their homes and in our own home. Just informational, I do live with males, including teens, who have attended dog training classes and help when I need to step out if the house. I also have a very large yard for lots of running and exercise. I work fill time, but remote. I can choose to be from home or in office so am available to watch pets at home all day, when needed. We have a large fully fenced yard. We do have chickens, but they are gated in their own area. I have a pet gate to keep dogs from going downstairs unattended and a door as backup. I provide a pet water fountain for constant fresh and flowing hydration. Pets get regular treats and training refreshers to keep their minds sharp and engaged. My house is inundated with both cat and dog toys for constant entertainment.

About: *In the Summer if you want me to Pet Sit for you, be willing to accommodate my Husky. He is well trained, tears up nothing, is completely potty trained, gets along with dogs and cats. He may look scary at first but grows on you quick, once you learn he won't hurt you. He has helped me teach other dogs who don't like new dogs how to befriend a stranger. With providing dogs and cats with their medication, to feeding, taking dogs on walks, cleaning the litter box, and loving on them. I have 15 years of experience pet sitting for neighbors, family, friends and others. I’m pretty available, and it will fit into my daily routine. I’m open the weekends, as well as some week days. I do have a job, but can find the time before and after to care for your animals. Lots of time to take care of dogs and kitties! I have a 1+ year old cat that is indoor only. She has a ton of toys and gets lots of loves. I will care for your pets as you desire, and treat them as my own as well, giving them lots of love and attention. I follow the directions of whomever animals I’m watching, and usually spend a little extra time with them as needed.
About: We love all animals and appreciate their intelligence and respect their feelings. We have had dogs and/or cats always. We have also had goats, pot bellied pigs, chickens, miniature donkeys and fish. We love spending time with animals and attending to their needs. Walks at parks and in nature or around the neighborhood are a regular part of our day. We are retired and spend a lot of our time traveling in Southern California and Mexico. We provide a safe calm environment in your home and keep your pets' normal routines. We will be bringing our dog with us and she is well adjusted to changing environments and meeting new animal friends. Housesitting is part of our travel strategy and we have received many positive reviews over the past few years. I also have done some dog training and animals are comfortable around us. We are retired and take several walks a day. Our schedule is very flexible. We like to be able to take your dogs in the car for walking adventures if they are comfortable with that. We give your pets lots of snuggles. We aim to follow and maintain the normal, expected routines of the pets we care for. We give them lots of attention and send pics to their owners.
About: I worked at a vet clinic for 3.5 years but due to life changes I now work at a pet store and petsit to continue to work with animals while I work towards my goal of working in vet med again. I’m reliable with my own transportation and am very knowledgeable in proper pet care. I am communicative, compassionate, and attentive to animals and their needs. I have been my own friends’ and family’s pet sitter for the past 5 years and I treat every animal as if they were my own while in my care. My whole life revolves around animals; I have 4 cats of my own and have fostered 15 animals successfully in the past year, ranging from cats of all ages, dogs, and Guinea pigs. I also work directly with animals at my job and am looking to continue that path. I have multiple rooms in my home to separate the animals in my care if needed, I have access to professional services if an emergency were to arise while also having knowledge of what to look for in with different medical conditions that can be present in animals. I have a good understanding of animal behavior and I understand their needs.
