Before taking us on, Jen and Josh met with us in person at their location, and on day 1, I felt that they were observing him carefully, based on Jen's updates. When visit #2 rolled around, as soon as we got to the front entrance where Jen was waiting, I became non-existent and the tugger embarked on a great day! “Josh was Incredible! My dog, Ziggy, is a bit apprehensive meeting new people and especially welcoming people into our home. Josh listened to my requests for their first meeting and had such good vibes and body language that it was a mere matter of minutes before Ziggy was literally eating out of his hands and Ziggy had no problem with Josh following us upstairs and hanging out inside. I didn't doubt for a second that Josh could handle Ziggy's antics and his strength on the leash. Josh sent daily updates and pictures of Ziggy out on walks and snuggling with him on the couch. About: I helped raise our family dog, a golden doodle for his 10 years so far with us. We also just brought in a stray puppy in January, so I am familiar with the puppy stage. He was probably 3 months when we got him and he’s now a year old at least. I am currently free all day everyday during the summer. However when the year starts when I will be free after school on weekdays, because I plan to substitute teach. I will still be available weekends though. I started dogsitting for family friends and neighbors when I was 12, and have done so for many different people and pets since then. “Cory, Matthew and their daughter were gentle and patient with our little timid dog. They were accommodating in feeding, treats, and bedtime routines to make her comfortable, and even gave her some snuggle time in the morning. They have a great setup in their home and back yard for a dog, and ours came home healthy and happy. We’d gladly ask this family to board our beloved pooch again!”

“Momo had great time staying at Alex's, made friends and playing with her friendly dogs while I was gone. Originally I chose Alex this time was because her dogs and giant yard that I know Momo really loves. Her picking up and dropping off Momo was a surprise I really appreciated. On top of her kind and friendly like other dog sitters on Rover, I would also say she is professional, because she does this full time, I bet Momo got a lot more attention with Alex than at home. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who is occasionally not available for their dogs.”
