“This was maple and jaspers second stay with crystal and Joel and at drop off they were excited to be there. They took good care of the kids and checked In to let me know they were doing well. I appreciate having somewhere reliable I can trust to watch them when I can’t bring them with us. We will use them again for sure”

“Denise was great! She communicated well prior to the trip, sent pictures and updates during Bailey’s stay per my request and was very kind and sweet. Bailey is a small dog with a big personality and grouchy at times and she did well with him. Would recommend and book her again!”

“Amanda and Matthew did a wonderful job taking care of our dog pepper. We got picture and video updates everyday they had puzzles for her . My feeling is they understand animals because they own so many. This is a quality that I look for in any rover provider somebody who understands animals. She wasn't left alone for 8 hrs a day or crated. And they welcomed our dogs as if she was their own.”

“Sabrina is a superstar!! She’s kind, thoughtful, flexible, and respectful! We received pictures everyday along with sweet notes of observations of our dog. Not only did she care for my little love, but she also reassured me with comforting messages and helping this new dog mom out. She is amazing!!”

“Ying has helped me taking care of Panda for more than one year. It is very cozy in Ying’s house. Ying takes Panda out for playing every day, which provides Panda with plenty of exercise and is very good for his health. He can even groom Panda by cutting its hair, giving it a bath, trimming its nails, plucking its ear hair, and expressing its anal glands. He has just moved to this platform, and this is the first order on Rover. Panda super likes to stay with Ying. Every time I tell Panda we're going to Ying's house, he gets very happy and eagerly waits for me to put on his collar.”

“Keith and his lovely family took great care of our fur baby! We are grateful to have found such a loving and caring family who took our pet into their home. We knew our pet was in good hands and were able to travel stress free. Bets of all we got daily pictures and messages about our pup.”

“Destiny was flexible and accommodating to my schedule. I liked the perodic update photos of Snowball eating, relaxing, going on walks, and playing with her dog Max. Her home is very dog friendly and I would definitely rebook.”

About: I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs. Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a dog-lover through and through! Since early middle school, my family and I have rescued and loved 4 amazing dogs. Beyond caring for my own dogs, I've cared for dogs of family, friends, and co-workers in their homes. As I write this, I'm watching two great pups! I am responsible, caring, and have experience with a variety of different breeds. From bigger dogs like Great Danes, Pitbulls, Bulldogs, and Boxers to smaller pups like terriers, Chihuahuas, and all kinds on little poodle mixes. I am happy to walk, feed, snuggle, play or just spend time with your fur babies! I'm available for boarding on weekends. I work hybrid and can occasionally accommodate longer stays depending on when I work from home. I spend a lot of time at home and would be able to spend a lot time with your pet. I live in an apartment, so frequent potty breaks and walks outside would be given. I would prefer to crate your dog while i'm out of the apartment. I'm not usually away for more than a couple of hours.
“Katelyn was an amazing host, she was so good with Chaucie, and loved his time with Gus. She was very attentive to him, did everything asked in making him feel comfortable. Sent pictures and video to update me, will definitely use her again”

“Tessa, Tyler and their family were amazing sitters. I felt comfortable leaving my dog knowing she was in good hands. Tessa was great about sending regular updates and pictures. I love that their property has a huge fenced area for the dogs to run and play. The fact that they are home most of the day is awesome too. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future.”

“Angle took great care of my dog! I received regular updates, photos & videos & my pup. He loved playing with Tahoe & the other Rover friends. My dog came back happy, tired & content. He had such a blast on his mini vacation! Thanks Angie!”

“Dani is amaaaaaazing. I have a super shy cat who I knew would most likely hide the whole time and a couple birds who live in my office/a separate room… and she was super flexible and helpful when I realized my cat might need more space and time to eat since she hides when new people are around without me there. Super kind, professional and a good person all around. In the middle of a move and even with boxes/my home in the stages of moving, Dani made everything so simple and seamless while I was gone. I so appreciate her and highly recommend this fabulous fur (& feathered) family professional!”

“Brandy did a wonderful job with my cat Tiger for the weekend. I can always tell by how he acts when I get home from a trip if he’s happy and well adjusted. Thanks to Brandy he is was just that! I trust Brandy and will ask her to housesit again.”

About: I recently moved back in to the area from California. We are still getting our bearings off the city and finding new places to play and explore As a disabled veteran and single mom, i am home most of the time, outside of some time at the gym or taking my 3 year old to the park. She loves animals, is quite gentle, and is never just left with animals alone. She tends to be helpful in filling Lola's bowl with water and food and tossing a treat to show some love. If kids are not okay, I am child free Saturday through Sunday afternoons, for those times when you need to be doggy free. Fresh water is provided inside and out on the deck to bask, as well as a constant eye when not out for a walk. I tend to avoid dog parks with other people's pets under my watch, I'd prefer to maintain a safe and predictable environment.

“Amelia did a very good job! We had her come watch my Mom’s 2 cats while we went away for a weekend. She made sure to play with them, give them treats and lots of love. She cleaned the litter box and washed their water bowl for them. We already have her scheduled for our next trip. Thanks Amelia!”

“Tori was great! Arrived right on time, gave an insulin shot no problem, and spent the rest of the time giving loves and taking cute pictures. We'll absolutely use her services again and would recommend to others!”

“Booked Mia for last minute care for my cats and I’m so glad I found her! She seems super sweet and thoughtful, and was communicative and responsive to the (many) details I gave her for her time at my place. Will definitely be requesting her services again in the future!”

“Felix was phenomenal to work with. Myself and my cat were both nervous with her being left alone and Felix did everything they could to make it a good experience. They were incredibly kind and patient to my cat and I left the experience feeling awesome. Thank you!”

“My husband and I recently moved to Oregon, and one of our top priorities was finding a reliable, friendly pet sitter—especially someone experienced with big dogs. Gabriela has been an absolute gem! She’s made it so easy for us to travel, giving us complete peace of mind knowing our pets are in great hands. She’s cared for both our dogs and cats, and every time, our pets have come back happy and well-loved. Gabriela is also a fantastic communicator, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. We can’t recommend her highly enough!”

“Melanie was a life saver. I was on a trip for Christmas. The family friend of my husband was supposed to watch Isabel. We had not heard from her for 18 hrs. So I had a friend check on Isabel. But, she could only do it for 2 days and we were going to be gone for another day. On Dec 24th at the last minute, Melanie took my emergency visit for the 25th and at am amazing rate. Thank you so much for helping Isabel and our sanity. I will definitely be asking in the future and recommending you to everyone”

“Amy did an excellent job with our cats, and was very communicative when issues arose. Our cats were happy and well cared for, and I would happily recommend her to anyone!”

“Zoe took very good care of our kitties while we were gone for two weeks for our wedding. She also house sat for us and left it cleaner than it was when we got there. 10/10 would book again!”

“As a first time user of Rover, it gave us a lot of confidence to meet Tyler in advance at our house and review the details of cat care. Tyler was right on time every day and sent me pictures which was so lovely. Even my moody cat warmed up to him after a few days! I think he did a great job and I plan on bringing him back for our next trip!”

“Caralisa took such great care of our kitty, we are definitely booking her again!!! Thank you for going the extra mile and giving us peace of mind while away on vacation🤍”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since the day I was born. I grew up around dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes and have loved them more every day. I started dogsitting for family friends and neighbors when I was 12, and have done so for many different people and pets since then. I’ve also worked professionally at a doggy daycare, so I can handle a lot at once! (And a lot of energy!) I’m familiar with working with both small and large dogs, as well as animals with special needs. I grew up caring for a deafblind Australian Shepherd and have fostered dogs with balance disorders, as well as working with disabled dogs during my doggy daycare time. I love animals more than anything and would love to be the person to give your pets a great day! This is my full time job! I am available whenever you need me. My only regular commitments are volunteering with rescue cats and a recurring appointment on Fridays. Otherwise, I’m able to dedicate as much time as your pets need from me. I’ve worked with clients with a variety of preferences for how their animals are cared for - just let me know! I can stay in the house as long as you need, let your dogs out as frequently as needed, and follow whatever feeding and care instructions your pet requires. About: I work as a veterinary technician and have 10+ years of pet sitting under my belt. I also have a private mobile nail trimming business that I run part time on the side, I have a pretty large client base with many references from that. I am comfortable working with pets of all shapes and sizes, and don’t have a problem working with pets that may have behavioral concerns. I can administer medications and even care for pets with serious medical needs. I am currently working full time at a veterinary hospital but I have 3 days off per week for all day service and can make home stops in the AM before work and PM after work. Unfortunately at this time I do not offer services in my own home - I have two dogs and two cats of my own, and one of my dogs is elderly and extremely grouchy so bringing in outside pets is not an option for our household. I am no longer offering overnights unless it’s a single overnight. My typical client hires me to stop in 2-3 times daily to feed, walk, medicate, and play with their pets! I also offer dog walking services and mobile nail trimming/basic grooming!

About: All types of animals (cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, horses, llamas, goats, sheep) have been part of my life forever. I love all animals, most of them more than humans! Currently 2 large dogs, 3 cats, 4 chickens and 1 human are my "family". Previously I lived on 36 acres and took care of my horse, 2 donkeys, a herd of goats and chickens. I recently retired and am looking to fill some of my time taking care of your animals and home. I am happy to take care of any types of animal and will provide love and care for your pets while your away. I recently retired from being an insurance agent for 20 years and am very flexible with my time and can be available for short or longer stays. I will take great care of your pets, will administer medications, walk them or play ball, keep them company while your gone. And I will treat your home and belongings with respect and keep it clean and safe.

“10/10 experience- I will for sure board with Joshua again! Great communication with updates and pics. They took care of my golden for six days/nights while I was out of state. This was a great fit for my dog to be able to play and use all of his energy. Highly recommend”

“Valerie is great and her boarding setup is great. No complaints and I feel very lucky to have found her. Our dog came home happy and healthy after five days of fun and games.”

“We left our Golden Retriever at Wilna's house for a 3 day weekend and could not be happier with the service she and her husband provided. Two trips a day to the dog park, lots of toys at her beautiful home with nicely fenced backyard. Our dog is fast asleep and exhausted from a great adventure.”
