“Norma and her family are the absolute best! I was so, so anxious about leaving my 5 month old pup for a whole week because he’s never spent a night away from me. I had taken him to doggie daycare with her a few times so he knew her, and was already very impressed by her obvious love of dogs and her high level of experience. She knew that I was struggling with my own separation anxiety, ha, and alleviated my worries with frequent text and photo updates. My Patrick had a blast with their pups and the other dogs that come for daycare. Her whole family treated Patrick like one of their own, and he even slept with her sweet daughter, which made my heart happy because he is used to sleeping in bed and I worried about him being crated at night. I could not be happier with the whole experience, and will board Patrick with Norma any time I need to leave town. I honestly cannot say enough good things!!”

“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. We are a dog loving family that live in a single family house with our very friendly Golden doodle girl. We live in a 1 acre lot so rest assure, your pups will have plenty of space to roam around I work from home so I get to spend all day with your dog; our daily routines vary between, playing at local dog parks, local trails or walking around our neighborhood. Once the kids get back from school they will play non-stop, snuggle and tend to all our guest dogs. Rest assured our home is a wonderful place to raise our puppy and care for other canine pals. Why we love dog sitting My wife and myself are both animal lovers and grew up with dogs. Most of our adult lives we either lived or cared for other people's pets. I've owned all types of breeds for more than 15 years. My history ranges from small dogs like yorkies and french poodles, to bigger sizes like alaskan malmute and shepherds. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals since I was 10 years old. I worked on my aunt’s ranch where I cared for a variety of animals including dogs and cats. I also have a lot of experience with dogs since I showed my dog in 4H and won several awards. I love animals of all shapes and sizes so I’m sure I will be a perfect fit for your furry friend. I care for my pets every morning and every night. During three of the weekdays, I have class but I return home right after to spend time with them and get them exercise. I carry dog treats with me when doing visits to help the dogs feel more comfortable. I also enjoy taking long walks with dogs to keep them entertained. I am particularly fond of cats, as they are my favorite animal. I have four cats myself, and I think cats are truly precious. I love taking care of animals. My apartment complex features a significant amount of green space and a dog park. In my apartment, there are dog toys, cat toys, cat trees, and three different pet water fountains.

About: I have and elder cat that I have had for 4 years. And I have an puppy that I have been training she is great with other dogs. I have house sit for people in my church for servals years and I loved it. I do have a job out side my home. My schedule may change depends on need. But I can be flexible with you if need be I do live in an apartment but there is a dog park area in the apartment complex where I can take your fur babies out and play also there is a bigger public dog park down the road from my house that I take my Molly to everyday.

April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. About: Can't wait to meet your fur family! I am a secretary at Lincoln elementary. I love caring for the students and I would love to care for your pets too! I have been a pet caretaker for as long as I can remember. From my Yorkshire Terrier, Tiffany Rene, my sweet beagle/lab mix Lucy, to my cats Bucket, Lemmy, and Pepper. Our gentle giant Betty (Irish wolf hound/poodle/terrier) went to the rainbow bridge. Now I have my one dilute tortoiseshell cat, Steel. We also have Bluey, a Texas blue heeler mix. My friends bring their pets around and everyone always gets along. I have a 19 and 17 year old (humans) who love animals too. So they can help out as well! I do look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members! Pet care is always part of my routine. Taking care of my own pet needs and the needs of any other pet I am responsible for is an honor. I have a fenced in yard. Bluey is more of a go out and come in gal, but she would love to hang out and play. We go on walks &/or dog park.
