“This was my first time boarding my dogs and I was very worried with how they’d react being away, but Cristi was amazing! Her and her daughter are very sweet, caring and gave lots of love while looking after my girls. Cristi has a lovely home with plenty of space for the dogs, so there was no worry of them being cramped or uncomfortable. They are also great at communicating, which put me at ease while I was away. I will definitely be booking with Cristi again.”

“Dana and her family treated Bruce like he was part of their family. Dana sent me photos during Bruce's stay which gave me comfort while I was away. Thank you so much Dana.”

“I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Henry, he was very happy under Angie’s care. Angie kept me updated with how Henry was doing, sent pictures of him every day he was with her, and even sent a few videos showing how Henry was playing and getting along with everyone. I will recommend Angie to anyone who is looking for someone to watch their dog, she’ll take care of them like they were her own.”

“Kimberly and her family were so good to our little Molly that I was worried she wouldn’t want to come home. It was a true blessing finding Kimberly on Rover. I hope she has room for her the next time I need a dog border. Thank you so very much Kimberly.”

Scott and Katrina were both so sweet with her, and it was obvious that Kona felt happy and comfortable with them. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them!”

“This was our first time leaving Rufus anywhere overnight and he did fabulously! Karen was good to send updates and pics to assure me that Rufus was having a great time! He hit it off with Boomer and the two played all day and night. By time we got Rufus home, he was a happy, tired boy! :) We already have Karen scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!”

“Stacey and her family’s home was a perfect stay for Moki Marie. She took walks and had lots of play time with the kids and snuggle time with the whole family. About: My property has 1-acre of fenced space where your pup can run around until their heart’s content. If you have a senior pup, a young puppy, or a dog with complex medical needs, you have found the right home. Having loved and cared for my own Akitas through major health challenges—including blindness—I am completely comfortable managing complex medication schedules, topical treatments, oral meds, and injections. As an experienced dog and puppy foster (who even once fostered a litter of nine puppies!), I understand canine body language and know how to support anxious or transitioning pets. Rest assured, your pup will be cared for and welcomed with open arms no matter their situation. Pet care is my full-time job right now. I am generally away from the home for no more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to be away for longer, I will ensure you are aware in advance. I have a fenced backyard and three dogs of my own who will keep your pup company. My own dogs are a senior male, fully blind American Akita, an adult female pug mix, and a male puppy pug mix (the adult female’s puppy). I ensure all dogs are kept separate during mealtime and, as needed, during playtime where dog toys may be involved. I have crates and playpens, extra dog dishes, and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys for your pup to use as much or as little as they want. My own dogs love to cuddle and sleep on the couch and bed, and your pup is welcome to as well, as long as it’s okay with you. I’m happy to provide updates throughout your pup’s stay based on a frequency you’d prefer to ensure you feel comfortable with their time in my care.
“Ellen took amazing care of my dog, Spud! I got daily picture check-ins, and Spud clearly felt at home—she ate all her food, got to socialize with other dogs, and even lounged on the bed and pillows. It’s clear Ellen treats the dogs like family. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Great communication and provided regular updates. Oreo seemed very happy & relaxed upon pickup after the stay. Would definitely book with Amber again in the future.”

“I had the good fortune of finding Deanna! She has established a safe and dog friendly haven that caters to the enjoyment of many breeds. Deanna goes above and beyond to understand the preferences and needs of your fur baby, ensuring a caring experience. I not only recommend but will use her services again.”

“Maolin was a great caretaker for Nash. We were away on vacation for 10 days and she sent daily photos and videos as well as took Nash to the local dog park to play around. She really seemed to care a great deal for Nash as like she was her own. Would definitely use again and refer her to others!”

“My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Laura! She is an excellent communicator, and was flexible when we ran into traffic on our way to our dogs visit. Our dog loves her and her family and feels at home when he’s there! She is our go to sitter! Trustworthy, kind, and loves our dog like her own!”

About: I used to beg my parents to let me have a dog. They always told me I need to prove I could take care of one so I would always offer to walk and take care of my neighbors and friends pets. It all paid off and I finally got my first dog at 13! I now have a Carolina Dog who is super energetic and requires a lot of activity and patience. I enjoy taking care of and getting to know all the pets! I have recently graduated college and am at a standstill for finding jobs so I am available all times of the week to help out! I always make sure that the pets I am watching are safe and happy. I want nothing more than to see their little tails wagging!

“Cara was fantastic with my girls and they absolutely loved her. Cara went above and beyond to ensure her services were of perfection. Not only did she take care of my girls, she also took care of my house which is a huge peace of mind. I messed up the booking by several days, l actually needed it the day l sent it. Cara looked passed my mistake and responded minutes later. That to me is priceless.”

“Charity is an absolute godsend! I had a problem with this last-minute trip this weekend, and I had not called her to cover taken care of my three cats, because I do have a feeder Robot for short term trips… However, we had a power outage, and that resets the machine, and it no longer turns on after that, and my boys were gonna be hungry! I called her at the last minute to see if she could be there for two days, and she replied positively which was wonderful! Unfortunately, we had a whole mess load of snow after I left, which cost her family some issues, and she had to take care of some stuff, but she still got to me and the boys and got them fed and watered, and I so appreciate that… Family comes first in my book, but even after she got done that she still got to me and that’s so wonderful And I can’t thank her enough for all she does! If you need somebody, reliable, and Great with your animals, don’t hesitate to ask her to sit for you!”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and bring both experience and genuine care to every pet I watch. I was raised on a farm surrounded by animals, and I’ve owned dogs for most of my life, including a small dog I cared for over 16 years. In the last 5 years we have added 2 cats to our pack and an 8-month-old Golden Retriever puppy. I’m very comfortable with puppy energy, routines, and reinforcement of basic training. I also work as an intervention specialist at Bridgeway Academy, which has strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to understand behavior — skills that translate naturally to animal care. I have two years of pet sitting experience for family and friends and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

About: I recently left a 16 year career where I grew from caseworker to supervisor to manager. I decided to pursue opportunities to care for animals, as animals are my true passion. I grew up on a small farm where we had cows, horses, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, canaries and hamsters. I have always loved animals and enjoy caring for them. I look forward to caring for your beloved pets. I recently left my full time job to explore pet care services. I will do all I can to be available for you and your pets’ needs at anytime. I can provide care in my home, or stay in your home, wherever your pets are most comfortable. I would be able to stay the night in your home if you prefer, or stop by your home as you request. This would be determined by what is best for you and your pets.
“If we could give Rose and her husband 1000/10 stars we would! We are very picky with where we board our dogs and they fully exceeded our expectations! They totally saved us last minute when our plans changed unexpectedly. Our dogs had so much fun and have been asleep since we picked them up a few hours ago. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for all of our boarding needs the next time we’re in town!”

“Karla is hands-down the best dog sitter I’ve ever experienced. Her love for dogs is immediately clear in everything she does. She has a spacious backyard that gives the dogs plenty of room to run and play, and her home is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What I appreciate most is how she allows dogs be themselves while ensuring a safe, well-managed environment. She pays close attention to group dynamics, making sure all the dogs interact well and play safely. I felt completely at ease leaving Bruno in her care, and that peace of mind is priceless. I would book with Karla again and again without hesitation. Highly recommend!”

“Jodi responded right away after I inquired last minute about a daycare stay so we could explore the area while passing through on a road trip. Our doggy was slowly introduced to the other dogs, who were all so friendly, and she immediately ran off to play. She sent me pictures throughout the day of all the fun our dog was having and she was so tired on the way home. If we’re ever in the area again, I’d bring our dog back in a heart beat!”

“Ashleigh and family took care of our 12 week old Cairn Terrier puppy while we took a day trip to visit family out of town. She seemed instantly at ease with him, her daughters were obviously very good with dogs and we had little doubt our pup would enjoy his "camp" experience. He did and even made friends with their pug. We had been looking for a sitter during the week and gladly would go with Ashleigh if it was easier on the commute. Zero concerns and I highly recommend trying them out.”

“Wow! Zoe is tremendous! I was very hesitant in using Rover with my best buddy Utah because he was getting walked every day by a family friend since he was a puppy. He is now going to be 4 years old in July. The dog walker he had decided to retire from her daily walks with Utah. I had to find someone great to walk Utah on a daily basis. After reading the reviews for Zoe and also seeing that she lived fairly close, I decided to reach out to her. She has been great. She asked great questions up front about Utah and what my needs were caring for him and what she may need to watch out for. Utah absolutely adores her. Zoe has been reliable and has communicated great with me. She lets me know when she arrives, she lets me know how Utah was during the walk and her visit time with him, she lets me know if he peered or pooped, and she sends me pictures of Utah while on their walk. She really likes Utah as well. I think both Utah and Zoe look forward to their daily walks. Zoe is trustworthy, mature, reliable, thoughtful, and caring. She is everything you could possibly want to care for your furry companion that you love so much. I 100% recommend Zoe without hesitation.”

“Lauren looked after my baby while I was out of town, I was nervous because it was his first time spending the night away from me, but it’s safe to say that he had the time of his life! He was able to socialize with other dogs which was definitely a plus for me, she was also super sweet and professional. So happy to have found her ❤️”

“Scott and Katrina were wonderful! They communicated with us throughout Kona’s stay and sent lots of photos and videos, which we really appreciated. Kona loved playing with their dogs and having their beautiful backyard to run around in.

“Juice seemed very happy during his stay! Alexandria is very responsive and sends a lot of pictures of the dogs playing around and having a good time. Would recommend and rebook her for any boarding!”

“I can’t say enough for the care that Emily gave to our Ezra. This was his first time away from home and I was a bit worried. But Emily put my mind at ease right away. I had complete confidence that he was safe and happy and even having his very own vacation. Home routine must seem a bit boring to him now! I guess we’ll just have to take another vacation so he can come back for more. We would very highly recommend Emily and will certainly choose her again. Love all of the updates and pix she took time to do! 🐶❤️Five stars ⭐️ all the way❣️”

“Sasha took very good care of our two dogs and we were happy to get photos every day showing the dogs happy and enjoying time in the park. We look forward to Sasha pet sitting for us in the future.”

“The dogs seemed to have a great time, they were exhausted when they got home from all the running around and playing they did. We will definitely use them for future stays.”
“This was our first time using Rover and Emily was great. I set up the stay about 2 months out because I wasn't sure how the Thanksgiving would effect finding a place for Lucy. Emily was super and answered so many questions for me. Lucy also had a great time playing with Emily's other dogs. ”
