About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little even rescuing and saving them!! I’ve always had a love for them and felt connected!! So much so that I stopped eating meat or any kind when I was 14 because I felt bad and it immediately became unappetizing!! I believe animals are special they have feelings and needs just like us!! I love to bond and connect with animals and it’s almost always instant!! My understanding of them and openness to, allows me to get close to them with NO hesitancy!! I’m currently working a full time job, but it’s only 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday !! I have time to do pet care before work anytime before 4pm and I’m free on the weekends and Monday completely!! I do have a big yard plenty of room to play!! I will take any precautions necessary fit for each animal, and it just depends on what they need!! My attention and time will be given automatically to the animals!!

He also isn’t a very affectionate dog (he only likes being petted when he first wakes up, then he has has enough and doesn’t really want that). When I went to pick him up he was loving all over them. I haven’t seen him warm up to anyone as quickly and as completely as he did here. What a wonderful experience!”

About: UPDATES! Due to my Husbands career change, I will be the main person that will be caring for your animals. He will help if needed or if any dogs come to our home. My husband and I have a lifelong experience with dogs. We both grew up with dogs. I had a Golden Retriever and he had a Labrador Retriever. We have experience with all different types of pups! We are a team and work together to love and care for every dog we care for. We have dedicated ourselves to learning all about dogs, their social behaviors, and how to keep them happy and healthy. Our schedule has temporarily changed due to my husband getting a new job. “This was an outstanding experience and we will gladly trust our dog (Miss Maya) with Jennifer and family in the future. We booked last minute but she was quick to respond and accommodate us. Throughout her stay, we received frequent updates — a lot of pictures and videos. Jennifer watched Miss Maya for us two days in a row while work on the house was being done. In the car ride out on the second day, Miss Maya was anxious (we’d bounced around to different locations for over a week). Once we got to Jennifer’s home, however, she immediately relaxed. About: I grew up with all kinds of animals but dogs were always part of our family. As an adult I have owned cats, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish. I love all animals including reptiles! About: I have had a dog ever since I was born, and am now 23 years old! I helped train my newest dog, so I have a lot of experience in puppy training. My last dog unfortunately had to have her leg amputated when she got older, so I also have experience with disabled dogs. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter for years, so I am good with all kinds of dogs- big and small, anxious and energetic, etc. Whenever one of my friends is out of town, I am their go-to pet sitter. I pet sit for a lot of my friend’s cats, so while I’ve never had one, I know how to take care of them. My dog, Rosie, is my entire world, so I know how important your pets are to you! I will treat them as if they are my own :). I do have a full-time job, but it is very flexible. I am able to leave during the day if needed for your pet! My nights are always free too, so I am able to house-sit. Your pet will be my #1 priority in my routine! I will keep your pet safe with my life! My kids miss having our dog, Big Boy, around to pet and snuggle. He was 16 when he passed away.😥 We have a lot of love to give and miss having a dog! I am a non-smoker with a clean house. I have white carpet😂 but have a handy carpet cleaner in case your pet has an accident😜 I also have multiple dog leashes and couplers so can walk three dogs at a time. I have carpeted stairs- which is easier for older pups. I do have large crates if your pup needs to be crated (unless they are potty trained -then that would not be necessary). Dogs are allowed on my couches. I have lots of cozy blankets! It’s a quiet end of street neighborhood. Dogs are all “puppies” to me and I love them!

One of our dogs was very shy but John took the time and care to get her warmed up to him so she could comfortably walk with them. About: I’ve cared for many species of animals in many different settings including shelters, boarding facilities, grooming facilities, and animal hospitals. I have a passion for working with animals and have been in the field for years ! I am currently a Vet tech student and work at an animal hospital. Some need routine and clear boundaries to feel settled. My goal is to make their stay safe, smooth, and well managed while giving owners real peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because dogs are already a big part of my life. Dogs staying with me are not an afterthought or just added into the background of my day. I build my schedule in a way that allows me to be attentive, consistent, and intentional about the care they receive. My goal is for dogs in my care to be well looked after, well handled, and part of a structured daily rhythm that helps them feel settled, safe and secure. So YOU can have a breath of fresh air during you travels. I also value clear communication and reliability. I can be flexible with Drop-off and pick-up times but unless communicated (and agreed) at the time of booking I do expect to follow the agreed upon appointment prior to booking so everything stays smooth, respectful, and well managed for both the dogs and the people involved. Nobody can prevent the unexpected, I just ask that you keep in communication because I do run my wife to and from doctor appointments and sometimes I take the dogs out on adventures. Safety, trust, and thoughtful management matter a lot in my home and in the way I care for dogs. I have a fenced backyard, my own dogs, and a setup built around keeping dogs safe, comfortable, and well managed. My family also have our own dogs, including Belgian Malinois and a Border Collie. Because every dog is different, I do not automatically allow dogs to mix or play together, especially when I am meeting a dog for the first time. Unless dogs come in together as part of the same family, they are typically kept separate from other client dogs and from my personal dogs for safety reasons. My goal is to avoid unnecessary risk and give each dog a calm, well-managed stay. If an owner strongly wants their dog to have playtime with another dog, that would only happen carefully, with a dog I know well, that I believe is an appropriate match, and with close supervision at all times. Safety comes first. I would rather be cautious than make a preventable mistake and have to tell an owner their dog was injured. Dogs are also fed separately in a secure, peaceful environment so they can eat and rest without pressure, competition, or stress. I keep numbers limited and generally do not take more than five dogs at a time, and there are times when there are no visiting dogs at all besides my own. Depending on the timing, some dogs may have a very quiet stay with plenty of space and individual attention. Dogs are allowed on furniture in my home, but I respect the owner’s rules. If your dog is not allowed on furniture at home and you want that maintained during their stay, I will honor that. I believe consistency matters. For drop-in visits, care is provided in the client’s home and can include feeding, fresh water, medication, potty breaks, playtime, cleanup of any messes made during the visit, bringing in mail, and watering plants. Waste pickup from that day’s visit is included, and extra yard cleanup can be added for an additional fee if needed. Structured walks may also be available. Because of my training background, walks and drop-ins can offer more than basic supervision when appropriate, with added structure and useful handling built into the visit.
