About: I’ve had dogs since forever, I love mine more than anything. My experiences dog sitting and cat sitting range from my neighbors and family to taking care of animals on my uncles farm. I love meeting people’s pets so it would be my pleasure to meet more!! My dog Ruby is 15 years old and I love her to death, I can’t imagine her being alone all day. I go to college full time at Cleveland State University. I do play in multiple orchestras as well, but although I’m busy I have time in between classes and in the afternoons/evenings that I struggle to fill! I didn't grow up with cats, but during college up to now I spend time at local animal shelters volunteering and helping to socialize cats where I have time. Currently, I spend my free time trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing feral cats in my neighborhood to give them better, safer lives. I work an 8-5pm job M-F currently in Cleveland. I am a graduate student, which does mean I am relatively busy, However, I am more than willing to try to fit pet-sitting/walking into my schedule. We can talk more about this if you want to book with me! I always like to get a detailed account of the owner's daily routine with the pet, as well as any medical or physical concerns I should be looking out for. If the client approves, I like to err on the side of reaching out if I have questions or concerns, rather than waiting until they get back. Additionally, having emergency veterinary information is a must, as I am willing to do what is necessary to keep your pet safe.

“I was extremely nervous about leaving my anxious dog for the first time when I had to go away for five days for my brother's wedding. But it turned out that I had absolutelynothing to worry about because Rachel was seriously so amazing. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire time I was away, which immediately put me at ease. And she handled Bailey with so much patience and care that he quickly became comfortable with her. She made a real effort to keep him engaged and active, and it was clear she took the time to get to know his personality and adjust to what he needed in the moment. I especially appreciated that she didn’t just “watch” him—she incorporated him into her daily routine, keeping him busy and comforted. I came back to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and I sort of got the feeling he didn't want to leave! I would recommend Rachel to everyone. :)”
