It’s a busy time for my sons activities so it’s not a good time to bring a full time dog into our home at this time but would love to help others out. “I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. She was extremely responsive and would send me pictures and videos all day without me even having to ask. She has a nice big fenced in backyard that Arlo loved running around freely in all day. About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. I am a mom, a wife and an Air Force veteran and I understand that schedules change due to work, family needs, and sickness. Being a stay at home mom with school age children allows me to be flexible and reliable. I also received my OH-EMT Intermediate medic training at WPAFB while serving in the military. I am very comfortable administering medications and any treatments. As of 2023 I also obtained my Instructor Animal CPR and First Aide Instructor Certification. About: I have cared for dogs for about 9 years now. Anywhere from my own dogs to family or friends. I have always loved dogs. I occasionally do fundraisers for local shelters to show my support. Your dog is guaranteed to be well taken care of, some may even say spoiled, at my house. I even have my own furry friend to keep them company & worn out. I currently am on leave from work until the end of June, leaving me home 24 hours a day and 7 days a week! Meaning ultimate snuggle time and plenty of hanging out with the doggos. I have unlimited water available for dogs whenever they need. My backyard has a 4-foot tall chain link fence , perfect for dogs to run around and play in as much as they want. My house is very dog friendly—dogs are allowed on the furniture and in any room they please. While I do have a 2 year old daughter at home, I am very consistent with teaching her to leave the dogs alone , even our own. Dogs should have personal space , and a break when needed. Also, your dog MUST be friendly with young children, I do take my own precautions but having a patient/friendly dog is the start.

About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. My family dog is a husky, so I can take on big energetic dogs, and my first dog ever was a Yorkshire terrier with medical problems, so I know how to administer medication if needed (I have a background in the medical field as well). You can have a stress free day knowing your animals are safe and well cared for with me. I will be with your pet the entire stay, so you don’t ever have to worry about them being left alone for long periods of time. I live in a townhouse, so I have two levels, making it larger than your average apartment. I can care for your exotic animals in my house, as I have a separate room for my own exotics. Dogs and cats that stay with me will have their own room and set up as well. I also can provide drop in visits for your furry friends. For cats, I provide toys, cat trees, cat beds, and a hammock. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.

“Emma was great with our dogs, however. We met with her prior to booking so we could get to know her and our dogs could meet her as well. We spoke about the time being 12noon and that was not a problem. The first day (Monday) she was here on time, the next 3 days she arrived at 1pm. 1 hr later then discussed. Then Friday morning she texted us stating she was stuck at a house she was cleaning and was not gonna be able to make it. My wife had to rush from work in Sidney to take them out, then rush back. Keep in mind we had already paid for the entire week.”
About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. I do this because I love it, not for the money. I am free to check in on your furry friends at home pretty much whenever, we can work out the details further when the time comes. - For checking in on pets: When in a client’s home, I am very careful to respect their belongings and privacy. I ensure that I only get into spaces that they instruct me to. *Please be aware: I take my boyfriend with me to house visits for safety precautions, he does not meddle with anything of course, he is just there to ensure my safety (meeting with strangers on the internet is scary, lol.)* - For boarding dogs: *Please be aware: For dogs, I can only care for small puppies. Unfortunately, we have a rescue dog who is reactive to adult dogs due to trauma. But, he is gentle as can be with small puppies and any sort of cats. We also have two cats who are dog friendly, so please ensure that your pup is good with cats* Also, I have a fenced in yard and a whole house for your baby to roam. -For boarding cats: We have two cats here, and though they are fairly cat friendly, I do not intend for them to meet client cats so as to avoid unnecessary stress on my and your cats. So, cats will remain separated. Your cat will be allowed to free roam a certain level of the house for hours, then will be switched out to another level of the house for hours (all while being blocked off from the resident kitties.) Of course, constant supervision will be in place for the entirety of their stay. Your kitty will also sleep in a room with me for the night. - For dog walking: Please provide dog poop bags and, if wanted, any sort of treats you would like for the walk. I require meeting dog walking clients in public places for safety precautions. Also, please let me know of any commands, work, or quirks (chasing after animals, dog aggressive, etc.) that you’d like me to keep in mind for our walks.

I'm an empty nester looking to share her time and home with warm and fuzzy fur-kids! What I offer you and your furkid is an as-close-to-home-as-possible experience. Honest, protective and reliable pet parent who has raised both cats and dogs from babyhood to seniors. I take great care of my pets, with my oldest mixed breed pup living to the age of 26! I love to spoil and baby my pets, my grand-pets and the pets of my friends! I can offer your special fur baby the care you’d be giving when you can’t be there. I’m a home owner, have a safe and clean pet yard and allow allow pups to swim in my pool during their stay (weather permitting). I guarantee that your furkid will return home happy, tired and ready for a good nap! I have expertise in puppy training, behavioral training, elder care (and medicine) and can feed and provide accommodations to your preferences. My home is very pet friendly, with safety gates, and dog beds aplenty! All animals in my home are treated like family and by the end of their visit have made lifelong furfriends! Extra services can be added (grooming, walking or bathing) as needed for posted rates. Your animals will always be happy to see me! My pets are my family, and yours will be too! The primary goal for my business is to create relationships with my clients furkids so pet parents are comfortable leaving pets in my care anytime they need to. I love repeat customers! NEW SERVICE: pick ups and drops off available within 20 mile radius for a max fee of $25 fee (depending on distance) to and from your home. PICK UP: is expected 24 hours from drop off, extensions can be made dependent on sitters schedule at an additional fee of $2 an hour (per pet). Due to COVID-19 I will be offering virtual meet and greets prior to a stay. I can use Messenger, Zoom or Google Meet. I also offer contactless drop off and pick up if you'd prefer that. I am now also allowing face to face meetings held in my back yard. A well socialized and exercised dog is a happy dog! (Also, please know that my cats are “dog-raised” since birth and they are extremely dog friendly, so please don’t worry about your dog bothering them) Please feel free to contact me with ANY questions you may have! My yard is fully fenced and dogs are watched diligently when outside. The above ground pool my pool has a fence that prevents any pup from accessing the water without me present. Dogs are fed separately and there is always fresh water available both inside and outside through automatic waterers. All water play (splash pad or doggie pool) is supervised.

Well here’s some basic info for you. -I’m a pet owner of 2 absolutely adorable troublemakers that I’ve raised since they were kittens so I can keep animals alive for extended time. I’ve also lived with roommates who had their own pets and have plenty of experience caring for other peoples animals. -I use to work/volunteer at an animal shelter when I was in college for a year so I have a experience working one on one and with groups of animals -Friends and family always remark on how well I get along with animals and how much I absolutely love them more than humans -I am very cooperative/receptive with your pets needs and your wishes! It’s your pet so you’ll know more than me what they need when it comes to their care. Trust me as a fellow pet owner I know! -I’m always happy to answer questions before you’d like to use me so ask away! I work a full time job Monday through Friday, sometimes weekends, and on 3rd shift hours so my availability will be unfortunately restricted to morning hours, however I will try my best to be as available as possible! Sometimes I can work outside my posted availability but no promises, feel free to ask! I do special promotions and discounts as well, ask away! I’ll treat your pet as I would treat my pets. Try and give them a clean and safe environment, with plenty of food and water and a clean litter box.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and ages since I can remember. We had cats growing up and they were the light of my life. Every day I looked forward to coming home and knowing they would be there waiting for me to give them all the love. Starting in high school is when I began to get familiar with dogs as well. Neighbors, friends, and family have all taught me so much and then began relying on me to love and care for their fur babies. Which included anywhere from walking, feeding, grooming, and overall well-being. I've done quite a bit of house sitting recently and have no problem with cleaning when needed as well. I can promise you that your fur babies will be treated as if they are my own. Animals have a special place in my heart, they become more than pets, they become family and I intend to treat and care for them as such. I will be starting classes again soon, which are online so pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine. I'll be able to create a schedule that works well for school and being able to give the best attention I can to pet care. Currently I am able to care for pets at the client's home if it is for dogs. For cats special arrangements can be made for me to watch them here at my home. I have quite a bit of experience with house/pet sitting for current clients. Starting with a visit to the clients home to go over anything they would like to discuss, meeting the pets, and I also bring some questions of my own. To make sure I have all my bases covered. My main goal is to make sure the clients feel safe with me taking care of not only their pets but also their home. For cats here I have plenty of room for a cat to roam and play with plenty of sunlight and a cat box and food/water bowls if the client does not want to transport their own. We do have an older husky (incredibly friendly and quiet), but my room is on the second floor and has a door that I can shut to keep the downstairs (where our dog spends 99% of his time) closed off if your cat does not like dogs.
About: I have 8 years experience training dogs from puppies to leash reactive dogs. I am comfortable medicating animals and caring for special needs. I saved a client dog recently when I recognized she had eaten one of her toys before coming to stay with me. I rushed her to have emergency surgery and then cared for her after surgery until her parents arrived back from their cruise. I am all about pet care. I am home daily with the exception of a couple varied hours to go out to walk or train dogs. I have 5 fully fenced acres, with a secure fenced backyard just for dogs. My family has 4 dogs of our own, 1 is a livestock guardian who lives outside fulltime(his choice I promise). The dogs and I often go play in the fenced pasture when the horses and chickens are secured. Everyone is always monitored and supervised for safety. Meals are always fed with dogs separated for prevention and safety.
About: I love animals and I know they deserve respect and care, currently I have a little dog and a ferret. As a kid I have had 2 cats, 2 hamsters and one genie pig. I’m only offering walks 11:00am and after that. I have a part time job so my schedule could change every week.I get my new schedule for work every Tuesday. I will be doing dog walks. If it’s cold I will ask if the owner has any cloths to cover them up if it’s in the summer I can carry a water and make sure they are not experiencing heatstroke. I also used to raise & show lambs for 4H at the Clark County Fair, so I am used to the routine and responsibilities that come with animals. About: Hi! I've taken care of animals for about 40 years. I had horses growing up, then my kids got into 4h and I've help raise chicken, turkeys, pigs, and dairy feeders. I've also had numerous big dogs that have lived to be anywhere from 10 to 14 years. We recently rescued our dog harley and we use rover when we go on vacation so I thought I would help others with the stress of worrying about their pets while they are gone.
