About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for both small and large breeds. I currently have two dogs of my own: a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix and a Cane Corso/Boxer mix, so I’m comfortable handling dogs with very different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. “Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was old enough to. I grew up with German Shepherds and have spent years training, loving, and looking after them. Beyond my own pets, I’ve also cared for the animals of friends and neighbors. I’ve been around animals my whole life, and giving them love and attention has always come naturally to me. Pet care is my full-time focus right now, so I have plenty of availability to give your pets the time, attention, and care they deserve! I have a large yard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time with plenty of space to roam. For safety, I use a secure tie-out stake and lead, so your pet can play while staying within a safe area under my supervision. About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. The pet would stay at their house so they wouldn’t be scared in a new setting.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

They get their bedtime treat and we start again the next day. On weekends I do like to take them to the park or on adventures. My pups would love some friends, and sleep overs. I know how important my dogs routine and/or schedules are and I would take your pup’s routine just as seriously. The amount of care I offer for pets on a regular basis always fluctuates. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.

I’ve had pets as long as I can remember- I’ve been lucky enough to have been a pet mama to small pocket pets, cats, dogs, reptiles (snakes and lizards), fish, a chinchilla named Jerry and even a small flock of chickens! I am a teacher, so I have time this summer to help out! I would love to offer my services to all the families needing someone to look after their furry (or scaley) family members. I can offer housesitting, but I am unable to stay over night due to my own family needs at this time. I can be flexible and would love to help if I can. I have a lot of experience taking care of different types of animals, but would always follow the specific directions based on the needs of your pet. "Check-In" [Drop-In] Visits I stop by my client's home while they're away a few times a day (Usually 3-4X is most common) for 30-45 minutes each time to feed, take out to potty, and play with their pets. The fee for check-ins run between $18-20 a visit, depending on the distance and the amount of times needed, holiday rates, number of pets, etc. Overnight sitting in your home is at a higher rate and dependent on scheduling availability. (This would not include staying at the residence all day; just over-night with your pet.) Pet sitters take care of our most treasured furry friends and help ease the stress and discomfort that comes with a disrupted schedule for your dogs. They’ll still miss you, but having someone available for belly rubs, food, and fetch can help take their minds off the misery. If you need your yard picked up after your pup’s poop- I offer that service too!! As of July 6, 2026 I am available EVERY DAY with appointment in advance. Losing my full time job so after July 5 I can pretty much schedule anytime pet check-ins, walks, sittings, yard cleanup and transportations. I check in at the pets' residence. I can take care of any kind or breed of animal. I have several years experience with different kinds of animals- including reptiles.

About: I currently have a 3 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. I have a friendly dog to keep your dog company. About: My parents are also animal lovers, so I have had many different dogs growing up from Great Danes to Teacup Chihuahuas! My first dog was a Golden Retriever named Roxy! She made me fall in love with animal care which is when I pursued positions working at boarding facilities, vet clinics, and animal shelters. These positions gave me plenty of experience working with many different breeds and personalities. I also learned correct ways to administer medications and deal with animals that may be in distress. I currently am in grad school and have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My field season is in the spring, so I may have limited availability. I am very trustworthy. I understand that my only job is to come and offer the care and love to your pets while you are not available. Most of my time will be spent giving my full attention to your loved one’s! About: Ive taken care of dogs for about a year and even some cats. I love my dog so much SHES my world so I would love to take care of others as well. “Brandon is Excellent and we highly recommend him. Our dog ran away from my sisters house last March vacation (got her back after 4 days in the wild) so we were a bit nervous leaving her with anyone for fear she might escape again. Brandon assured us he would always keep Skyler on a leash and be vigilant about keeping doors shut and not letting her escape. Skyler spend 8 days with Brandon and everything went great! We received daily pics and notes which gave us peace that she was well cared for and safe. Brandon even let us meet with him TWICE at no charge for an hour to let Skyler get to know him including 45 min where I left and came back to get her while he took her on a walk in the neighborhood. Brandon gave Skyler her seizure pills daily and Skyler came home happy and healthy. Cannot recommend Brandon enough, this guy really cares about our dog as much as we do. We will use him again.”
