About: We have each had dogs our entire lives. We currently have husky who is 1 1/2 years old and a 2 year old mini Australian Shepherd. They are both rescues. They are playful and enjoy being around other dogs. Free for plenty of walks and playtime during the day. I work from home with a very flexible schedule and will be able to keep a good eye on your dog. We have a pet friendly home inside and out. Our yard is fenced in. We have dog toys and balls all over. The dogs get plenty of exercise throughout the day.

“Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.”

About: I have had pets my whole life and lost my baby a bit ago. I know how they are family and deserve all the love. My dog was older and had a lot of health issues so I am familiar with different medication that may be needed. I’m currently in grad school for nurse anesthesia and study most days from home. I have a pretty open schedule except Thursday and Friday morning-afternoon but can be available early in the am or that evening. Happy to answer any questions. Anytime except Thursday and Friday morning and afternoons. I have online lectures so I can have open availability during the rest of the week and weekends. I would prefer to watch your loved one at your home or do day sitting/walks. My current dog is very timid and a rescue and is scared of literally everything so I don’t want to stress him out
About: I have experience with puppies and seniors alike. For the past 5 years I have been responsible for neighbors houses and their pets as well! I work part time at a restaurant about 5 minutes from my house. I have time during the week and weekends after 2 pm on days that I work, as well as 3-4 days a week that are entirely open. I have two dogs of my own who behave well in our unfenced yard but we have two leads as well. They have a regular meal schedule and get all kinds of love and attention between my mom and sister and me. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

About: I have grown up with animals and am an animal lover by nature. I have house sat for several families, having experience with multiple dog homes, cats, and birds. I have provided cared for rambunctious puppies and kittens as well, and I love to meet new furry friends! Currently my schedule for the summer I will be working out of the home from the times of 8:30 AM to 5:00PM three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. When I pet sit I prioritize being there for the pets as much as possible so that your animals can receive the love and care they deserve! I am comfortable leashing and walking dogs, even ones that pull. If I do leave during the day I like to crate the dogs I watch so they have a safe space when I’m gone, and I make sure to keep the floor clear of any hazards that could cause a potential problem.

Here is your solution.... the LOCAL PET TAXI is at your service! The Pet Taxi cost is $60 round trip with a max distance of 20 miles from my residence. If over 20 miles away, then the cost is $80. $5 additional per pet, please. I am located in Lake County and look forward to checking in or transporting your beloved pet to wherever they need to go! "Check-In" [Drop-In] Visits I stop by my client's home while they're away a few times a day (Usually 3-4X is most common) for 30-45 minutes each time to feed, take out to potty, and play with their pets. The fee for check-ins run between $18-20 a visit, depending on the distance and the amount of times needed, holiday rates, number of pets, etc. Overnight sitting in your home is at a higher rate and dependent on scheduling availability. I care for my own pets with walks, park visits, swimming, agility and lots of playing. I am always cautious when taking care of pets in my home or another persons home. I understand that allowing someone into your home can be nerve racking so I am always sure to communicate as much as I can with home owners and follow their specific instructions to ensure the visit goes as smooth as possible.
About: I’ve been helping taking care of animals since I was about 10. I love animals so much and wish I could save and keep every single one. I like all kinds, including rodents and reptiles along with all your basic house pets. I going to school fully online and because of that I am able to take care of your pets anytime and even on short notice. I am happy to take care of your pets exactly as you request. If they go on walks, to parks, need medicine, or need special attention or care I’m happy to provide your pets with all of their needs.
About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was old enough to. I grew up with German Shepherds and have spent years training, loving, and looking after them. Beyond my own pets, I’ve also cared for the animals of friends and neighbors. I’ve been around animals my whole life, and giving them love and attention has always come naturally to me. Pet care is my full-time focus right now, so I have plenty of availability to give your pets the time, attention, and care they deserve! I have a large yard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time with plenty of space to roam. For safety, I use a secure tie-out stake and lead, so your pet can play while staying within a safe area under my supervision. Pets stay indoors overnight in a cozy, clean environment where they’ll feel safe, loved, and cared for like family!

About: Had a family dog my whole life, also have had dogs my whole adult life as well. Have had other pets such as rabbits etc Current empty nester who works full time but hybrid schedule so working from home several days per week.
