“We could not be more pleased than to have Sally as our permanent Rover Gal! She kept us updated with photos at least twice a day and was just fantastic with Herbie. He felt at home there. We will be repeat customers with Sally.”

“Lauren and her family were wonderful with our two dogs. She was very communicative and kept us updated while we were on vacation. We enjoyed all the photos with the updates. I especially appreciate the care she took when their arthritis was acting up. We felt comfortable with the dogs in her care and their additional medical needs (medication).”

“Abigail was available for an extended week over the holiday with lots of sweet update pictures along the way. Our dogs got along well and to top it off she returned all my dog’s bedding washed and fresh!”

“This was our first time taking a vacation without our two dogs. Everything went better than I could have expected. They took excellent care of them, sent pictures daily and walked them. My guys loved it there! Great fenced in yard and a very nice home. We'll definitely be back. Thank you both very much.”

“This was our first time leaving Poppy with Molly. We felt very comfortable leaving Poppy with her. She was kind and understanding of all of Poppy’s needs. Molly responded quickly whenever we had a question. She will be our go to whenever we need care for Poppy again.”

“Kassi is the BEST! We have boarded our dogs with her multiple times, and they always come home happy and exhausted from all the fun and loving they get at her house. She is great with communicating and sending pictures, and she has the best backyard!”

“Jasmine was great! She was super easy to communicate with, and made it super easy to coordinate drop off and pick up times. She took great care of Gus and kept us updated throughout the stay. It really was nice knowing she had kids to play with the dogs and give him lots of hugs. I highly recommend Jasmine and will use her again!”

“My pup and I had an excellent experience with Nancy and Christopher! Being a puppy, I wasn;t sure how my guy was going to do. They took him on daily walks, played with him in the backyard, and let him snuggle with them in the evenings. Nancy and Christopher even ran out and picked up more dog food when they realized I had not given them enough! They also shared several photos and updates while I was away. I feel very comfortable recommending Nancy and Christopher, though I don't want them to become so popular that there will be no availability for me!”

“Megan and Jay watched our golden retriever while we were out of town. We received so many pictures and updates. Beau was very well taken care of and had a great time!! We highly recommend Megan and Jay and will definitely book with them again in the future!!”

“This was our first time to use Rover. Lilliana took an amazing care of our new rescue dog Bodie.. from the moment we got there for the meet and greet I could tell that this was a good choice. even after being there a few hours, she sent a video and pictures of him so we knew he was in good hands. We will definitely be coming back in the future! Highly Recommend her!”

“I felt very confident leaving Bella with Leslie. She seemed quite knowledgeable and took very good care of her. She sent lots of updates and pictures. I would definitely use Leslie again in the future for Bella!”
“I cant recommend Erin enough, she is the best! When I got a new puppy I was a bit nervous about finding a sitter to continue with our routine and spend the extra time needed for a puppy, but Erin scheduled a meet & greet to learn all about Skye’s training and get to know us. Skye hit it off right away with Erin and her 2 dogs. I love that she sends updates and photos a couple of times a day so I know that she is having a blast and getting lots of attention while she’s away from home.”

“From the time we dropped off our pup, we shown that she would be in great care. Gary and Heather provided consistent updates and photos as promised. We were told that our pup would be “cared for like one of our own” and our experience proved that. They took our pup to the dog park and the dog beach. As a high energy pup, we could tell she was thoroughly engaged judging by how tired she was when she returned home. We would highly recommend Gary and Heather to give you a peace of mind and your pup a loving home away from home.”

“Had pre engagement meeting and it was all systems go! The boys (medium labradoodles) had a great time and relaxed like the place was their own. Seemed to especially enjoy the big backyard”

“Marlyn did an exceptional job bonding with our kitties while we were away. Even our shy girl eventually warmed up to her and got the cuddles she needed in our absence. Before we left for our trip, Marlyn was extremely thorough and asked great questions to ensure her time with our girls went as smooth as possible. She also handled giving preventative inhaler treatments to both of our asthmatic kitties - which is not an easy task to do for cats! Her kindness and integrity shone through with every check-in and we are so grateful to her for everything she did. Thanks a bunch, Marlyn!”

“Highly recommend Sally! Sally took great care of Shaggy! He loved playing and we got so many great pictures of him! Shaggy will definitely be staying with Sally again.”

“Wonderful experience! My dog, Izzy, loved staying with Will and Bibiana. She enjoyed spending time with the other dogs and was taken care of very well.”

“What a fabulous experience with Zach! He spent time with our virtual meet and greet making minor adjustments to assure Coleman’s safety and my comfort. He understands how much pets mean as family members and works hard to accommodate. His place is set up to care for pups in separate areas if necessary. Lots of photos and video throughout the stay. I highly recommend him.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life 🐾 For nearly 20 years, that love has shaped both my personal life and my work in animal welfare along with nonprofit work. I have a background in animal behavior, shelter medicine, dog training, and I’m Fear Free certified. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who you trust your pet with, and I would love to start with a meet & greet to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable with me and that we are a good fit! I only take one client at a time in my home. My golden retriever and I volunteer with a local K9 search and rescue team and specialize in rescuing missing persons. Outside of that, my dogs are my adventure partners. We love hiking, camping, traveling and being outside whenever we can. During the week (Tues - Thurs), I work outside of the home, but I have a flexible schedule and will come home for midday care. My own pets are never left longer than 5 - 7 hours. I have a fully fenced in yard, and out on walks, I will use a secure harness lead for added safety unless you prefer otherwise.
About: Hi, I’m VJ. I work from home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I have two dogs of my own: a 6-year-old female Bernese Mountain Dog and a medium male Goldendoodle. Both are gentle, submissive, and friendly with other dogs. My Bernese especially has a sweet “mama bear” personality and is very nurturing around other pets. My home is calm, dog-friendly, and comfortable. Pets are allowed on the furniture, and I want visiting dogs to feel safe, relaxed, and part of the family while they are here. I live in a quiet neighborhood with very little road noise, and there is a large community park close by where I can take dogs for walks, fresh air, and playtime based on their comfort level and your instructions. I’m best suited for dogs who are potty trained, friendly with other dogs, and not destructive in the home. I like to keep a peaceful environment, so I always prefer a meet-and-greet first to make sure your dog feels comfortable with me, my dogs, and the space. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I will follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any house rules you share. I’m also happy to send regular photo and message updates so you feel connected while you are away. Your dog will be treated with patience, affection, and respect in a safe home environment. I work from home most of the time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day for potty breaks, feeding, playtime, walks, and supervision. I can give dogs plenty of attention and keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home. Your dog will be cared for like part of the family in a calm, dog-friendly home. I have two sweet, submissive dogs who are used to being around other pets. My Bernese has a gentle “mama bear” personality, and my Goldendoodle loves to play fetch. I have an invisible fence for my own dogs, but I do not rely on it for visiting pets. Guest dogs are supervised outdoors and taken out on leash unless we discuss and agree on a safe routine together. I always prefer a meet-and-greet first to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. I also like to follow each dog’s normal feeding, potty, walk, playtime, and sleep routine as closely as possible so they feel relaxed and cared for while you are away.

About: I've spent 12 years raising and caring for my family's two dogs, even though they're now in a different state. Since recently moving to Atlanta, I am hoping to be around dogs more since mine are so far! I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. I bring that same care to every dog I walk. I currently am working from home near Ponce City Market. I love going for walks before and after work as well as during my lunch break. I have a park near by and the beltline to get dogs plenty of exercise! Any special care your pup needs, please let me know.

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life. I have taken care of them for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had a golden doodle named Gracie whom we loved. After she passed, we were asked to take care of a local school’s facility dog named Lucy. We have had her for 5 years now. She is the absolute best! I grew up taking care of my neighbors cat while they would go on vacations. When I got to college, my sister got a kitten that my friends were naturally obsessed with. Every minute was spent with him. A couple years later, my roommate got a cat named Tony who we took care of as a house. I am a lover of all animals! No request is too crazy for an animal. I will treat your furry family as if it were my own! I currently work from home, so taking pets for walks or drop in visits during my lunch are super easy for me! Most of my days are spent in front of computers so it is nice to spend some time with furry friends. I follow your pet’s routine closely! That includes feeding, playtime, walks, and medications. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, while keeping your home clean and providing updates for peace of mind.

About: Multiple families from my church trust me to watch their pets and have done so for the past five years. I've loved caring for these dogs and would like to extend my care to others who need a little help with their beloved pet or pets. I currently work at a kid's hair salon. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to be able to pet-sit at almost any time. I currently do not have a pet of my own, so I have plenty of time to assist you with yours! While my home is not in a state for boarding, safety for your pet is a priority for me in your house. I always check leashes to ensure they can't break. If I let the dog in the backyard, I check first that all gates are closed. In addition to these examples, there is more I do depending on the situation.
“Abby has been fantastic with my 2 year old Golden. She takes him on a different route every time and Goose is here for it! Very punctual and great with updates. I’d give her 6 stars if there was a 6th!”

About: Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve worked with playful puppies, shy rescues, and older dogs who need a slower, more gentle approach. I’m especially patient and attentive, whether that means reinforcing basic training, sticking to a detailed routine, or just giving extra cuddles and reassurance. What makes me different is how much I truly treat every pet like family. I don’t just “watch” pet, I bond with them. I pay close attention to their behavior, energy, and comfort so they feel secure and loved while you’re away. I am currently a graduate student doing all online classes, so my schedule can quite be flexible! I have reliable transportation as well. I only have hour long workouts that can be moved to whatever time preferred. I provide care exclusively in my client’s home so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I follow all care instructions closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or specific preferences, so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. Safety is always a top priority. I’m careful to secure doors and entry points to prevent escapes, keep the environment clean and hazard-free, and respect any household rules you have in place. I also pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and well-being so I can quickly notice if anything seems off.

That means lots of attention and love! We have a good sized yard with a 6 foot fenced. We have 4 kids from elementary school to college and they love playing with dogs too. We will take family walks in our beautiful neighborhood with all of our furry friends. We are home most of the day and spend a lot of time with your dog. About: I have a heart for animals and ensuring that they are well taken care of! Growing up, I had dogs at home that helped improve my care techniques and desire to continue working with animals. I am working part-time at the moment, but would love to care for animals outside of work! My schedule is flexible and I would be willing to adjust to the needs of pets and their owners! I absolutely loving caring for pets and would be so happy to give them undivided attention to play, rest, etc. Their needs will always be priority!
About: I've lived with pets my whole life and have found a passion for caring for animals with the same love you have for them! I specialize in cats of all ages and dogs over the age of one. I've had about 5 years of experience in working with anxious dogs who are scared of everything - very used to taking a long time to grt scaredy dogs outside. With that, I'm very experienced in delivering medications or cleaning up messes. I understand how stressed our fur babies feel when we need to leave them and my main goal is to make them as comfortable as absolutely possible. I work full time Monday-Friday but do have some work from home days during the week. I would be more than happy to visit your home during the day for walks or quick take outs! I am also happy to come visit you and your fur babies at anytime to get a better idea of your schedule. I am working on getting Fear Free certified and would be more than happy to provide that certification once acquired. I would be happy to crate your pets if needed. I'll send plenty of photos and updates throughout my visit!
“Therry was great with my dog Vinny!! He really seemed to love her and she was very reliable with sending me pictures and updates of him throughout. I will definitely be trusting Therry with Vinny in the future”

About: I grew up on a farm, so I took care of cats, dogs, and various other farm type animals like horses and cows quite frequently. I also have a cat and two dogs back home that I take care of whenever I go back home. I’m currently waiting to hear back from multiple full time jobs, however this can take a while so at the moment I am usually free 24/7 for any pets who need taken care of! If I was to take a dog to my home, I have plenty of space for them to roam around inside as well as plenty of places outdoors to walk, or even go to the dog park if they enjoy going there. My apartment is perfect for a cat as well because there are plenty of windows for sunbathing and comfortable places to take naps, and for more active cats there is plenty of indoor space to play.
About: I have worked in a humane society and own two dogs I have raised from puppies! My oldest is almost 7 years old and my youngest is almost 2! I’m currently a Sahm, so I have no work schedule to work around! I do have a 3 month old daughter that will come with me to the sits! I love all pets like they’re mine! My dogs are spoiled beyond belief🤣. So you can trust yours would be as well! Treats, walks, snuggles or playing, I love all of it!
“Marlyn was great, per usual! Had gotten some surprise buckeye football tickets and needed a spur of the moment dog sitter for the day. Only one person came to mind in this panic and that was Marlyn. She has watched our sweet Stella before and did such a great job. So much so she didn’t want to come home haha. Marlyn sent pictures and kept us posted the entirety of the day which always puts us at ease. 11/10 ✊🏽”

About: Growing up, I had a cat so from a young age I was introduced to the responsibilities of pets. The past few years, I have spent time in my neighborhood caring for all types of dogs and cats for families and learned the importance of commitment and communication involved with pet sitting. I work a part-time job at a local restaurant a few times each week for only a few hours. This enables me to have lots of free time and flexibility in my schedule. For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, dogs must be able to coexist peacefully with other dogs or be comfortable with slow, structured introductions. Depending on a dog’s individual needs, I may not be the best fit for pets requiring constant supervision or extensive separation accommodations. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, so you can feel confident while you’re away💛 Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I work full-time during the week, but I make pet care a priority before and after work and throughout the weekends. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship outside of work hours. “This was the first time we used Rover for anything. Loni is excellent, and our dog, Tank, had a blast. She sent pictures throughout the week. There were kids and other dogs to play with in the fenced yard. I am fairly certain he was disappointed he had to come home. We paid the fee for pick up and drop off. Loni was always on time. 10 ⭐️s.”

“Liz is a great dog sitter ! She has been our go to for Arya, she sends loads of pictures and takes good care of our baby. Arya always loves going back and enjoys her stay !”
