About: I took care of my neighbors four cats when I was a teenager, and I have owned several dogs and one cat over the course of my life. One of my dogs had canine cognitive decline (dementia), so I am familiar with that and all of the attached issues. I currently work two days a week in downtown Columbus, but that means that I am available some Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Otherwise, my schedule is flexible since my other work is self-guided. I like to make sure that pets are comfortable and that my presence is not an imposition on them. This means that I am on the lookout for signs that they need to go outside or that it is meal time. About: I am a freelance graphic designer with plenty of flexibility in my schedule. Throughout high school I took care of large and small dogs, cats, and birds. “This was the first time we used Arlette, using her for a 6 night boarding at her home of my Aussie-doodle, Addie. We received several days worth of pictures showing the different activities Arlette was doing with Addie. I could tell Addie was enjoying herself during her stay. Arlette seems like a "dog-whisperer" to me as when she first met Addie, Arlette put both of her hands around Addie's face and looked right into her eyes and talked with her.
