About: I have had 9 cats of my own. I have cared for kittens from age 2 weeks old, having to bottle feed them to senior cats who needed medication. I'm open with owners about things I find. I once noticed a cat I was caring for had worms and I relayed this to the owner. Another time, I noticed during a nail trim that a cat had a claw growing into its paw pad. The owner was so glad I caught these things and informed them. I have driven pets to the vet for a client. I have walked dogs, and cared for chickens and geckos. I am precise when following directions provided by the pet owner. I LOVE taking pictures of pets and will send them over every day. I have 4 cats of my own, so their care is a daily routine for me. About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dogs whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. I'm a nursing student in my final semester and I'm returning to Rover after six years! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old mini schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely). Tuesday and Thursday are the two days I have a class and I'm always home after that! The class is only 2 hours long so any guest pets won't be alone very long at all. I'm home all day every day otherwise! The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate, you can bring that as well for me to use if this is how your pet is normally kept while left alone.
About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.
About: I have fostered over 70 animals the past four alyears. Puppies, adult dogs kittens and cats. Also bunnies and guinea pigs! I have tons of experience with house training and crate training puppies. I volunteer at our local animal shelter weekly and have developed a strong bond with the rescue community. I also have experience administering medication. During the past two years I have met many animals , all with a different type of personality. I have been able to adapt and learn how to handle each unique personality. My time as a foster and shelter volunteer has really showed me what my true passion is! My schedule is very flexible and I'm usually able to accommodate last minute requests. Unless I have another client , my schedule is almost always open. I volunteer at the shelters on Tuesday mornings but I can always rearrange my volunteer days. My home is fenced in and I have crates for my own dogs, also extra crates for your dogs. My dogs have multiple play styles so I can adapt to just about any personality. I only ask that if your dogs are boarding in my home they are animal and kid friendly. If you're nervous about your dogs being around dogs you don't know, I understand. I can easily rotate the dogs time so they never even have to interact, as I have baby gates to keep them separated. I have a big fenced in yard so your dog will get plenty of play time. If you want boarding in your home I can do that too. I can provide plenty of love and play for them. Whatever you are comfortable with in your home just let me know! I also always will send tons of pictures. If you have puppies I can absolutely help with potty and also crate training if they aren't crate trained yet.

She read the long list I gave her of info on our dog and sent multiple updates during the day. And she was able to handle my dogs quirky behavior really well (a mini dachshund). I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for other pets. I usually go to the clients' home for pet sitting cats or dog walking. Although, I have a fenced-in yard with a privacy fence, which allows me to have dogs over.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Family relied on me to walk,feed and bathe their pet. Assisted my mom with dog(s) and cat(s) care, I'm pet Cpr and first aid certified through Pet Tech. I'm working part time so I'm available by appointment only for Dog Walking and Drop-in Visits between 9am and 8pm, I can make room for your appointment. I'll walk client's dog always on leash and I'll keep it distanced away from other dogs, the only time I'll walk it with another dog is if its from same household.

I’m free throughout most days this summer, so my attention can be fully on your pets! Other than occasional trips/errands out, I can stay as long as you need with your fur babies! I’m very comfortable doing anything you need within your home for your pets! I can crate if needed, and I love walking if that’s something you’d like your pet to experience.

“We felt very confident having our 14 yr. old sheltie stay with Tasha and Joe. The day before we were to take her to their house, our dog developed bloody stools and required an emergency vet appt. Fortunately, she only required meds and Joe assured us he would give her the meds required and watch to see if any other issues appeared. They sent daily pics and updates. I was also gkad to know they had other dogs as I feel she enjoys the social interaction and helps her settle in better. She returns next week for another stay.”

“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. “We are so lucky to have found Shauna! Our Lab had an absolute blast playing with the other dogs in her huge fenced backyard. Shauna was very careful to get to know all the details about our girl and is focused on ensuring all her pups are safe, happy and well cared for. “Kim and her mom watched my dog Millie while I had to go out of town for a work trip. This was Millie’s first time staying overnight and I couldn’t have picked a better sitter for her. They spoil her with love and treats and treat her like their own. She is a little shy when she meets new people, but it’s clear she has started to form a bond with Kim and her mom and is so comfortable and loves being at their house. So much so I don’t think she wants to leave half the time I pick her up! They also do a great job keeping her active and she comes home barely able to keep her eyes open. I could not be more thankful I found such a trusting and loving home to look after Millie!!”
