My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and before having our daughter, we fostered dogs, which gave us experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and needs. We currently have a friendly 2-year-old lab mix, so we’re very familiar with maintaining routines, exercise needs, and positive reinforcement. One of our biggest strengths is working with anxious or shy dogs—we’re patient, attentive, and take the time to build trust at each dog’s pace so they feel safe and comfortable. We treat every dog like part of our family and strive to create a calm, loving environment where they can relax and be themselves. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine since I work from home Monday–Friday. Your dog will have consistent companionship throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long periods. During the day, dogs are free to relax, play, and interact with our friendly 2-year-old lab mix. We also incorporate daily walks and outdoor playtime (weather permitting), along with plenty of attention, affection, and structured routine. Because I’m home, I’m able to closely monitor each dog’s needs and adjust care to ensure they feel comfortable, engaged, and right at home. Then when my husband and daughter are not in work or school they will help care for your dogs and play with them. About: We have watched many pets over the years and are finally bringing our love to the masses. :) We truly love all animals (every where we have lived animals indoor/outdoor just flock to us it seems ha). I worked at a dog kennel for 3 years as a caretaker and eventually manager. About: I have 2 dogs and a cat, and have had 8 dogs, 22 cat ,12 birds, and a goat at the same time growing up and I took care of them all. I can walk any dog no problem have been training our puppy to walk around loose lease. I’m a stay at home mom of 3. So I can drop in as much as needed. About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Every dog is an individual, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personality and routine. I actively train (and occasionally compete) in agility, herding, trick training, scent and others with my dogs as well as helping introduce others to CPE Agility as an instructor at Clermont County Dog Training Club. This experience has given me a strong understanding of canine body language, safe introductions, and enrichment. I provide a calm, home based boarding experience with plenty of individual attention. I'm comfortable administering most medications, happy to follow your dog's routine, and require a meet-and-greet before every first stay. To ensure personalized care, I accept a maximum of two guest dogs (40 lbs or less) at a time. I work from home, so your dog will have company and supervision throughout the day. Guest dogs are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to step out, all dogs are safely crated for everyone's security. Outside breaks are offered every 2–3 hours (or more often if needed), with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, play, and relaxation. Most days include two walks, enrichment activities, and, when weather permits, a longer hike or adventure around the adjoining 150-acre property using secure long lines. Dogs who enjoy the water may also have the opportunity to splash in the pond or explore the creek with owner approval. Every dog's activity level is adjusted based on their age, fitness, personality, and your preferences. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. Every new guest is required to complete a meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone is a good fit. Because my own dogs share the home, I look for guests who are dog-friendly or dog-tolerant. New dogs are introduced gradually, and crate-free time with my dogs only happens after I've assessed everyone's comfort and temperament. Dogs are continuously supervised while together, and I carefully manage interactions to keep the environment calm and positive. My home features approximately half an acre of securely fenced outdoor space, along with access to 150 acres for on-leash adventures. Guest dogs are never off leash outside the fenced yard; long lines are always used when exploring. Dogs are welcome on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise, and I'll happily follow your household routines and care instructions to help your dog feel at home. Please note this is a hobby farm with chickens and sheep on the premise. They will be secured away from the guest dogs.

When caring for pets in their home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while you're away. I’m respectful of your home, keep doors and gates securely closed, and make sure your pet has access to fresh water and anything else you’ve provided for their care. I’ll keep you updated throughout the visit and communicate promptly if I notice anything unusual with your pet. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and being cared for as if they were my own.

About: I spent my entire life around animals. I grew up with an Australian Shepherd, who lived to be 18. Not long after that, my family adopted a puppy, and later two cats. I helped to train the puppy, I introduced the cats, and today they still thrive. Theoughout my childhood/teens, I learned about and cared for many-a-creature. Guinea pigs, rats, a hamster, sugar gliders, a hedgehog, and even a dove! My passion for animals has only grown. When I moved away, it was lonely, and I was quick to adopt a kitten. I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I think my first gig I was maybe 13??? (I'll be 40 this year.) I just remember walking into my neighbors house after I fumbled with the key and the cats being happy to see me. I have experience with senior cats and kittens alike, and also dog care from puppy to senior. I can administer oral medication in pill pouches but I don't like the forceful method. I can also help with topical medications as needed. I do have formal training in any of these areas just many years of helping take care of my own and others. I do not have a fenced in yard but there is a park 3 miles from my house that is gorgeous for dog walks. I have an entire bedroom that has been converted into a work area for other animals or a guest bed can be set up if I have a human over. But cats can have tgeir own space and litter box in this room or if a dog is getting overwhelmed we can go sit in there and have quiet one on one time.

Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. Would of loved to seen more photos, but I was also very aware of the weather back home and you can only do so many, dog resting in a bed because it's raining or overly hot outside. They didnt describe anything that would of been out of the norm for our dog or outside typical dog behavior. I'm glad my dog didn't do something out of the norm that would have caused damage to there home. Like a family watching your child. You don't want to hear the child got out of control and destroy a priceless possession you can't replace. Very respectful family with loving and caring kids.
