“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). About: I have always had dogs and cats as a part of my family and I also spent a lot of time cat sitting for friends and family. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! About: Cat Care Experience: I’ve raised kittens and cats since I was young, they bring me so much joy! We had three senior cats that all lived to be about 18 years old, so have lots of experience with senior pets that have chronic and acute health conditions. This includes: feline respiratory disease, kidney disease, late in life/late stage FIV, thyroid disease, UTIs, dehydration, and pain management. Our cat Luna needed saline infusions for kidney disease frequently at home so I’m very comfortable giving cats intramuscular fluids via a bag/giving set. I’m also very well practiced in administering cats medications both oral and topical, cat inhalers and grooming cats (basic grooming). If there is another health condition your cat has please contact me and we can discuss their needs, I’m not squeamish and with a strong background in health I can learn quickly about your pets conditions - if you need help with medical pet care even while you are home I can assist with that - sometimes it takes two people to treat the cats we love so much! I live with my girlfriend who is a veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience. Ours is a loving home, with a large, securely fenced yard. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. My pup has environmental allergies so we also do a water rinse daily when we return from our adventures. When your baby stays with me, they will receive the same treatment (if they are comfortable getting brushed). He is my entire life and I couldn’t be happier! I have included photos of my home (and the excessive amount of dog toys we own) in my profile. Several of the rooms in my house are dedicated to doggy activities/enrichment and I also have a fenced in yard. I have also made sure that my set up allows me to separate dogs from each other if they ever get over stimulated -- I have enough rooms where each dog can be in their own room. I also have a doggy door so most days when the weather is not atrocious the dogs can relieve themselves/play as they please. Also my sun room is dedicated to dog care so if need be I can gate off/separate pooches that get too worked up (or just need privacy eating). I do have two crates — one for super small dogs and the other for dogs up to 35 lbs. My dog is crate trained but prefers free range so I have dog beds in every single room. Dogs are welcome on furniture but please make sure they have been recently bathed (within a few days before) if you are boarding as we keep our home extremely clean (the carpets get washed every month and vacuum and swiffering are done daily). We are probably not a good fit if your dog does not get along with other dogs, because my dog is still young and very energetic. If your dog does not like to play but does not react aggressively to other dogs attempting to initiate play, Momo would be fine as he does eventually give up if the other dog does not engage him at all. When we schedule a meet and greet, you can expect to meet us outside the front yard for a couple block long walk together before going to the backyard to let the pooches sniff each other out. Since Momo is a chow-mix, he is protective by nature and does not like it if other fur-babies he does not know well try to jump on his mom so I will likely only greet your baby after I put him back in the house.

About: I love all dogs and have had dogs my whole life. I currently have a 4 year old yellow lab, who is great with other dogs. We have always had more than one dog in the house but we recently lost one to cancer, So caring for your pet would be a thrill to both me and my pet, I have recently retired form the school system and found that I have a lot of extra time that I could spend with your pet, playing and training basic commands. My husband and I live in an area where the dog would have a lot of room to run and play. He/she would be welcomed anywhere in our home with our dog as a companion to play with. I have had rescue cats most of my life and recently have taken care of my daughter's dog when out of town I am retired now and have available time. I am up by 6:00 AM every morning I love to walk and it is part of my daily routine. I have a cat and keep her on a healthy schedule and annual vet appt. With a dog, I follow the instructions of the owner. They may be on medication, eat certain types of food etc.

About: I am a recent college graduate with a passion for animals. Your dog will get the attention they need ... a run, a walk, playing or just someone to feed them. I can send pictures so you can see your dog having fun and relaxing from wherever you are. I am extremely dependable and my schedule is flexible. Late night or early morning morning check ins, I work around your dogs needs. I am able to help out even on short notice. I can administer topical and oral medicine as needed. I an comfortable around most breeds big or small. If you also have other pets I will check on them too. I have my own transportation, so a trip to the park or to the vet can be added to my list.

“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”

About: I have always had dogs and cats as a part of my family and I also spent a lot of time cat sitting for friends and family. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.
