My typical morning and evening walk for dogs is a mile and a half around the reservoir trail in my back yard. I am more than happy to adjust to match your dog’s needs. I live on a small private street. My family and dear neighbors are all nearby. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. I owned two Miniature Pinschers growing up and I adopted one Australian Shepherd mix that has special needs as an adult. I trained all of my dogs from the time they were puppies until they passed away as seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society of Westchester. I've always enjoyed being around animals since I was young and animals tend to feel the same way about me. Animals who are usually timid around strangers are comfortable around me right away and they seem to trust me right away. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. I owned two Miniature Pinschers growing up and I adopted one Australian Shepherd mix that has special needs as an adult. I trained all of my dogs from the time they were puppies until they passed away as seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society of Westchester. I've always enjoyed being around animals since I was young and animals tend to feel the same way about me. Animals who are usually timid around strangers are comfortable around me right away and they seem to trust me right away. I feel like connecting with animals (dogs specifically) is a gift that I have. Being a sitter is a great way for me to use that gift in everyday life. I'm able to adapt to the normal routine of the pets that I'm sitting in order to make the process as smooth as possible. I don't have a lot of room in my studio apartment so I'm only able to watch either 1-2 small dogs or one medium sized dog. Large dogs are too big for my apartment. If I'm at a client's home, I'll change my schedule to meet the needs of the pet. I believe all animals are unique and all have different needs in order to thrive in the environment that they're in. I'm willing to meet those needs by building my schedule around the animals that I'm sitting.
About: I’ve been caring for pets for several years and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family members have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they were away. I’m reliable, patient, and love making pets feel comfortable and safe. About: From dachshunds to danes, I’ll care for them all! I grew up with Samoyeds and Keeshonds and now loving on the Dachshunds and Corgis. I love to engage and exercise and will give your doggies the best rubs behind the ears. I enjoy the outdoors and will provide your dogs with the exercise and play that they deserve, while you’re away. I have open availability, as I freelance in film, and can be flexible while I’m not on a job. I also have a car, if for any reason you need transportation for your pup and this allows for me to have more flexibility in getting to you at any time. However you care for your animals in your home, I will maintain that same routine to keep your pets happy and provide them with consistency!
About: I have taken care of friends and family pets over the course of this year some long-term and some short term. Frequent dog park visits and timely feedings. I can accommodate all types of diets, raw kibble, and specialty foods. I currently work full-time however I have a rotating schedule so I can often pet sit and drop in weekdays if needed and weekends. I am off in the mornings so drop and visits are easy for people who work 9 to 5 and just want their dog to have some extra time out or to just check in on the cats. There is an option of having your pet here in my space all to themselves or with my personal pets. I have different options of sleeping accommodations for your pet cage, cot and cushioned. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I have a dog park in my complex as well as a dog park 4 minutes away by car. I can accommodate all diets, including raw diet.

About: I’ve taken care of my childhood dog from puppy to senior. I enjoyed training and grooming my puppy and making my senior dog a power bowl. I am a very active person - a hiker, marathoner, boxer, and cyclist, I can exhaust your furry babies however they want! And I particularly have a good sense of reading animal behavior, meaning if your dog needs a therapist, I am a very good listener;) I currently work flexible hours, so I have plenty of time to give your furry babies attention any time of the day. He communicated well with pics and updates during my dog's visit. During our initial meeting I felt an instant rapport he had with my dog that put me at ease. His home is VERY dog-centric! The visiting dogs are not confined and are free to mingle and find their own place to relax. There are ample dog beds, couches, human beds and floor space for lounging and sleeping. I especially appreciate that Ryan limits the number of dogs he boards at one time to a very small group, & makes sure they vibe well together beforehand. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. There is a wooded trail for walks adjoining the yard, and a guest bedroom if a dog needs some quiet alone time. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and I plan to use him again!”
