“Sheronda was absolutely phenomenal! She cared for my two dogs and my cat for almost two weeks while I refinished the hardwood floors in my home, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was incredibly attentive and sensitive to each animal’s individual needs, including my cat’s shyness around new people. She even helped one of my dogs become more comfortable socializing with other dogs. Sheronda’s home is wonderfully set up for pets. She has a huge backyard with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play, and the dogs don’t need to be crated. She thoughtfully uses baby gates to safely separate them when necessary, and she even welcomes them to lounge on her furniture, so they truly feel at home. Throughout their stay, Sheronda sent me daily updates, photos, and even videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I always felt that my animals were safe, happy, and in excellent hands. She will absolutely be my number-one choice anytime I need someone to care for them again. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Ashlyn was very cummicative. She updated me on how my cats were with her, and took pictures every visit of both my fur babies. My one cat has usually runs and hides when a pet sitter visits, but while Ashlyn was there, she was out, and even allowed Ashlyn to pet and interact with her. I the pictures showed a content cat, not a mad one, like we usually see in pictures. LOL. I really believe my cats liked having Ashlyn visit. I would definately use her again.”

About: I have been working at a local animal hospital for the past four years but loving animals for much longer! Growing up, I was always the person that would volunteer to watch friends and family member’s pets. When I started working at the animal hospital, I was introduced to clients who needed at-home pet sitting/walking and realized how much joy comes from directly interacting with pets in a comfortable environment. I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and I am able to administer most medications. I understand the stress of being away from your fur-baby so I am committed to help easing that stress by communicating well and treating your pet like my own. As a bonus, I have always been involved with photography so I make sure to send plenty of photos! My schedule at the animal hospital varies week to week but if I am working, I am still able to take care of your pet in the morning before work, during my lunch break and after my shifts. I am currently reducing my hours to dedicate more time to pet sitting so it is flexible! If possible, I do like to do a meet and greet ahead of time for all new pets. This allows me to walk through their routine with you and make sure I know what each pet’s quirks so that I can tailor a plan to ensure they are in a safe environment. Some dogs can be trusted to be alone but some cannot and that’s okay! I am flexible and can make adjustments based on the pets needs. If the dog stays at my home, it is kept tidy with nothing left out that can be snatched by a naughty puppy (AKA mine! LOL). I also have a fenced in yard that’s perfect for playing in and I am near walking trails. The dog will need to be friendly with other dogs and cats in order to be boarded at my home.

I really appreciate how she tailors each walk to whatever Ally is feeling that day, sometimes that’s a nice brisk walk, and other times it’s taking her time and stopping to search the trees for squirrels. About: I’ve taken care of many pets in my life as I used to live on a farm growing up. I treat them all as if they’re my kids. I have a part time job as a nurse at a nursing home and I have two children in the home but over the ages of 15, other than that I have no young kids or other pets. I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to play! As well I have a park 2 mins from my home that I can take any pet I’m caring for.

“Sheronda was absolutely phenomenal! She cared for my two dogs and my cat for almost two weeks while I refinished the hardwood floors in my home, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was incredibly attentive and sensitive to each animal’s individual needs, including my cat’s shyness around new people. She even helped one of my dogs become more comfortable socializing with other dogs. Sheronda’s home is wonderfully set up for pets. She has a huge backyard with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play, and the dogs don’t need to be crated. She thoughtfully uses baby gates to safely separate them when necessary, and she even welcomes them to lounge on her furniture, so they truly feel at home. Throughout their stay, Sheronda sent me daily updates, photos, and even videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I always felt that my animals were safe, happy, and in excellent hands. She will absolutely be my number-one choice anytime I need someone to care for them again. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”
