About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was ten years old, and I have seventeen years of hands-on experience as a dog owner and caregiver in my adulthood. Family, friends, and neighbors have also trusted me to care for their dogs. I have experience with puppies through senior dogs, including puppy training and reinforcing established routines. I am comfortable administering medications and caring for senior dogs and dogs with medical needs, and I am CPR certified. My own dog was my baby and truly like a son to me. We spent seventeen years together before he recently passed away in April. He traveled with me, went everywhere with me, and was a huge part of my life. Being a devoted dog owner myself taught me how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else's care. I will treat your dog with the same love, patience, attention, and respect I gave my own. I work full-time during the week, so I am primarily available for boarding and daycare on weekends and holidays, when I can devote plenty of time and attention to the dogs in my care. If your dog is comfortable being home alone during my workday, weekday care may also be possible, and we can discuss your dog's individual routine and needs beforehand. When I am caring for your dog, I want their normal routine to remain as consistent as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications, bathroom breaks, and bedtime routines. I live in a quiet home with a securely fenced backyard where your dog can safely spend time outside. I will only host 3 small or 2 medium dogs at a time. Dogs are welcome on my couches and beds, and if your dog normally sleeps with you, they are welcome to sleep with me too. I want my home to feel like their home while they are staying with me. I believe you know your dog better than anyone, so I will follow your care instructions closely. That includes feeding schedules, medications, walks, sleeping arrangements, training routines, house rules, and any special needs or preferences. I also pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall comfort. My priority is making sure your dog is safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have been living with a dog (at one time with 3) since 2010. We recently said goodbye to our lab/retriever mix and are not quite yet ready to adopt a dog again but we miss having a dog around. As a pet parent I understand how stressful it can be finding reliable care and finding someone who will love your dog as much you do. It can also be tough when you find out you have to work late and will need someone to come to your rescue to let your baby out and feed them. When I’m not walking dogs, I’m taking care of my human children (who also love dogs) which means I have a somewhat flexible schedule, and I spend a lot of time outdoors. We have always found lots of fun outdoor bonding opportunities everywhere we have lived with our dog. We both love being outside and being active and I would love to share this hobby with your dog too! I am a full time mom to two school aged children. I have reliable blocks of availability for the most part. I am in and out during the day and my husband works from home a lot of the time as qell. We’re very big on walks, dog parks, fetch (our sweet pup was inexhaustible and could play fetch for hours), and my kids practically live in our yard so I’m outdoors a lot when I’m home. When caring for a pet in a client’s home, I follow the care instructions given by the pet parent.

About: I'm a very caring person who has two dogs of my own. they get a lot of attention and are always out for a walk I'm also always giving snacks out their able to relax in the rooms their able to play with other dogs my dogs are friendly which makes most dogs comfortable to play with them. About: I’ve taken care of almost every kind of dog since I was young! I’ve grown up with a golden retriever, an Australian Shepard, and a mini papillon! I have walked, babysat, and dropped in for neighbors, family and friends with all types of pets. I work remote so I can watch pets daily or weekly! At most I go into the office twice a week so I am very flexible. If I do go in, it is mostly Tuesdays or Wednesdays but not weekly. I live in apartment building that allows pets, has a lounge area and green space all around building. About: Hello! I am a young active working professional. I work from home during the week and am home weekends. I love my Siberian Husky, Pi, and my shorthair Border Collie, Jinx. We like to play catch and go to the dog parks together. Both of my dogs are up to date on vaccines. They love medium to big dogs and not as good with small dogs. Pi loves to cuddle and Jinx can play all day! They are really friendly and sweet. We have pillows and couches laying around and a fenced yard with lots of fetching balls that they can play in. Our house is spacious and we have people home around most of the day. We would love to host other dogs for companionship. I enjoy reading and researching about all kinds of different pets I am currently retired so I have so much time to play with your pets. I am available seven days a week. I am also available for emergency last minute care. I live alone so I can give your pet undivided attention for many hours of play time. I live near a dog park for socialization or for long walks to a nearby park.
About: I have had a love for animals all my life. I have 3 kitties of my own, and pet sit for other cats and dogs occasionally. I also used to babysit for a family that has a king corso, that I absolutely adored! His name is bubba and weighs about 150. I am very comfortable with larger dogs so that is no issue. I would treat your beloved pet as if it were my own, because all animals should be treated with love, no matter who is giving it! I had also volunteered for last hope animal shelter for 2 years before I started college. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I got to interact with cats and dogs and watch them get adopted into their forever homes! I’m currently applying to school, so I have a very open and flexible schedule! I’d love to help your pet stay happy and comfy while you are away :) I am very respectful of people homes and a BIG rule follower, so I can promise everything will be done exactly the way you like them to be!
About: Hicksville/SOB Rd.& OCR... Home FULL TIME, Dogs are in a low stress enviroment. There is a bedroom on the main floor just for dogs who need not climb the stairs, and I will sleep with them too! My yard is fully fenced in a nice neighborhood for walks if requested. I do require a meet and greet prior to sitting your dog to make sure we are a match. Please bring your vet papers of vaccination. I'm home FT Drop off times-flexible Pick up times-Before 1:00 pm, after 1pm you will be charged an additional $25.00 for Boarding. My husband will stay with your dog if I have any errands to run. I will be with your pet as much as possible playing Fetch, Belly Rubs, Snuggling, or just looking out the window watching other doggies walk by or talking to the mailman! I know most of the dogs in my neighborhood from walking my son Mickey. Mickey is super friendly, and cuddly Puggle. He is 10 years old and unfortunately he has limited eye site. He shares, and loves doggies to visit. The reason I do this: I would love 2 dogs, but my husband says there's not enough room on our bed. So having sleep overs fills my need for a 2nd dog. Depending on the time of year along with the weather my husband will walk your dog With Mickey if requested. Bedtime is always on the first floor with me in our guest room,they can snuggle in bed with Mickey and I or curl up in a dog bed in the room. Snacks are given if you allow just bring your own. We have an in ground pool and will personally supervise your dog when the pool is open. If your pet swims, bring their swim vest! Again I do require all vaccines be up to date, and that you have a flea and tick preventive in use of your choice. Please bring that information during our Meet and Greet along with any needs for your fur baby and any questions you may have. Meet and Greet is in my home to assure we are a match allowing us to get acquainted for you to see our surroundings. They are free and can take 15-45 minutes. We will meet according to both our schedules. You can go away on your vacations, or quick day trips knowing your dog is in a happy loving environment. Bring what your dog needs to feel at home, leash, food, their bed/blanket (we have extra beds and dog dishes), favorite toy, or snacks. My house is small but our hearts are big❤️, we have room to make all our pets feel like they are home! I don't like to take more then 3 dogs at a time for sleep overs. That's just enough for me and my husband to stay cozy with your pet and mine. One at a time is preferred. I also administer medication both oral and injected for those needing.

About: I’m a college student looking for some extra money. I love animals and i’ve always had. I have a 12 year old pomeranian named milo and he’s my childhood dog and I adore him very much. I had 2 Guniea pigs but this past year they passed due to old age. I’ve always loved animals and will always ask to pet them while walking on the street I have lots of free time while waiting for my classes to start and would love to make extra money for that time that needs to be filled My dog is a very chill dog. He loves to cuddle and sleep. I love taking him on walks to help him sleep at night.

About: Some would say i’m a pet whisperer because of my influence on dogs. I love to care for other dogs as if they were my own. I had two of my fur babies pass the rainbow bridge both living up to about 12 years. Mia is my 4 year old Shih tzu Bichon mix and despite her being a handful I wouldn’t have it any other way. I work full time so i usually take my dog for an hour or so walk after work and on the weekends. I try my best to squeeze in a walk in the morning but I’m more of a night owl. I have a maintained fenced yard for the fur babies to run around should they need! With plenty of toys to go around as well.

“I had kept Loafy for 5 days with Akhilesh and his family while we were out for a trip. It was a great family setting along with their beautiful black Lab Millie who was great company for Loafy. We initially had a meet and greet session with Akhilesh just to make Loafy comfortable with their home and he pretty much liked it there along with their dog. They also have a fenced backyard which was a great add-on safety for the dogs to be on their own. We got regular updates, photos, videos daily which gave us a peace of mind and Loafy seemed happy, relaxed, and clearly was well cared for. “Jordan is pleasant and responsive. Latke was returned happy and healthy. He let me know that he had another booking that would overlap mine, which turned out OK but would have been an issue if the dogs didn’t get along. His apartment is small and it would have been difficult to keep the dogs separated. Also I would have appreciated more photos, especially on the first day with the other dog. He responded promptly with pictures when prompted. Overall, I would recommend him.”
“I can’t believe I’m writing this review so late! I was traveling for a lot of August and I was able to come across Iona’s boarding services when a last minute trip change occurred. I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. Hopefully Ollie will be back soon !!”
