“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and their pet’s established routine, and I’m happy to provide regular photos and updates for peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I maintain a flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. I keep my Rover calendar updated and do my best to accommodate both advance and last-minute requests. I’ll always confirm that I can fully commit to your pet’s schedule before accepting a booking. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. Before each booking, I like to learn about their temperament, routine, triggers, and any medical or behavioral needs. “Krissy is great! She’s very caring and understanding with Blu. Blu is a 50 lb lab mix, who is sweet but tugs on the leash at times. This doesn’t bother Krissy and she works with him. She sends pictures throughout the day. She gives updates as needed throughout the day and at pick up. She’s absolutely wonderful. Blu will spend more days with Krissy for sure. Highly recommend her.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with Matt & Kristina! Matt & Kristina were absolutely amazing from start to finish! From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country.
