“Fran is super nice and gracious. My wife and I had to leave for two nights and couldn’t bring along our beloved little cat. We were worried about leaving the little thing alone by herself after being with her nonstop for a long time during the pandemic. We decided to go with Fran after reading the positive reviews about her and meeting her. Fran was always prompt with responding to messages. She was also super loving to Slatie (our cat) during the meet and greet. While we were away, she would always send pictures and other updates at precisely the appointed time. In the past when we’ve had cat-sitters, we’ve sometimes been worried about whether the cat-sitter would remember to make the trip. But with Fran, she gives you a precise time and she’s there at that time. Looking at some of the pictures, she even made friends with Slatie :) I would highly recommend Fran!”

Trusting a stranger with your home and the wellbeing of your pets can be difficult, but Meghanne made me feel so at ease from our first time meeting through her last visit. She took great care of our three cats and bunny, including our elder diabetic cat who requires specific feeding instructions and twice daily insulin injections. She was obviously familiar with working with diabetic pets when she gave a first injection at our meet up. She was punctual for every visit and provided us detailed notes and several photos of our boys while we were away which we appreciated. She played with them, learned their individual personalities and habits, even made our very timid cat feel comfortable in her presence (not an easy feat!). Meghanne went above and beyond in her services. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine, and I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and prioritize clear communication with regular updates and photos. I have a fully fenced in backyard (although I can also take your pet for walks as well if preferred!) and am available to give lots of cuddles all day as I work from home full time! I work remote full time and have a fully fenced in back yard so I am able to watch your dog or cat full time. On the weekends I am usually out hiking or with friends, and can take your pet on those adventures as well! I also have a small 30 lb house trained and friendly doggy named Ramsey who is always down to play and/or nap :) I am able to give your pet around the clock care as I work from home, and my dog Ramsey is always ready to make new friends! I do allow pets on the furniture, just not in my bed, and have a fully fenced in yard for playtime, as well as the ability to take your furry friend on walks as well! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. About: Hi! I recently graduated from Clemson University and am home in NY for the next year. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, hamsters, frogs, you name it for as long as I can remember. During my time at school, I’ve fostered two dogs from local shelters and loved every minute of it. I want to continue to help in any way I can while I’m home. About: My husband and I both work full time out of the house. We're not home during the week 8-9 hours at a time. We live in a single story house on 14.75 acres (no fence). I have had dogs most of my life before moving to Central New York, then finally got our dog in 2017 after moving into our house. My husband and I personally have a dog named Stitch and 2 rabbits, Zander and Rocky. If any of the dogs can't leave their cages alone we relocate the rabbits to another room. No worries they are used to this. Where we can enjoy a good game of fetch in the back yard (long line of course). Your dog(s) will be a part of the family and treated as if they are our own dogs while at our house. If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask. Pets are taken care of first. They depend on us to take care of them so that's how it is for us. My pets are well taken care of and socialized. Dogs that come to stay with us are treated like family. They lounge on the couch (if they are aloud at home) with us after a day at work.

About: I've been taking care of animals since 7th grade. My family had their own dog and I used to care for animals around the neighborhood including cats and other animals. I take care of my former co workers dogs and my dad's dog. I'm a very active person, so I love to play outside and go for walks. I work as a teaching assistant full time and school gets out at 2:15 so I have plenty of time in the afternoon most days and could always take time off if needed for a long weekend. Plus school breaks I have plenty of time. I live in an apartment that has small dog parks outside. I'm very comfortable with letting dogs out in fenced in areas and taking them on leash for walks.
About: For many years, I aided my aunt who owns her own dog grooming salon, keeping the dogs occupied and bathing them! I have also taken care of many friends and family members dogs, even cats! I had two dogs, two Guinea pigs, and recently just adopted a cat! I volunteer weekly at a bunny farm cleaning their cages and spending time with them. About: Currently just accepting previously established/contacted owners! Growing up my family owned a dog as well as a cat, and I helped tend to the care of both animals in the home. I believe that having this responsibility engraved in me from a young age has helped shape me to be a solid pet care taker now. I was able to experience first hand the changes in a pets life as they age, both behaviorally and physically. I also have taken care of friends and family’s pets in their homes while they are away, most owning multiple types of pets from dogs, cats, and even bearded dragons. I am currently working a full time and part time job; the hours of the full time job can vary on the specific day depending upon the released schedule, but hours of shift typically vary from 8a-4p or 1p-9p; as for the part time job, I work Wed-Fri 1am-6am. outside of said working hours, I would be fully attentive to the pets and inside the home/providing direct care. With this, I seem to best fit with clients who have on-site jobs and a work schedule that allows the pet to be left alone up to 8hrs, as it more closely resembles the pets usual experience within the home. (Updated 4.5.26) Please feel free to ask what my work shifts are for the time you’re interested in potentially booking! I can not unfortunately offer to care for pets in my own home, as it is unfenced and has a cat residing that does best as a single pet. This is something I can recognize, so it is best that I come to the clients home. A pet communicates with people in so many ways, and the best way to create a safe environment for both you and the pet is to understand those behaviors. I have a good understanding of reading an animal and when boundaries are being set, whether they are done with play time and need space, or need some extra attention. Any pet care details left by the owner, I follow very closely to give the pet the closest experience they can get to a typical day in the home with the owner.
About: Being 19, I have taken care of my own 3 cats and 1 big pup for around 9 years as well as taking care of neighbors, co-workers, and my friends furry friends. From old grumps to cuddly little guys, I love them all. I’m currently a part time college student Mon-Thur but I am available Fri-Sat! I also works part time in Manlius that usually ranges from 11am until 4-5pm or night shift from 5pm-10pm. I am always available for a drop in here or there before or after my work shifts that can vary day-day, but will be free all day unless working! I make sure that no food gets dropped on the floor for any furry friends to get into and am very cautious with giving medicine at the appropriate times to our companions. Making sure they get outside with plenty of walks and play time or inside with lots of cuddles is my priority as well!
About: I don't remember a time when I haven't had an animal in my life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and enjoy taking care of both! Family members, neighbors, and friends have had me watch their pets of all ages and breeds from puppies to senior dogs and yorkipoos to labs! My favorite breeds are golden retrievers and black cats! I love playing with pets and giving them the love and attention they deserve! I recently moved back home to the Syracuse area and looking to spend some time with pets in my free time while I'm searching through the job market! And their pup and mine got along really well, so that was a bonus that he had a buddy for the week! It was also really nice that I got pictures all week of the boys playing and chilling together.
