“It was our first time using a sitter / ROVER (not to mention the first time we’d been away from our fur baby, PANDA, for more than a few hours), so needless to say, we were extremely nervous in having him under a stranger’s care for 9 days. After seeing all the positive reviews and repeat customers on ROVER, and doing the meet and greet with Lynn at her house, we decided to dog-board PANDA with her for the 9 days, and that was the BEST decision we could’ve made. Lynn took great care of him, and treated PANDA like her own baby. She sent daily updates (both AM & PM), along with pics, which kept us at ease during our trip. It was evident in the pictures, that PANDA was happy and in a comfy, warm, and loving environment. She has so much knowledge about fur babies and she goes the extra mile to make sure that your dog is handled with the utmost care. Our boy PANDA suffers from bad allergies which requires specific daily cleaning instructions, medications to be fed and topical ointments to be applied, and Lynn followed all of the instructions to a T. Lynn and her husband made him feel at home and he came back healthy & happy! We have nothing but appreciation for Lynn and her family. We highly recommended her and will definitely be using her again!”

With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. I’ve worked with cats at a day care that would board and currently work with cats that come from long flights or need to be out on to a plane. “We had great communication with Shirley throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know our dog. During the stay, she shared lots of photos and videos, which we truly appreciated. She was also very flexible and accommodating when we had to change our plans due to the snowstorm. “Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! I highly recommend anyone leaving your fur child with Karina who is attentive and sensitive to your pet adjusting to new people and surroundings. Amazing pet sitter. 5 stars ⭐️”
“It was our first time using a sitter / ROVER (not to mention the first time we’d been away from our fur baby, PANDA, for more than a few hours), so needless to say, we were extremely nervous in having him under a stranger’s care for 9 days. After seeing all the positive reviews and repeat customers on ROVER, and doing the meet and greet with Lynn at her house, we decided to dog-board PANDA with her for the 9 days, and that was the BEST decision we could’ve made. Lynn took great care of him, and treated PANDA like her own baby. She sent daily updates (both AM & PM), along with pics, which kept us at ease during our trip. It was evident in the pictures, that PANDA was happy and in a comfy, warm, and loving environment. She has so much knowledge about fur babies and she goes the extra mile to make sure that your dog is handled with the utmost care. Our boy PANDA suffers from bad allergies which requires specific daily cleaning instructions, medications to be fed and topical ointments to be applied, and Lynn followed all of the instructions to a T. Lynn and her husband made him feel at home and he came back healthy & happy! We have nothing but appreciation for Lynn and her family. We highly recommended her and will definitely be using her again!”

“Nari, Ryan and Jiyu took great care of Bella for over two weeks. They took Bella everywhere they went. Many pictures and videos were sent to us. And we could tell Bella loved them from the updates we received daily. We were quite surprised how well Bella adapted that we started to get a bit jealous! They treated Bella like a family member. And we would definitely trust them again to take care of Bella in the near future!”

“This was my first time leaving my pup with someone new (and for nearly an entire weekend!). I was entirely more nervous for Genesis than I was for Honey haha! Honey is very high energy and has a tendency to get into stuff she isn't supposed to. However, the weekend seemed to be pretty smooth sailing. First off all, I'm very grateful for Genesis' promp response to my request. Her response time to every other message before, during, and after was super impressive as well. I was immediately comforted by pictures of Honey being introduced into the home, as well as with the three pictures a day I had received of Honey's walks outside. Definitely recommend Genesis to any dog parent who is nervous about leaving their baby alone. I was able to actually enjoy my time away knowing that Honey was in good hands.”
