While I continue recovering from knee surgery, I’m currently accepting small, easy-to-handle dogs for walks. My mom lives 7-8 hours away and was in a bad car accident. It was too soon to leave the kittens overnight with drop-ins. Erika came and stayed with them for two nights so I could be with my mom. She was super kind and put me right at ease. She kept me updated and as hard as it is to believe I didn’t worry about them at all. She even set food out for a family of community cats who have mostly moved in on my back porch. I’d hire her again without any reservations. A bonus, the house was all tidied up when I got home from my long trip.”

I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. “I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. About: Hi, My name is Brooke I go by Seven and my entire life has been surrounded by animals, from catching frogs, lizards, feeding the squirrels and always just having that touch even with the animals that don't trust or care for most humans. I have that special something. I started walking the whole neighborhoods dogs when i was 9 years old, i would walk up to 5 at a time. At the age of 13 i started volunteering for an animal rescue fostering dogs and cats. I was the girl growing up all my friends would bring stray or lost animals too. 16 i started working as a vet assistant, at 18 working a 150 dog ranch/doggie daycare and boarding facility to then move on into my early twenties working a place in Seattle called Dogwood Play Park, the first of its kind. It was an indoor outdoor 21 plus play park and daycare. Owners could bring their dogs to play while they had a beer and got to know other dog lovers, I built many beautiful dog... and people friendships there. I have always been told by the owners they that their dogs listens to me better..I say its just cause i am alpha pack leader!! I have massive respect and love for all animals. I worked in Portland Oregon on a farm in 2022 called Trisklee farm where i cared for all the animals on the property as farmer seven, i did weekend tours of the farm and helped run kids summer camp.I am very good with all ages and types of animals. My biggest strength is animal body language, i can read an animals move before they do it. Something i have picked up over my life span over working with animals everyday. About: I worked at a well-known dog daycare along with their doggy spa for over a year, feeding, medicating, exercising, bathing and more. I have trained my dog to do many things. I also have done a number of dog sitting, watching and walking and am super reliable. I am currently attending school at SUNY Cortland and am home and available everyday, anytime during the months of December until January 26th, March 16-20 and all summer starting May 15th. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. About: I love dogs and cannot wait to treat your pup as my own! I not only grew up in a multi-dog household and ran a pet-sitting business during summers home from college...but also during my adult life have had 3 dogs of my own over a 12-year timespan: 2 pugs and 1 german-shorthaired pointer / lab mix. All 3 dogs had special needs and a ton of energy so I completely understand the importance of regular meal times, lots of hydration, outside time, long daily walks in nature or on the beach and... endless cuddles and attention. Myself, husband and 3 kids are HUGE dog lovers and miss having a pup of our own...which is why we are so excited about the opportunity to spend quality time with your dog and treat them as our own, either for a daily walk or while you are away on vacation. I have a very flexible schedule and am only away from home for 1-2 hours at a time. Your dog will have plenty of outside time and if staying overnight, will have at least 3 walks per day (morning, afternoon and evening). Our home has a fully fenced yard and your dog will have in & out access as needed for quick potty breaks. About: I’m so excited to be welcoming pups back into my schedule! I offer attentive, personalized dog walking with a focus on making every outing feel safe, happy, and special. I treat each dog like one of my own, with plenty of affection, patience, and individual attention. While I continue recovering from knee surgery, I’m currently accepting small, easy-to-handle dogs for walks. Whether your pup loves a leisurely neighborhood stroll, lots of sniffing, or a little extra TLC, I’m happy to tailor their walk to their personality and routine 🐾💜 I am currently a college student, so my schedule varies slightly during the semester. However, I maintain a consistent routine and am reliable with planned visits, especially in the mornings. I commute from Sag Harbor and appreciate having a weekly schedule in advance to ensure consistency and dependability. During winter and summer breaks, I have a much more flexible and open schedule. I provide my own pet-safe wipes to clean paws after outdoor walks, helping keep your home clean while maintaining your pet’s comfort. I’m mindful about the products I use and prioritize gentle, pet-safe options. I always ask before giving any treats and make it a priority to respect both your home and your pet’s routine. I aim to provide thoughtful, considerate care in every environment I’m welcomed into.

About: I’m pretty much a full-time stay-at-home dog mom to my two large dogs, so caring for dogs is already a huge part of my everyday life! I’ve spent months working on training with my own dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with different behaviors, routines, and personalities. I’m especially comfortable with large breeds, but I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Your pup will be treated like part of the family while staying with me, with plenty of attention, playtime, love, and access to my fully fenced-in yard. I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet with someone new, so I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and keep you updated with plenty of pictures throughout their stay! Pet care is already a huge part of my everyday routine! I’m home most of the day with my own pets and have a very flexible work schedule, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I’m able to provide plenty of potty breaks, playtime, attention, meals on their normal schedule, and lots of time outside throughout the day. I have a fully fenced-in yard with plenty of room for dogs to play and two dogs of my own for company. I always prioritize safe introductions and will make sure your dog is comfortable with mine before their stay. Pets are welcome to make themselves at home, and I can easily separate or crate dogs when needed. I’ll follow your pet’s normal feeding, sleeping, medication, and care routine as closely as possible and provide plenty of updates and pictures so you can feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. Grew up with dogs and cats. I currently have a 9 year old lab/american bulldog mix and an 8 year old cat as well. I got them both when they were just 3 months old and raised them to be the 2 sweetest boys. I have experience with puppies/kittens. I also have experience with giving oral medicine to dogs. Mild dog training (not professional). I’ve watched dogs and cats for many of my friends/family varying from all different types of breeds from golden retrievers to husky’s, overnights and just casual check ins. Pet care is involved in every daily and weekly routine! With owning a dog myself I look to make sure he is well exercised and played with throughout the day while also giving him all my love for the past 11 years. I own a cat as well and he is the sweetest and nicest little guy. I’m actively taking care of both my animals to make sure they live the happiest life :) Available anytime any day to help with furry friends :) Currently I live on a property with roughly about 4 acres of land, most of which is fenced in. I walk and play with my dog 3/4 times a day in the fenced in area to make sure he’s getting the exercise he needs so there is plenty of room for more furry friends! I live on the bottom floor of a house so easy access in and outside for easy potty breaks and have tons of extra room for crating if need be
