“Melissa did such an amazing job taking care of my dog Melo. I went away for the weekend and was able to book with her a week before. She introduced my dog to her other animals for the first time and I think he was so happy to have other furry friends for the weekend. Melissa was super clear and communicative throughout. I loved seeing the photos and videos every few hours so I always felt like melo was in good hands. She also had a print out award and treat for Melo after his stay which was so sweet. Thanks again Melissa for watching Melo :)”

“Monica was great! I was so nervous since this would’ve been the first time I ever leave my dog for more than a day. I felt comfortable with her boarding my dog since our first initial conversation! From the moment I dropped him off till the day I picked him up I was completely at ease. Throughout my dogs stay she kept me well informed and sent me plenty of photos! I can tell he was having tons of fun which kept me worry free. I will definitely book Monica again!!”

“Brittny provided excellent care for our goldendoodle, Billie Holiday. Brittny has a large dog of her own, so is quite familiar with the craziness that a big, active dog can bring to the party. I was very happy that Billie had such a wonderful home and family to spend a long weekend with. I will definitely be calling Brittny again!”

“Priscilla was wonderful with our 65lb four year old shepard mix. She shared pictures and was very communicative. We are planning to book her again next time we are out of town!”

“I needed to board my dog due to an in-law’s allergies, and Ann was available on very short notice. She was so accommodating, was extremely hospitable and kind to my dog, and sent updates and photos by text to me to assure me of how the stay was going. Thank you, Ann! I highly recommend.”
“Maureen was very attentive to Harley, sending updates and photos daily. Harley is a sensitive dog and didn't want to eat at first, but after Maureen's tender loving care, eventually started eating. Harley seems even more cuddlier than before the stay, which tells me she built some good human animal bond habits. Thanks Maureen!”

“Ken and Irene took great care of our dog, Cooper! We really enjoyed receiving the multiple updates with photos while we were away. Ken and Irene were very attentive to Cooper. Cooper was able to play safely outside in their fenced in backyard. He definitely felt at home while napping on their couch! We highly recommend Ken and Irene for boarding services and we will definitely be booking with them again.”

“Cathy is a lovely lady and did a great job taking care of our puppy. She sent us updates frequently even though it was just an overnight stay which I greatly appreciated. She was available for us very last minute and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire stay. I would definitely leave my pup with her again.”

“Lisa was very kind and caring with my Junie. She sent me texts and pictures and I was put at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her services again.”

“A very honest review: Celeste is absolutely wonderful. I am military and I had to leave on a mission overseas last minute, and she accommodated my needs and my dog’s needs for an extended stay. I will definitely use her services again, she’s a wonderful pet sitter, she’s very communicative and sent me pictures of my dog and an update daily while I was overseas. Her and her family all love pets and are very caring, this shows as my dog gets very excited to see her, her family, and her pets. She treated my dog as if it was her own.”

“Demetra was amazing!! We loved their family and our pug was so happy! He had such a great time with them and they took such good care of him! I am looking forward to bringing him over again!”

“Brittany was a superstar caregiver. She communicated regularly and clearly about her availability and then with status checks. Lola was very happy with her- she wanted to stay longer! I would definitely recommend Brittany.”

“Mickey was great! His entire household was very welcoming and he understood our senior dog’s needs. He was great at keeping us up to date with pictures and texts and made sure Duke was comfortable. Highly recommend!!”

“We left our dog for 3 days. We had constant updates from Aeli, pictures and how he was doing. We was absolutely 💯 perfect satisfied how this stay was handled. Definitely will use her again.”

“Lauren was amazing. Wonderful communicator and she was so accommodating when our dogs didn’t get along. She is really friendly and I could tell how much she loves animals. Lev will miss you! Highly recommend a booking with Lauren!”

About: I grew up in a dog‑loving home and had the privilege of caring for several breeds over the years — first a Boxer, then a Siberian Husky, later a German Shepherd/Malamute mix, and eventually a Pomeranian. Being around such different personalities taught me how to understand dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Because of that experience, family, neighbors, and friends have always trusted me to check in on their pets, feed them, play with them, and make sure they feel safe and cared for. No one will be assisting me with care. I also accept rabbits and small pets for boarding. Owners must provide cage, food, and supplies. Because I work from home, I’m able to give your dog consistent attention and care all day long. Whether it’s playtime, potty breaks, or just keeping them company, I’m always close by. I also offer 24/7 boarding availability, ensuring your pet has a safe, supervised environment at all times. Your dog will have plenty of room to feel at home here. I live on an acre of land with a dog run and a peaceful neighborhood that’s ideal for daily walks. There’s even a small pond with geese right across the street, which many dogs find entertaining. Inside, the living room is designated as comfortable, pet‑friendly space where your dog can relax. I also provide a crate for dogs who prefer a cozy, enclosed sleeping area.
“Cheryl is an amazing pet sitter! She was able to take care of my cat at her beautiful, large house on short notice and was very kind and patient with my kitty who was nervous about staying somewhere new at first. Cheryl was easy to talk to, quick in responding to texts, and kept me up to date about my cat all day. I have used her multiple times and would highly recommend trusting her with your beloved pet. I am so happy I found such an excellent, generous, and, knowledgable caregiver for my cat!”

“Kerri goes the extra mile with our pets, making sure all are cared for, fed, and attended to. She responds quickly and has always been available even when last minute. Couldn't recommend Kerri more.”

“Christy is very responsive and took excellent care of our two elderly cats. Each has his own special needs (diabetes and kidney issues) and need to be kept separately while we are away. Christy made sure each was taken care of and have attention to each. We will definitely be using her again”

“Emma was absolutely terrific with our cat Chi-Chi, who can be very standoffish with unfamiliar faces at first. Everything went smoothly with the schedule, and she went above and beyond, spending quality time playing with Chi-Chi. I highly recommend Emma; she is extremely punctual, professional, and will definitely be our first choice the next time we are out of town. She's definitely worthy of a five-star rating.”

About: I’ve been house sitting/pet sitting since I was around 17 years old. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I’ve watched dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, fish and more. I’m familiar with pee pads, crate training and dog diapers. I will always treat your animal with respect and kindness, showing them so much love while you are away. I’m currently not working so I would have plenty of time to be with your furbaby. I do volunteer work during the week but I would still have plenty of time to care and be with your animal. I can walk, play, snuggle, crate train and prepare meals for your animals. You just tell me what the preferred routine is and I’ll do my best to match that so your animal feels safe and loved.

About: I’ve hosted a British Shorthair cat in my home for over two years, providing full-time care including feeding, grooming, litter cleaning, and playtime. Whether your cat is playful, shy, or senior, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-loved in your absence.

About: For 10 years, I have taken on the responsibility of taking care of 1-3 cats. Because of this, I understand their feeding schedules, how to play with them, and whether they need attention or space. My cats range from low to high energy, so I am able to work with cats at any energy level. In addition, my two cats are a bonded pair, showing that I can help multiple cats under the same roof feel comfortable with one another.
About: As a kid, my family would often take care of our friend's dogs, but we never had one of our own. Now, I'm a dad of three young humans and one bundle of fluff named Simba. Oh and let's not forget Victoria, our rabbit. We love havinganimals, and we still love watching other people's animals too. I'm also offering to house-sit, and take other people's dogs (either solo or with my Simba) for walks. I mostly work from home and never leave a dog alone while in my care. We take several walks per day, including morning, lunch, and at least two in the evening. I have a comfortable living space, a nice yard area, nice green space and a park nearby. When dogsitting, I take very little space for myself and leave the space better than when I found it.

“Molly was great with my cat who she boarded for close to two weeks. She sent me regular updates and videos of him. It was also an added bonus that she had her own cats which was delightful company for him.”

“Travis and Roberta were critical in helping us get our dog settled the first week we had him! They were so kind and patient with him. He loved going over to their house when we couldn’t be home! Their dog was older than ours and was also patient and gentle with him, so it was great socialization for our pup! We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

About: I have always owned/ cared for pets my entire life, which makes 25 years of caring for pets. I went to SUNY Alfred State College of technology, where I received my associates degree in veterinary technology, as well as a bachelors degree in technology management Fall of 2021. I started off volunteering at animal shelters in the fall of 2016. I worked as a Kennel assistant throughout the years of 2016 to 2020. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant from 2020 to 2023. I am currently a Veterinary Technician (Emergency animal nurse) at Veterinary Emergency Group. I have animal training, grooming, and Veterinary medical experience. I work a full time job at Veterinary Emergency Group three days a week. 12 hour shifts. I can also bring pets to work with me as well. So I am available all days out of the week. I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a hiking trail around the corner from my home where I walk my own dogs daily. Pets will never be put in a crate. (Unless you prefer for them to be crated) They are welcomed to walk around my house, on the couch, and in my bed. I feed my dogs twice a day and they get walked 3-4 times a day. Whenever I have to run errands they stay at home with pee pee pads located around the house.
About: I’ve had dogs in my life since the fourth grade, and I truly can’t remember a time without one! Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds—whether for neighbors, family, friends, or even friends of friends. I’ve cared for puppies up to senior pups.Dogs have always been a part of my everyday life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We absolutely adore our Chihuahua, Romeo, and we’d care for your furry friend just like we care for him — with love, patience, and lots of cuddles. My husband and I split our work-from-home days, so someone’s almost always around during the week, and we're both home on weekends. We do not go out much. We are home bodies and like it that way. I have a fully wooden fenced with chicken wire backyard and live in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood with very little traffic. If your pup needs a crate, that’s totally fine we can manage that otherwise, they’re welcome to roam free and make themselves at home. We only have one resident dog, a sweet little Chihuahua whose favorite activity is sunbathing and napping.
“We were so very pleased that we found Andrea on Rover. We went for a meet and greet first and liked everything about Andrea and her clean cozy doggie care environment! We used her for Doggy day care today for 6 hours while we attended a family party. It went perfectly. She sent photos during that time which puts your mind at ease. We were particularly nervous because we had never hired a sitter for our 12 year old Brandi. She’s only 12 minutes from our home which is another big plus for us. Her home is so well taken care of and she has a ground level well groomed back yard that is fenced and well lit. Andrea checked ALL the boxes for us!! Thank you so much! We’ll be back for sure!”

About: Our pets always feel safe and loved, so will yours! We have 2 small dogs (yorkies) who are friendly and happy to accommodate more friends. Our family LOVES animals (especially small dogs) and we will make yours feel part of our pack! I work full time but close by for potty breaks and feedings. I can offer a regimen if needed. Play, food, rest and everything in between! Weekends are more relaxed and laid back and the pooches enjoy more of our attention on those days! I have a fenced in yard with lots of space to run, frolic and play. Dogs can also relax on our furniture and sleep comfortably. Our house is quiet for the most part and we have storm doors that act as another layer of protection for those little runners!
About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs belonging to friends, family members, and clients—including dogs with anxiety, especially while their owners are traveling. Many of these dogs had previously stayed in large commercial boarding facilities where multiple dogs share the same space, which often increased their stress and anxiety. I’ve seen firsthand how much of a difference a calm home environment and personalized one-on-one attention can make. I am also certified in American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid, so I’m prepared to respond in case of an emergency and provide attentive care for your pets. I focus on patience, consistency, and gentle, loving care to help each dog feel safe, comfortable, and secure. With dedicated attention and companionship, I’ve watched anxious dogs gradually become more relaxed and confident—sometimes they even seem reluctant to leave! :) I’m home full-time to care for your pup. This means your dog will receive plenty of attention, regular walks, and consistent, loving care throughout the day. I have the time and flexibility to focus on your dog’s individual needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for during their stay. I keep my schedule flexible, but I only care for one dog at a time to provide the best possible experience. Because of this, spots can fill quickly—especially during holidays—so please plan and book in advance. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, my home is designed to provide comfort, security, and plenty of room for your dog to relax and play. Your pup will enjoy a park-like backyard—nearly half an acre—fully fenced for safe exploration and outdoor fun. Whether they love to run, sniff, or simply lounge in the sun, there’s plenty of space to feel at home. In the summer, I also set up a dog-friendly swimming pool so they can cool off and have some extra fun. I share my home with a very friendly 9-year-old Black Lab who is gentle, well-socialized, and enjoys calm companionship with other dogs. To ensure every dog gets the attention, care, and comfort they deserve, I typically host only one dog at a time (with a maximum of two during holidays). This allows me to focus on your dog’s individual needs and create a low-stress, personalized experience. Your dog will be treated like family here—safe, happy, and well cared for every step of the way.
“Michael was fastastic with my poodle. He took our last minuite and we were very happy. My dog slept all the way home so I could tell he was tired from being given attention and being played with all day. I would not hesitate to use Michael again.”

“Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home. And the pics are adorable!!!”

“I’m so happy that I found Christy to take care of my dog. She’s so reliable and communicates so well and of course she’s great with my pup She really makes me feel at ease knowing she’s coming by”

About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals over the past 10 years, including raising my own Bichon Frise for 8 years and hosting a British Shorthair cat in my home for 2 years. Friends and family often turn to me to help care for their pets—dogs, cats, and even more unusual animals—because they know I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely passionate about animals. Whether it’s walking, feeding, bathing, or just giving lots of love and playtime, I’m experienced and trustworthy. My home has a spacious living room where your pup can play freely and safely. I’ll be by their side to keep them company, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re happy and cared for at all times. About: Hi there! I can’t wait to welcome your pet into my home. Dogs and cats who stay here are treated like guests of honor, with all the care and attention I bestow upon my own pets. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, pets are allowed to roam freely in a cozy, familiar home environment — no rows of kenneled dogs here! I’m very selective about the pets I accept. I usually only accept a maximum of 3-4 dogs at once. I meet every new pet before booking, and I usually won’t accept more than one new dog at a time, alongside repeat clients. This ensures that I’m familiar with how all the dogs will interact with each other, with only one new variable, thus avoiding potentially uncomfortable or dangerous situations for your pet. I’ve always loved animals, and with more than 15 years of pet care under my belt, I have the knowledge and experience to provide your pets with the best care possible. I take the responsibility of caring for your pets very seriously, and I’m certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid. Earliest drop off or pickup is at 8 am. Latest drop off or pickup is at 8 pm on weekdays, 9 pm on weekends. I’m also available for drop-ins at your home, every day except Saturday mornings. (I’m available Saturday evenings instead.) For Dogs: I have a large, unfenced backyard that dogs love exploring on a 50-foot long leash - so many scents to sniff and chipmunks to chase! I’m always there to monitor them - dogs are never left alone outdoors. Every morning, the dogs get a long 1-2 hour walk on a local forest trail (weather permitting) and in the afternoon/evening we have a shorter 15-30 minute walk around the neighborhood or in my backyard. Water is always available, and I work from home so I’m around the majority of the day to keep them happy and safe. What you’ll need to send: Their regular food is the most important thing to send, as dogs can get upset stomach from sudden dietary changes. You can also send their favorite treats, and a favorite toy. If they tend to pull on the leash, a front-latch harness, rubber-tipped prong collar, or gentle leader is appreciated. Bowls, beds, brushes, litter bags etc. are all unnecessary, as I have extras of all these supplies. For puppies, a crate may be necessary, depending on their level of potty training. For Cats: The cats have a comfy lounge downstairs, with food, water, litter boxes, and scratching posts. The dogs are not allowed downstairs, so the cats can get all the space they need from the dogs. The cats are free to move upstairs and downstairs as they prefer. All cats are indoors only. I have a lot of wide, accessible windowsills that they love chilling on to watch birds and squirrels outside, as well as battery-operated and automated toys that they can chase and play with on their own. What you’ll need to send: their regular food (wet and dry) and treats. Cat litter is also appreciated. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and I’m home most of the day. I have a spacious home that can accommodate giving multiple animals space, and I can keep animals separated from each other if necessary. I've always loved animals of all kinds, and I currently have my own dog and 3 cats. I can't wait to meet your pet, and I promise to love them and care for them the way every pet deserves to be loved!
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have started watching other peoples dogs 5 years ago… I want to continue sharing my love for dogs and also my own two dogs Sophie and Millie. They are both. very friendly.. They loves meeting other dogs and having their company and play time I’m currently an undergrad student at Florida State university and I am home for the summer months. I take them for frequent walks. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood. Can’t wait to meet!

“Lisa was very kind and caring with my Junie. She sent me texts and pictures and I was put at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her services again.”

“It was a pleasure working with Matthew! He is an excellent communicator and was very flexible with our schedule. He took wonderful care of Summer, providing regular photo updates and real-time feedback that gave me complete peace of mind. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!”

“Carolina will be the only sitter for my dog from now on. She and her family truly cared for my dog during my family's vacation and i can't thank her enough! They are true dog lover! Thank you, Carolina for your care and service for my dog!!!”

“Val is the best! She’s so loving and caring and treated my pup with so much attention and care. Highly recommend Val’s home for a loving place for your dog while you’re away :)”

“Our dog Mowgli was well taken care of by Liz and family. We received several photos and could tell he made himself at home in their house and backyard. We appreciated that Liz asked thoughtful questions about his needs and temperament and clearly cares. We recommend!”
